有名なビクトリア朝のメインハウスに新設されたモダンな別館。 ビーチへは徒歩圏内です。 グラベルドライブには安全な駐車場がたくさんあります。 夏の椅子、火災ピット、BBQ付きのプライベートパティオ。

2番目のベッドルームベッドは、2つのシングルとして構成することも、2つにまとめてジップすることもできます。

1階には明るい快適なラウンジ/キッチン/ダイナーがあり、1階に大きなシャワールームと2つの大きめのベッドルームがあります。
メインベッドルームにはダブルベッド1台が備わり、2ベッドルームにはダブルベッドまたはツインベッドが設置されています。

カヤック、カイトサーフィン、ウィンドサーフィン、海釣りなど、近くには2つのビーチがあり、ウォータースポーツがたくさんあります。

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday home last week. Everything was exactly as described – clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable.What really stood out to us was how thoughtfully the place was prepared: there were already some cooking essentials, washing-up items, and even coffee pods waiting for us – perfect for settling in after a long journey.The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Right from the start, they offered helpful tips for local outings and made us feel like we could always reach out if anything came up – which gave us real peace of mind.But the absolute highlight is the unbeatable location: just a short walk to the beach, where we spent every evening with our children enjoying the sea and the sunsets. Shops and restaurants were also close by, which made everything very easy and relaxed.We can highly recommend this place – it’s one of those rare finds that truly feels like a home away from home.

Perfect location

We spent one week in this beautiful small house and loved it. The location is beyond perfect, less than 5 mins to walk to the beach, lots of bars and restaurants and quick walk into town too. Great location for a carless holiday or lots of places to visit if you do have a car. House had everything we needed, so clean and tidy and the hosts were on hand if needed but also happy to let you get on. We will definitely book again and can’t thank you enough, Geoff and Karen, for a wonderful holiday.

Nice Garden and great parking

Pleased with the parking and the area where the children could safely play. We didn't find the unit as user friendly as some we have stayed in before for a family. The children are not keen on eating out and so that's why we chose self catering and so needed the cooking facilities. The all in one micro and oven wasn't always convenient as often we needed to use both at the same time. The kitchen sink needed some TLC but there was no cleaning products only washing up liquid. There was a small amount of bleach upstairs and I did my best with that. The bedding and towels were really lovely but the bed was rather hard. Most have toppers these days, this did not. The toiletries provided were super as was the welcome gifts. We were lucky with the weather and had a few hot days but couldn't have the windows open at night due to the road noise as the building is on the corner of two busy roads where the traffic starts early morning. The shower room was lovely and there was plenty of hot water. The stairs are not for the faint hearted as they are very narrow, steep, with twists at the bottom and top. This can be see in the pictures but it needs to be stated in the text. For families, a freezer would be welcome so that you could do one large shop for the duration of the stay. It is well positioned for beaches and town. This is probably more suitable for adults rather than families. Overall we had a good stay.

Very cosy

A very nice and cosy place to stay. Perfect distance to the beach. The hosts are very good and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Also perfect for day trips like Dartmoor, Lychford Gorge or Carleton Fishacre.

Devonair Exmouth

A lovely modern property annexed to owners House with own patio and parking. Owners very welcoming and helpful when needed. 2 mins walk from the beach and on open top bus route to Sandy Bay. 2 large bedrooms and bathroom with walk in shower and kitchen lounge with everything you might need. Lovely welcoming goodies too. Would recommend highly.

Great property in Exmouth

Geoff and Karen are great hosts. The property is superb, clean and spacious. They provide very generous provisions, including a welcome pack, to help with your stay and entertainment in case of bad weather or cosy nights in. Information is on hand to help with anything such as appliances and things to do. Easy walking distance to town and the beach. Secure gated parking is a bonus. Personally couldn’t fault our stay and will hopefully be returning in the future.

Fantastic!

Fantastic stay at this accommodation. It had everything that we needed. Lovely and peaceful. So close to the beach which was fantastic. Everything was good quality and the bedding was GORGEOUS! It was so soft and all linen smelt so fresh! Would love to know what detergent they use 😁 Overall a fantastic stay, and I would certainly recommend this place! As for the host well they’re simply great!

Great location in Exmouth

Devonair is just a few minutes walking distance to beach and town, plus great views via headland walks. Well appointed and comfortable accommodation. Good communication with host, I would definitely recommend.

Lovely

We had a lovely stay at the property - it was actually more spacious that we thought (upstairs) from the photo's. Had everything we needed and hosts very helpful. About a 5 minute walk down to a nice sandy beach. Apart from the beach, the highlight was hiring bikes and doing a ride on the cycle route that goes up the River Exe with a nice lunch in Topsham.

Lovely stay in August

Really nice property perfect for me and my family. When we got here milk was in the fridge with some nice biscuits and a bottle of Prosecco! The property is really well decorated throughout and close proximity to the beach. The owners were all ways texting etc to make sure we were ok and needed anything. Highly recommend thanks very much. Fantastic location!

Geoff and Karen made us feel so welcome throughout our stay at Devonair. The property has been designed beautifully with real Devon beach tradition. It is very clean and well equipped. It’s in an amazing location for the beach, restaurants and Marina in Exmouth. Geoff provided lots of info on where to eat and things to do. All the places he recommended to eat were Fantastic! His recommendations for a week’s itinerary were great too and we managed to fit it all in. The beach is beautiful!! We loved our stay at Devonair and Exmouth and will definitely return again!

The loveliest experience

Staying at Geoff and Karen ‘s home was a luxury experience. Impeccable style and woodwork within the bright flat . Everything was top notch: organic toiletries, rainfall shower head , heavy towels, thick spa-quality bathrobes, and beautiful fixtures. The home is located within a 5-minute walk of the beach, a park, the South West Coastal park, basically everything we wanted. We had food delivered some nights and went out to eat on others. Send Geoff a text for recommendations and he'll respond within minutes with awesome ideas. We loved our stay and look forward to returning!

Lovely Devonair

Great location

Clean and tidy property with all that you need for your stay. Check in/out process smooth and faultless. Bottle of Prosecco to welcome us with other key items to get you going. All in all a great time had by all of the party

Die Ferienwohnung mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern ist modern und freundlich eingerichtet, mit allem was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Auto kann bequem direkt am Haus geparkt werden.Die Lage der Wohnung bietet vielerlei Möglichkeiten in und um Exmouth. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Uns waren die Matratzen in den Betten zu hart; aber das mag auch Empfindungssaache sein.

Very comfortable two-bed annex and very welcoming hosts

We had a three-night stay with our son and daughter-in-law joining us for two nights as we had a wedding in Topsham. The house was lovely. The beds were comfortable, and there is a great bathroom. All the facilities were top notch and Geoff & Karen very welcoming hosts.

We would highly recommend DevonAir....a great place to stay!

We stayed in DevonAir for three nights with our two children. Everything was straight forward with arrival and departure. Geoff was very welcoming and helpful. We had complimentary provisions....milk, coffee, tea, biscuits, fruit and Prosecco which was much appreciated and very kind . The accommodation is fun, fresh and immaculate to a very high standard. The downstairs living accommodation was great for a short stay and beautifully kitted out. Lovely bedrooms upstairs and a great bathroom with a super shower. The hosts have been very thoughtful and generous in providing everything that you could possibly need throughout the property for your stay. We would highly recommend Devonair.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit tollen Vermietern nah am Meer

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Exmouth, leider nur eine Woche! Der Kontakt zu Geoff und Karen war im Vorfeld schon perfekt. Sehr hilfreich bei der Planung und viele tolle Ideen, was man unternehmen kann. Das Haus ist sauber, sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und von der Lage her perfekt um auch abends noch kurz ans Meer zu laufen. Bei unserer späten Ankunft am ersten Tag, erwartete uns ein Obstkorb, Brot, Butter und Getränke! Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Vielen Dank an Geoff und Karen!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Purchased in 2012 and in need of lots of TLC, we have completely renovated and modernised this characterful Victorian property and brought it right up to date but retained as much of the character as possible. We have created a self contained two bedroom 'annex' to the rear of the main property and this is available for holiday rentals. Great location, a short walk to the beach and a 1m walk into town for all the shops, bars and restaurants.
