カルペの住宅街に位置するこの個別に設計された南向きの独立したヴィラは、シエラ・ベルニア山脈の田舎を見渡す美しい庭園内にあります。 Calpeのメインタウンは3km先にあり、砂浜と優れたバー、レストラン、舗装カフェがあります。 ワットウォッシュの壁、アーチ形の木製の窓、露出した梁が備わる伝統的なスタイルで建てられたリビングエリアには、ニュートラルな家具を配した滞在に必要なものすべてが備わっています。 ヴィラには冬季のセントラルヒーティングと夏期のエアコンディションがあります。 Casa Azzaは1500m以上の敷地内にあり、プールサイドのシャワー、パティオの家具、サンラウンジャー、パラソルを完備したサンテラスを備えた私有の腎臓型プールを囲む壁のテラスがあり、日光浴や素晴らしい景色を楽しむことができます。 プールには別のBBQエリアもあります。

The photo's don't fully portray just how amazing this property is. The mountain views with stunning sunsets, the spacious outdoor area, pool, the bright modern interior with aircon in all areas. Bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage. Bathrooms modern and showers powerful. The kitchen was well equipped with modern conveniences. A car is essential if you are in this area, the quiet residential nature of the location were what we were looking for and it was simply perfect.David and Kirsty answered every question we had promptly even on our arrival day. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and would love to return in the future.

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, alles vohanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht. War unser dritter Auethalt im Casa Azza. Kommunikation mit Gastgebern perfekt. Gerne wieder!!

Perfect family holiday!

Beautiful villa about a 10 min drive (if that) from the beach and shops/restaurants etc. Nice drive from the airport and villa is easily found. The Villa was well equipped, all bedrooms and lounge with air con and the extra shower room outside was a bonus. The photos don’t do it justice! 2 bbq’s to choose from (gas & charcoal). Kidney shaped swimming pool was the cleanest we’ve ever seen. Huge space around the pool with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The villa is nicely located to visit Fonts de Algar waterfalls by car and other such places. Calpe offers plenty of shops and places to eat & drink in the old town and along the beach / promenade. Overall a lovely holiday and we would definitely return, thank you.

Wir waren in diesem Jahr im Oktober das zweite Mal in diesem schönen Haus. Tolle Lage, ruhige und gepflegte Villengegend. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Better than expected

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Cassa Azza. We have stayed at a lot of villas over the past years but this was one of the few that lived up to all it promised. The villa was very clean and well equipped. The area is very quiet. The week we were there was hot, upto 39C, but the air con was very efficient. The pool was great, we spent most of our time in it! The outside toilet and shower room was a real bonus. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had an issue with the en-suite shower which was resolved very quickly. There aren’t many restaurants in the area, but that didn’t bother us. If I could improve anything it would be to have a bit more greenery around the sun terrace.

Traumhafter Urlaub in sehr gepflegtem Haus

Dieses Haus und die Vermieter kann man nur empfehlen. Völlig unkomplizierte Abwicklung, sehr gute Kommunikation. Es war alles wie beschrieben! Wir waren 2 Wochen Ende Juni bis Anfang Juli 2023 dort. Es fehlte an nichts! Beste Grüße aus Köln!

Summer holiday

Have taken villa holidays for last 30yrs and have to say this was 1 of the best.Spotlessly clean with all modern facilities. TV with Sky and Bt a real bonus . Only complaint was i had to clean Bbq when we got there but not a problem. Great location for cycling Col lde Rates, Port de Bernia etc.

A great place for a break

A well presented villa that was exactly as it is described. Situated nicely away from the commercialism and bustle of Calp to offer peace and quiet but close enough to dip into it when you want.

Calpe Winter Escape

We were looking for traditional Spanish villa with modern interior and no steps as one of our party has mobility problems and Casa Azza ticked the boxes. The villa was comfortable and the advertised photos did not do it justice, it was even better than it looked. We liked the winter heating options and enjoyed the log burner as well as the central heating. The villa is private and although in an urbanisation is well screened from neighbours. Access is through a locked gate which offers additional security while allowing you to drive the car to the front door. There is lots of outside space and the south facing aspect gets the best of the winter sunshine from around 10.00 am to 5.00pm. The internet speed was good and reliable catering for all our gadgets and requirements. We had great weather for January and hope to return

Beautiful villa

Séjour très agréable

Très belle maison, bien équipée dans un quartier calme. Voiture obligatoire pour tous les déplacements. Propriétaires très agréables et très réactifs. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons eu quelques difficultés avec la piscine qui était très trouble à notre arrivée mais les propriétaires sont intervenus très rapidement et nous avons pu en profiter pendant tout le séjour. Merci pour ces belles vacances.

Geweldig !

Een hele mooie, nette en ruime villa met alles erop en eraan. Buiten een grote ruimte met een mooi zwembad, en zelfs een douche en toilet. Alle slaapkamers hebben airco (erg fijn bij 35 graden). De keuken is luxe, het hele huis ademt een gezellige sfeer. De communicatie met de verhuurder verloopt prettig en snel. Verder sta je binnen 10 minuten in Calpe met de auto en ook andere leuke plekjes zoals bijv Moraira, Altea en Denia zijn goed te doen. 1 kleinigheidje: er staat een prachtige gasbarbecue maar geen gasfles. Wij hebben genoten en komen graag nog eens terug.

Séjour magnifique, agréable et admirable

Nous n'avons eu aucun souci pour arriver à cette superbe villa très très bien équipée, très bien placée avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes avoisinantes. La villa se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, très agréable et un à l'écart du bruit mais tout en étant proche de tous les commerces (8 minutes en voiture) de Calp. La villa est très spacieuse à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur avec une piscine privée suffisamment grande. Mon épouse, mes enfants et moi même avons énormément apprécié le séjour dans cette villa où la fin de la semaine est arrivé trop rapidement. Je recommande vivement cette location aux familles et aux vacanciers en quête de sérénité.
