Condo could use some maintenance, and for the price paid, boogie boards and a beach umbrella should be provided.

Mahalo for sharing your feedback. We are sorry the condo did not fully meet your expectations. While you mentioned that the condo could use some maintenance, no specific maintenance concerns regarding the accommodations were reported to our team during your stay. We are always available to address maintenance items when they are brought to our attention. For clarification, our vacation rentals are provided with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for guest use. Boogie boards, beach umbrellas and other recreational beach gear are not standard or guaranteed amenities, even when these items may be found at an individual property. We therefore cannot guarantee their availability, quantity, or condition. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for staying with us.

Perfect place to stay on the south shore. Easy access to Poipu beach and Shipwreck beach. Peaceful and so many beautiful views. Very nice area and simple drive to food and shops. Koloa is a cute town nearby with lots of eating options. We are a family of 5 (our 2 kids plus a son-in-law) and the setup worked perfectly for all of us. There is no A/C in this condo but you didn't need it with the ocean breeze. Condo even had beach chairs, ice chest and scuba gear to use!! Years ago, we stayed on the east side of the island, but after this visit I would easily pick the south shore again.

The overall experience was excellent. The location is perfect. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from the condo. Close to walking path and Poipu Beach. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Decorated very well and comfy beds. Did not have AC and we were a bit worried until we realized the breeze from the ocean and sound of the surf was all we needed. Hope to stay there again.

This condo was perfect for our stay in Poipu. Comfortable beds, great view, and all within a quick 5min walk to the nearby beach and restaurants. The beach supplies such as chairs and bougie boards were also perfect for what we were doing. Definitely recommend.

Perfect Location!

We had the best stay!! The condo had everything you need and was so cozy. You also have the most incredible view of the ocean from the patio. We loved being able to cool off at the pool in the evenings and enjoying a drink down on the terrace. This unit was so close to shops, restaurants and is walking distance to the Beach where there is great snorkeling. We can’t wait to return!

Spacious, very well-equipped unit with stellar views from living room, dining room, and large lanai. (Don’t forget to bring binoculars for the whales and other wildlife.) Excellent location, particularly in winter, near good beaches,‘restaurants, and shopping. Nice common areas. Very friendly and responsive staff at property manager.
