That is not acceptable, and the unit should have been fully cleaned and inspected before your arrival. We also apologize for the confusion regarding the listed amenities. If central air and smart TVs were included in the description, we understand how disappointing and frustrating it would be to arrive and find that they were not available as expected. We’ll review the listing details to make sure they are accurate and clear for future guests. We’re sorry as well that the parking pass was not waiting for you and that you had to track one down. That should have been handled before check-in. Most importantly, we regret that after you contacted the property management company, you did not feel anything was done to address your concerns. Guest issues should be acknowledged and followed up on in a timely and helpful way, and we’re sorry that was not your experience. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention. Thanks for the great review Kevin. The marina view at Foster Boat Works is second to none. Perfect balcony to enjoy coffee and pastries in the morning or a drink and snacks in the evenings and enjoy the cool lake breezes.
