Although the cottage, overall, suited us and was as described there were a few issues which would be quite easy to sort:
- the door to bedroom 3 and its en-suite stuck and were difficult to close without slamming
- the bottom drawer of the chest of drawers in bedroom 3 made so much noise when opening, it woke up the couple in the main bedroom!
- the toilet rolls provided were so thin they were practically not fit for purpose, and we were not sure why they were left in the kitchen and not put in each bathroom
- the central heating was very erratic and a couple of mornings and evenings the bedroom radiators never did heat up
- why did we have to go out a buy an oven cloth? Fairly standard provision for a self catering property, I would have thought
- only one light on the cooker hood worked.
- it would be quite easy to create more parking space if 6 adults are able to book, rather than just families
At present I would recommend with a proviso.
