Hi Jason- We apologize for the issues that you encountered during your stay. No guest should ever have to go without heat and we regret that this was not running properly upon your arrival. We were not aware that this was happening during your stay and would have been happy to help remedy the situation for you. Guest comfort is very important to us. We are always happy to send out our maintenance team, call a specialized vendor, or bring out space heaters should something like this happen. For future stays, be sure to call the maintenance number provided on the front of your welcome packet and we will gladly work with you to address any concerns you may have. Heating at this property is fully operational and there are NO outstanding issues with the furnace at the home. Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We hope you come visit us again soon. - Your Friends at Railey Mountain Lake Vacations
