秘密の谷に位置する素晴らしい4ベッドルーム、8人の別荘、海への車でわずか5分、3つのチャンピオンシップの標準ゴルフコース。 ヴィラは、衛星テレビ、DVDプレーヤー、インターネット、食器洗い機、電子レンジ、洗濯機、バーベキューなど、家庭のすべての快適さに豪華です。 すべての部屋にエアコン/ヒーターがあります。 各ベッドルームは2つの寝室があり、専用のシャワー室があります。 8つのサンラウンジャーと大きなモバイルの傘の日よけ、8つの傘を置く屋外ダイニングセットがあります。 大きなプールを囲む庭園は美しく造られ、ヴィラは海と周囲の丘の側を望む丘の頂上に位置しています。 穏やかな風が家を満たし、暑い夏の日々をも冷やします。 ヴィラは静かで落ち着いていますが、ショッピングやレストランの近くの村には近いです。 ダウンタウンのパポスは車で15分のところにあり、沢山のレジャーアクティビティや驚くべき遺跡の本拠地です。

Lovely comfortable villa with everything we needed for our multi generation family holiday. Comfy beds and furnishings and well equipped kitchen Plenty of outdoor furniture and a good sized pool that the children loved.Situated in our favourite part of Cyprus within easy reach by car to towns archaeological sites and beaches We ate in Restaurants we have grown to love over the years and are a short drive including Efraim tavern in Kouklia with a Cypriot night on Thursdays with music and dancing and Melanda Beach fish restaurant with a lovely jetty and beach with sunbeds Thank you Anita we all had a lovely holiday and hope to return soon

Perfect Villa in Secret Valley

We had a fantastic stay at Anita’s Villa - beautiful garden. villa was large, very clean, well equipped and perfect for our family. Will be booking again for next summer.

Great value

Lovely villa in a good location. We hired a car so we could explore and here you are close to the A6 with easy access to and from Paphos airport. The pool was a good size and there were plenty of sun loungers. 4 bedrooms each with its own en-suite was a great bonus.

It’s a lovely villa. Everything you need and it was spotlessl. The air on in each room very well and in the bedrooms it’s not on these blessed two hour maximum timers. The pool was lovely and the pool man came twice a week and kept it nice and clean. The weather hadn’t been great in April and early May so we were glad we had it heated at the extra cost. You would definitely need a car, there are no shops or eateries nearby. Can’t think of anything negative to say.

Would certainly return and recommend. Extra fridge/freezer was an enormous help. Owned and management were very accommodating and helpful.

Another great trip near Kouklia

From booking to arrival, the whole process was simple and went without any problems. The property was fantastic in an area we know well. Only 10mins drive to nearest village. 15mins to supermarket. Very close to golf course. The property was as described and had everything we needed. Anita left instructions for settling in well

The Villa was fantastic, even better than we were expecting. Everything you needed and very clean. Bedrooms were airy and air conditioning was excellent. Showers were great as well. The Pool was a welcome break from the Sun and was perfect. Pool was cleaned twice a week by a really nice man. The Gardens were lovely in an area which was peaceful and tranquil.We hired a car which was necessary to get to local villages Kouklia and Mandria. Also a pleasant drive into Paphos.Anita was a great host and communication was excellent. Highly recommend and hopefully will return next year.

Einfach top!

Wir waren für 14 Tage in Anitas Place und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus war sauber und wir wurden freundlich von Michelle empfangen. Aufgrund unserer zeitigen Landung durften wir vor Check-In schonmal die Koffer im Haus abstellen, da es im Auto etwas eng war. Michelle hat uns alles gezeigt und restliche offene Fragen beantwortet. Bei Unklarheiten während unseres Aufenthaltes hat Anita uns immer zeitnah geholfen. Auch der Service ringsum, z.B. mit dem Poolboy, hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Es war alles beschriebene vorhanden und wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Gegend ist gut erschlossen und modern, aber trotzdem angenehm ruhig mit ländlichem Flair. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schöne Villa in toller Lage

Uns hat es gut gefallen in Anitas Villa. Man hat vom Balkon einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und zum Fenster in der Küche schaut man ins bergige Land. Der Garten mit Pool ist toll. Vielen lieben Dank auch für die immer sofortigen Antworten Anita!

Lovely Villa and great communication.

We have just returned from an 18 day stay in Anita’s Villa. We had the best time, location was perfect with some fantastic views. The cleaner Michelle was so lovely and made time to come & introduce herself to us we had a problem with the kettle and Michelle got straight onto replacing it for us. The man was really friendly. Anita herself was a fantastic host and replied so quickly to any questions I had she even let us stay in the Villa a little longer on departure day as we had a late flight. Thank you making our stay in Cyprus so wonderful.

Perfect family holiday

Great villa just perfect for our family holiday. We know the island well so used the villa as a base to relax when we weren’t out and about. Great communication from Anita and Michelle throughout our stay. Would love to visit and stay again in the future!

Excellent value for money

We have just returned after 2 week stay, although we never met the host Anita I would like to thank her for her communication both during the booking process and during our stay, thank you. The villa and pool were as described, location for us was perfect, out of the way but easily accessible with a car for Pathos and surrounding areas, we all loved the pool, it was cleaned twice a week and warm, as I said before we all thought excellent value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Perfect vacation in beautiful villa

We were two families who spent one week at the end of June in Anita's villa and we had perfect time there. Villa is located on the edge of neighbourhood and apart from one loud evening party in the villa next to us, it was quiet place. There is nice and well maintenaned garden with pool oriented towards south. Heating is extra option but there is a pool cover which can bring the water temperature up by few degrees. What I was just missing was a bit more of shade outside. There is only one umbrella above eating table and second next to pool for sunbeds. Interior of villa is nice, simple and functional. Air conditioning unit is in each room and each of the four bedrooms (1 downstairs, 3 upstairs) have dedicated shower and toilet which is really convenient. Kitchen is big and well equipped with everything you need. There is as well some basic food articles like salt, pepper, seasonings, tea etc. What I would like to underlilne is Anita hospitality and communication. She was answering on all my emails and requests very promtply so we feeled really welcomed and everything went smooth. Last but not least was quite nice price for our stay adding very good price to value ratio. In conlusion, we really enjoyed staying in Anita's villa and I can recommend it to everyone and especially for families with children.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub mit tollen Stunden am Pool. Leider eine Einkaufstasche im Haus vergessen und direkt per Mail nachgefragt, aber keine Antwort mehr erhalten !!! Wäre schön, doch noch eine Antwort von Anita zu erhalten.
