Perfect Location

This apartment is in a wonderful neighbourhood, close to public transport and cafes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the apartment had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Excellent apartment.

We stayed nine days in this unit. The owner was helpful and answered our questions. The apartment is cozy and has a nice bathroom. The kitchen is fine with a microwave and two burner cooktop. We would stay there again if we return. Kathy R.

Perfect little bolt hole in paris

The whole experience was really good. Natsumi and Dexter were great with their communication. The apartment is small but perfectly formed, and in an ideal location in the heart of marais. The apartment has everything you need, and the little touches like essential toiletries were much appreciated. Highly recommended and thank you natsumi and dexter

Great location, lively neighborhood

It is a quaint, very small apartment. The owner and her assistants are very nice and punctual. It's in a busy lively neighborhood with great restaurants; the flip side is this is not an apartment for light sleepers. Windows can be opened for circulation; no screens. Also be aware there is a small clothes washer, but no dryer function.

Süße Wohnung in fantastischer Lage

Unser Aufenthalt in Paris war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein (es besteht quasi nur aus Bett). Für Kinder oder Jugendliche ist es aber völlig ausreichend. Auch die Küche ist klein. Man kann keine großartigen Menüs dort kochen, aber auch das ist, zumindest bei unserem Aufenthalt, nicht gewollt gewesen. Wir sind gerne mal durch die netten Gassen gezogen und was essen gegangen. die Metro ist wirklich um die Ecke und man kann sogar viele Sachen zu Fuß erreichen. Die Kommunikation und der Checkin liefen problemlos ab. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Great Apartment!

The apartment was exactly as pictured and worked so well for the four of us. Fans in every room and large windows dealt well with the heat. The kitchen is tiny but functional, and the tub / shower was very good. Natsumi was extremely helpful, even giving taxi information late at night. Everything is available nearby -- ATM's, metro, grocery store, boulangeries, restaurants, and a taxi stand. Great neighborhood with la Pkace des Vosges a couple of blocks away. Wonderful!

In the Heart of Paris

A very comfortable house located in the best neighbourhood of the city. Very close to the underground station, museums, squares, restaurants and shops. The apartment is very well organized, very comfortable. The level of cleaning is excellent.

Perfect pied-a-terre

Fantastic little apartment in a perfect location for exploring all the wonderful things that Paris has to offer. Natsumi was a very patient and communicative owner with the booking having to move several times!

Great place to discover Le Marais

The location is amazing to discover and enjoy Le Marais, a less touristy area full of restaurants and stores. The place was very comfortable for me and my wife in one room, and our daughter on the other. Large bath, tiny kitchen but all in working order.

Wonderful host and amazing apartment

We had a wonderful stay in Natsumi’s lovely apartment. Natsumi was a phenomenal host. Gracious, understanding and very responsive. The apartment is amazing. Location is perfect - right in the heart of the Marais - yet the apartment is quiet and peaceful, as it is off the street and surrounded on all sides by courtyards. The apartment is very well stocked and clean and comfortable. We felt right at home and very safe. I’ve stayed at many apartments in the Marais over the years and this one definitely ranks at the top. I’ll definitely try to stay here again, next time I travel to Paris. Thank you, again, Natsumi!!

A Wonderful Place in the Marais

A wonderful, cozy and quiet two bedroom apartment in the Marais. Natsumi is a great host answering all of our questions promptly and in detail. You could not pick a convenient place for exploring the Marais. Located on the second floor facing an inner courtyard, it is very quiet, super clean, well-stocked with supplies, towels, soap, shampoo and so forth. Pick this place and start enjoying your trip in the most charming neighborhood in Paris.

Great location and character

This apartment is just as described: very charming and in an excellent location with a very convenient Metro stop, which makes staying here a great choice for exploring Paris. The apartment has many thoughtful touches and amenities for living and cooking. We were there during a heat wave, and Natsumi made sure we had cooling fans. The rooms are a little small by US standards, but having two private bedrooms and a big bathtub/shower made it feel much roomier. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent location and very peaceful apartment.

This apartment is a great little find. It's quaint and has what you need for a short stay in a lovely area. And, so quiet! A couple of blocks to the Metro and to 2 supermarkets. There are 2 flights of stairs in a spiral staircase, as reviews have mentioned, but that wasn't a problem for us. The owner is a pleasure to deal with, and I am happy to recommend this property.

Unbelievably Great location

Bright and Clean! Safe neighborhood.

This was the most perfect location in Paris! The Marais area is so nice and trendy, yet safe. The apartment is surrounded by great shops and dining. The apartment is extremely bright and clean. It really gives you the feeling of living in an apartment amongst the locals. The location is so close to the metra and therefore it is a convenient location. The owner had great communication with me and was so accommodating. I would never consider staying in a hotel after having this experience!

A lovely apartment in the centre of the Marais district. Very quiet as it is inside a courtyard area so away from the main roads. The decor is well designed and very clean, with a quirky but big bathroom. The second bedroom is a squeeze, so you would need to decide before you get there who will be willing to manage the lack of space, but there are 2 social areas to use so it is not a problem. We felt like real Parisians in this apartment; it was great!

Quiet, walking distance to Paris icons

We loved this apartment. It was close to bakeries, I recommend PAUL Bakery, supermarkets, fresh green grocers, public transport and walking distance to most of Paris Icons. Namely - Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Pompidou Art Gallery to name a few. This apartment lived up to expectations offering a lovely Parisian experience. We stayed with 5 people in this apartment, and although small like many of Paris apartments, we lived there comfortably for one week. The beds were comfortable, and the views of the surrounding apartments delightful, it was exactly the experience we were after. Set in a quiet courtyard, we could leave this apartment feeling safe and secure. Every morning we stepped out through big double Parisian doors straight into the heart of Paris.

A great place to stay

A brilliant location in the heart of the Marais with its wonderful shops and restaurants and a substantial museum right across the road. The apartment is located to back of the building complex and is remarkably quiet. It is well ventilated with a number of windows and has an excellent gas heating system and a big bath with lots of hot water. We enjoyed staying there and being able to cook - two well stocked supermarkets are close by. All in all an excellent experience, and very well supported by the owner, Natsumi.

We (three adults) really enjoyed out stay here and it would be our first choice if we visit Paris again. Amazing safe location with many boutiques, bars, cafes, bakeries and Patisseries very very close by. It is a very quiet location as it is set back from the road and it is not on a main road. Very close to metro and walking distance to Seine and Norte Dame. Small second bedroom but it has a double bed in but that is about all there is room for. Value for money is excellent and check in and out service was exactly on time. New boiler combination boiler so always instant hot water and very good heating (we were there in a very cold january month).

Another thing is the boutiques are open on Sundays, too!

Around the apartment, there are charming old buildings with characters.

Although the apartment is in the very lively area, the apartment is very quiet. This is also what I like about it. There is even a view of a nice lawn with green and trees from the window and you can hear the bird singing!
