Family Vacation

This was our second time at Pinnacle Port. We love the area and the seclusion on the beach. The condo was very updated and just as described. We absolutely loved the rockers on the balcony. That was the best part of the vacation! We would stay again if we needed a two bedroom condo.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is fantastic. The property is in great condition. The access to the beach and views from the property were great. The owners were great to work with, providing all the information needed to make our stay easy, relaxing, and fun. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo! It was clean and the beach was perfect. Not too busy. Loved sitting on the balcony looking out onto the waves. Will definitely stay here again!

Family reunion

We have stayed at pinnacle port many times. This was a clean bright condo. Checking in and out was seamless and owner very responsive.

Lovely beach view!

Loved the location and the condo. Very comfortable for 2 people, wonderful view, quiet and easily accesible. Nicely decorated and all amenities. The weather was stormy, on and off but it was still fun watching the waves change.

Birthday trip

Love the location. Nice condo very comfortable. Nicely decorated and stocked. We had cold weather. Still had the best time. Love to bring our bikes and ride.

Stay in May 2024

We had a good stay other than the air was not working the entire visit. The property owner was in communication with us but with 2 kids and hot weather, to not have AC was hard. Also the TVs are not smart TVs which left out options to cable only. There was a roach on the main bedroom but I only saw it once. Otherwise the stay was good. No matter what unit you book check with the owner on the air situation!

Not happy

Property did not look like the pictures. Had issues with linen had blood stain and it was brushed off as lip stick which it was not. Dishwasher was full air must had not been working has window units of some kind that keep falling off was taped on with tape. Oven was dirty. My issues were not addressed by manager.

Great beachfront location

The pros--The location is ideal--the condo is beachfront and has a large balcony with cool lifeguard chairs to sit in to enjoy the view. The beach access is easy--go down to the 1st floor, walk to the side of the building and it's right there. The condo is large and I liked that it had two bathrooms and two bedrooms. One had a king bed and the guest room had a queen bed. There were plenty of kitchen supplies plus a washer/dryer. The cons--the place definitely has an older, musty smell to it but that's kind of par for the course when you're beachfront and have hurricanes. I appreciated that they didn't use a ton of room fragrance or have plug-ins to cover the smell. It wasn't bad, just something to note. The showers had mold on the ceilings. Again, being beachfront in such a humid area and having ceilings that were pretty low (in the showers), it's something that probably occurs frequently. Me and my husband are pretty tall--I'm 5'9" and he's 6' tall. The vanity and mirrors of the master bath were really low. The toilets were really low too. Again, not anything bad, but something to note. I did let the owner know about the musty smell and the mold on the ceiling and she said she was going to take care of it. Overall, if you're looking for a reasonably priced place that is oceanfront and very close to 30A, this is a good choice.

Not as advertised

No heat; we were told by the security guard that maintenance personnel was 2 hrs away. Security guard was used as maintenance personnel after 4:00 checkin. Vacated the premises the next morning. Notified the owner. Not a pleasant experience.

A Near Perfect Vacation

Everything at the condo was clean and fully functional. Balcony view of Gulf beach was very good and furniture on balcony was comfortable. Sleeping accommodations were also very comfortable. Drawback to trip was having to leave early due to Hurricane Nicole.

First of all I’ve been coming to PP since my dad bought C2-502 in 1977. So I have always loved it.

C2-402 didn’t disappoint. Everything was as shown in the listing. Keyless check-in, very well stocked, updated appliances. I only had to communicate with the owner concerning a Wi-Fi upgrade occurring while we were there and she was very responsive. All-in-all a great stay. My only disappointment from the old days is PP is no secret anymore and it was packed. No knock, it’s just the world we live in.

Perfect Vacay Spot!

What a charming community and beautiful beach! The condo is well stocked and you can bake a casserole as well as a cake! Owners were excellent with communication! Unit is facing the beach! Beautiful unit and gorgeous view!

Place was very convenient to stores, etc. It was also very clean and we enjoyed the beautiful view.

Ocean Views on PCB

This is a great rental if you want to be on the beach. It is in the 4th floor and has a beautiful view. The gated community does not have hot tub or heated pool. It has an indoor pool that was open in Feb. but that is quite old. This unit is fabulous for what we needed.

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

My husband and I love this condo! In fact we have rented it numerous times. We will definitely stay here in the future. Very Clean, an amazing view of the sunset. Owner is very accommodating and responsive. Super comfy beds!! Can’t wait to return!!

Perfect Family Getaway

The pictures of this condo do not do it justice. It was perfect for our family of 3 enjoying an end of winter break at the beach. It was well equipped, very comfortable and in an ideal location... steps from the beach! We enjoyed the indoor pool, tennis courts and long walks around the community with our 9 year old. Debra, one of the owners, was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed (even on New Year's Eve!). We can't wait to stay here again.
