Pool table, table included. Lovely sea views and great views of Fuerteventura from upstairs terrace, enormous terrace and large private dining area seating 8 persons further outside seating also. Peaceful location within a 15 minute walk of beach and town with all amenities. Nearest supermarket within 5 minutes. Short drive to golf courses. Internet access. Air-conditioning, outside shower. lovely lounge with 42in smart lcd tv dvd player.further 32in lcd tv wii and playstation 3 (please bring own games) included free in downstairs bedroom, can be rented with adjoining villa c3228 to sleep up to 16 persons connecting door in garden.

Great family holiday in Lanzarote staying in a lovely villa

Great trip, perfect for the extended family. 4 bedrooms and plenty of space. 25 minute walk to the town or a cheap taxi ride.

Lovely stay

Just returned from a 2 week stay. Lovely villa, communication with host was amazing, answered all our questions and allowed a late checkout on our last day which was appreciated. Amazing pool and outside arespentspent

Beautiful stay

On arrival a welcome pack which was thoughtful and appreciated after a long travel day. Loved the quietness of location. Shops nearby in a car. The garden area is lovely and the pool. Managers Gary (& Rachel) were lovely and helpful. We have had a great time and visited some beautiful areas. Ideal place to stay and explore. We would definitely come back here.

Property is in need of a little update, some furniture was old and marked. Very clean but some rooms need updating and would be a good idea to move the of storage from the wardrobes.

Excellent value

We have just got back (Aug 2022) from a lovely 11 night stay in this villa! Photos a good representation of the villa , pool a good size ! There was two family’s staying 7 in total loads of space especially outside! Nice walk to the main town loads of great places to eat especially for my daughter who is a coeliac! Would 100% recommend to any family’s looking for a great family friendly place to stay !

Winter break

Overall enjoyed the stay however the villa would benefit from a little refurbishment and we were a little let down by the quality of the pool table and the quality of the downstairs beds.. would definitely return if these issues were rectified thank you ..

Perfect stay

The villa was perfect for our needs, with two families sharing. There was a welcome pack on arrival which was much appreciated, as it covered the basics. It was around 15 minutes' walk into Playa Blanca as expected, and there were electric scooters parked up outside the majority of the time to hire. The pool was a lovely temperature and we made use of the garden with the different seating areas, loungers and BBQ. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great family villa

The villa was very nice but the beds were very lumpy & uncomfortable in most of the rooms, along with the pillows, which I think need replacing. The pool table was a lovely touch but the pool balls were different sizes & it wasn’t level. Also the Baize cover needs replacing as it’s a bit worn. But on whole we All had a Fantastic stay in the villa. & would go back again. There is plenty of room to sit around outside so we could take ourselves off into a quiet area & just sit & enjoy the warm weather.

Enjoyable November stay

Pleasant villa in quiet area with full sun all day on pool area. Short walk to bus stop (Playa Blanca circular No 30) or 4 taxi ride. Heated pool which was cleaned twice weekly during our stay. Lots of loungers and seating areas outside, although in November the sun was low all day (even under canopy) and prevented us from eating at the outside table as unfortunately no sun parasol available. Pool table provided great fun although balls all different sizes. Welcome pack (tea, biscuits, water, wine, bread) was a nice touch. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, but some saucepans past sell-by date.Bed in bedroom comfortable but unfortunately downstairs bed had “roll into middle” mattress. Villa very clean but would benefit from some refurbishment.

Fantastic villa with great pool and outside space

Booked Villa Patrissia for my youngest daughter's 21st birthday. All my daughters and their partners loved it. It's a lovely spacious villa in a great location - very handy for the main road to explore the island or to visit wonderful beaches at Papagayo or the shops and restaurants in town. So comfortable, with leather sofas, comfy beds and a brilliant kitchen. The heated pool was fantastic, we were in it every day from 8am till well after dark and we even used the BBQ which was a novelty for us as in Scotland we don't get much BBQ weather! The garden was beautiful, so well tended and my daughter fell in love with the friendly ginger cat that was always around looking for a cuddle. Thank you for making everything so easy Donna, we can't wait to come back. 10/10

Urlaub auf Lanzarote

Die Villa hat eine gute Lage und ist sehr gut gesichert. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir Wein, Kekse, Kaffee und Tee, Käse, Schinken und Toast vor. Wir haben uns sehr über diese Aufmerksamkeiten gefeut . Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Lovely quiet, convenient, comfortable space for family

We all really enjoyed our stay here. Our party ranged from 17-82 and there was something for everyone both in the villa and out and about. Car hire useful though the kids loved the local electric scooters. Plenty of good food too. Great bbq which we used loads.

Con algunas mejoras sería increible

El alojamiento es muy bonito, en una zona muy tranquila, y en general bien equipada. Cuenta con una decoración muy agradable y facilita una gran cantidad de toallas (cosa a agradecer). No obstante, necesataría algunas mejoras referentes al mantenimiento y/o renovación (colchones camas de matrimonio, mobiliario de cocina y dormitorios, desagües). Sería de agradecer un trato más directo y cercano a la hora de la entrada y salida de la propiedad y ante cualquier problema que pudiera surgir durante la estancia (sobre todo si no dominas el inglés).

Great villa for familes

I’m just back from a great holidays in this lovely villa. We were there with extended family (70,67,37,36,35,5 & 3) and everyone enjoyed it. The pool and gardens were so safe for kids and a great spot for adults to get some sun! We had a lovely cat regularly visiting which also entertained the kids. The villa is about 15 mins walk to centre of playa blanca but we also hired cars. Lots of parking space outside the villa also. I would definitely recommend this villa and will visit again in the future!

Poor value

Stayed between 4/11/21 -11/11/21 Very poor condition , not clean ,very tired accommodation needs upgrade Asap. Pool pump not working , had to have new bedding delivered bathroom upstairs in poor condition,. Outbuilding which had washing machine looked like It belonged in farmyard.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay at the Villa, peaceful location and very close to local supermarket. Playa Blanca pleasant stroll away. Great assistance from Property Management Company. Villa Owner provided details prior to departure as requested by us and kept in touch with us when necessary.

Wonderful and relaxing

First impressions as we opened the gate was WOW! Fantastic garden with real grass lights mirrors and buddha's surround the garden and pool. Large comfortable outdoor patio with large canopy for respite from the sun. Comfy outside sofa and chair plus granite top table and comfy dinning chairs. We ate there every day apart from the times we went to Playa Blanca and Rubicon Marina restaurants. Very roomy villa there were only 2 of us. Lovely comfy bed upstairs in master suite with balcony for sea and volcano views over to Fuertaventura. Comfy sofa there too for sundowners! The whole villa felt very private and the area was so quiet. We loved having Paddy the cat, visit us each day for hours on end! Lovely large pool cleaned twice a week. Having it heated makes all the difference. Good crockery and glassware, cutlery and saucepans, but needs a re stock of decent knives and utensils. The walk up Montana Roja is a must. The view from the top and the wLk around the rim of a volcano is stupendous! We did it 3 times. Another must is a day trip to Fuertaventura with lunch and a trip to the dunes. All in all it was a lovely holiday and we hope to return Donna and Tony !

Fantastic villa great location

A great villa with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible with a great outside space and lovely pool. The management team very helpful and informative. Wonderful Villa

We booked a 10 night stay at Villa Patrissia, it was our 1st time staying in a villa in Playa Blanca & we were not disappointed. We travelled with 2 other couples & 2 girls aged 12 & 14. From the moment we enter the gate we knew we had made the right choice. We were greeted with a beautiful spacious garden & a very inviting pool. Once we stepped into the villa we felt truly at home. 4 lovely bedrooms, a very well equipped kitchen & wonderful lounge/dinner, but best of all a wonderful outside eating/relaxing area complete with BBQ. The welcome pack was great & meant we didn't need to rush out to the shops. The girls were kept busy playing table tennis, pool & swimming in the lovely heated pool. We all ahead a truly wonderful holiday & cant wait to go back. Thank you so much Donna & Tony.

LOVELY LARGE FAMILY VILLA * GREAT LOCATION*

This is out 2nd time at villa patrissia and our 4th time in one of donnas villas , had another amazing holiday , the villa is perfect for our large family it is a real home from home kitted out perfectly for us plenty of outside seating and everything is catered for and thought about , internet tv a little patchy at times but hey ho this is lanzarote not the uk , and didn't come away to watch tv . lovely large warm pool and huge terraces grass an added asset and really well cared for gardens look beautiful , we will be returning in august to villa amore -c2449 cannot wait . thank you donna and tony for another lovely stay and you generosity , we love it !!!

AWFUL,AVOID,NOT LUXURY!!!!

This villa is advertised as luxury it's absurd and misleading, we left three days into our seven day holiday due to the fact that we felt like we were conned! Inside we were greeted by ants all over the villa and bugs living on the make-shift outdoor furniture which has been covered in old BATH MATTS. Inside it smells damp and fousty and in need of a deep clean the so called cleaners left us a pile of CLEAN??? towels that were tatty and old it was an insult to me as I would not of dried my dog with them let alone my children. There is NO working TV with English channels it never worked properly our whole stay, cleaner promised to fix but never happened. The villa is very odd inside and out looks like all the furnishings have been bought at a jumble sale looks nothing like its being advertised online so don't be fooled. We left early as we couldn't relax there as we all felt dirty also the pool is full of leaves and bugs. My advice is DONT BOOK if your expecting luxury and a message to the owner who is only interested in taking your money is you need to stop false advertising, sack the cleaners and update and refurbish the whole villa.

Stunning home from home.

We bought our 2nd property in playa blanca Dec 2009. We have had such a good response to our 1st house We decided to buy another its in a very peaceful location but only 15 mins walk from the town and beach its a loveky large spacious villa with 4 large bedrooms and lots of outside space.
