If you’re looking for a place to stay in a quiet resort with access to a fantastic ski area this is the place for you. The chalet was well equipped and perfect for three couples. Small but well laid out.Balcony with unobstructed views to the mountains was an added bonus.

A home from home

We had a great stay - the property is excellent, a real home from home. Location is great too, a short walk from gondola and the shops / restaurants. Probably one of, if not the best places we've stayed in, in the Alps.

Perfect stay in the mountains

We loved the stress free nature of our stay at Chalet Beaumont from the easy booking/check in/out and the fantastic location and views. The chalet was used as a base for biking in the Tarantaise valley and beyond and was comfortable and well equipped. Watching the sunset from the balcony was breathtaking and the amenities and the bakery and shops were close by. Overall a perfect stay in a location we know well.

Enjoyable Ski Week

We had a very nice stay at Chalet Beaumont in Peisey-Vallandry the week of January 8th to the 15th, 2023. The chalet is nicely equipped, very comfortable, and within a short walk to the Vallandry 74 Gondola lift. We found the chalet to also be conveniently located close to the Sherpa grocery store that's open every day as well as ski shops and restaurants. Francis at Alpine Essence, the property management company, was awesome. We discovered that the coffee pot was cracked early on the first morning and upon texting her, she had a replacement delivered to the chalet within 30 minutes. Chalet Beaumont certainly receives an excellent rating from my family!

We bought the chalet as we had been staying in the Chalets de Vallandry for 3 years in a row. We loved the incredible view from the balcony and the easy access for the car and to the village and the ski lift.

The chalet is a home from home in terms of creature comforts - fibre, French (Orange), UK and international TV. It has a full working kitchen with all the utensils you need and the log fire in the evening is bliss. It's a great place to chill when the weather is not tempting you out as there is plenty of space and the full glass windows allow you to enjoy what's going on outside and leave the skiing to the hardened bunch!
The large balcony gets the full sun in the afternoon, perfect for those apres-ski drinks. The supermarket is 5 minutes away along with all the shops, restaurants and bars.
In Summer the whole area is surrounded by wild flowers and cows with bells around their necks. It is a paradise for walkers, runners and bikers and the sky is busy with para-gliders and golden eagles. Down in Landry the water sports centre offers loads of activities.
