View and location were amazing. Nice to have the indoor pool as well. The decor was nice and family friendly. Nice and quiet area. Access to the beach was easy. It was smaller than expected. Parking was challenging. Bathrooms were very tight. It is an older building and we were disappointed in the general lack of upkeep to the space. Curtain rods failing off the wall, the bunk bed was missing screws (maintenance did come and try and help) hole in the floor in the kids room, cracks in bathtub, screen doors were torn, closet doors not closing correctly. Kids bed spreads were covered in lint. I could not give 5 stars just because of all the issues we kept finding but the location itself is ideal if that is your priority.

Beach getaway

Condo was clean, and ready for us as promised. It’s RIGHT on the beach! Parking was a bit tight, but we got the hang of it. Made for a great and relaxing beach getaway.

Great getaway

We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving! The place was at the perfect location! We loved being right on the water! It was a short drive to the aquarium and to places to eat out. We also loved having access to the recreation center, my kids especially loved the indoor pool since it was cold outside.

Fun in the sun

We loved this place. It was decorated with taste and had ample sleeping room, well stocked kitchen and great amenities like an indoor pool for the kids later in the day. We will be back.

Perfect for families and lots of extras!

Our only critique was that we wished we had known the condo comes equipped with fans in the closets in case you need that extra airflow or white noise, a pack 'n play, futon bed, and plenty of great board games! We were pleasantly surprised and our trip of six adults and some children went perfectly with a clean condo, amazing location, and the sound of the ocean every morning!

Great condo!

We greatly enjoyed our family vacation at this condo! The location is great with an incredibly close boardwalk and a great area for rinsing off from the beach. The balcony is wonderful and spacious. We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning (#thankskids). We also enjoyed the nice warm indoor pool! The owners clearly put a lot of thought into the details of the unit…I especially appreciated the kid-friendly touches like blackout curtains in the bunk room, kid friendly dishes, and a clothes line in the shower for hanging all those swimsuits! We hope to come back next year!

Loved Kure Beach

This was our first visit to Kure Beach and Ocean Dunes. We were not disappointed! The staff at Sea Coast Rentals was wonderful and the condo was as we expected. A few things that I would mention in the description are that parking is tight and limited, the elevator is several doors down, as is the outdoor shower. Minor inconveniences, nothing that would ruin a stay though! We will definitely be back!

Slice of heaven!

The property was great! There was an issue with the storm door that I emailed property management about at 11:00 pm and someone was there by 10 the next morning to fix it. We cooked in every night. The kitchen was very well stocked with enough plates, glasses and silverware for a large group. I found every, piece of cookware and utensils needed. The was beautiful and indoor pool refreshing in the afternoons. The deck was awesome for watching sunrises. We would definitely go back!

Cozy Serenity

An absolutely gorgeous view right on the edge of the shoreline. Looking out the patio doors, we felt one with the tide. Beach is private and quite, rooms are clean and comfy. The kitchen had all the utensils, appliances, pots, pans, and more. Each room had plenty of outlets in easily accessible locations for chargers, laptops, you name it. TVs all worked with Roku and any streaming service you needed to access. The recreation center was perfect and well maintained. It had all the comfort of home, but right on the ocean. We didn't want to leave!

Great place for family to unplug.

We greatly enjoyed our week at Ocean Dune 2119. It's on the 2nd floor making it easy to access. Couple things caught us a little of guard. 1) No wifi (we realized this the day before we arrived) and very basic cable; for what we paid, we assumed it was included, but it forced us to unplug. Not a bad thing. 2) NO cell phone reception and no working phone for emergency calls. We even bought a burner phone w a different cell company and still had zero coverage. Biggest concern with that was in the event of an emergency. 3) the dish washer turned on and ran but didn't get the dishes clean. Other than that... we truly had a blast. Will likely be back to Ocean Dunes again.

You can find much better properties at this price than this unit!

Although the keyless entry and check-in process appears to be a hassle free way to go, it is only true if the key code you were given actually works. Our family arrived late in the day when the office was closed and our key code which was given to us did not work. We called the after hours number and spoke with a rude lady who promised to have the maintenance guy call us or come to the unit – both of which never happened. So our first night at the beach was spent sleeping in our vehicles and the next morning we called the office once it opened and demanded a key code that worked. After getting access to the unit, we were very disappointed with what we saw. The unit is very small and the kitchen appears to be stocked with fleamarket finds. Many light switches were labeled “not working”, the Wi-Fi network name was incorrectly listed, there were roaches in the unit, none of the exhaust fans in the unit worked, the master bedroom TV would shut off after giving a warning of being overheated, not to mention the Roku TV was very confusing to use. The ceiling of our parking garage is missing boards and had wet drippy insulation hanging out of it. The floor of the parking garage was full of water that you had to walk through to get to your car . On a good note, the unit is directly on the beach and the hammock swing on the balcony was relaxing. The linen service was amazing as they provided an ample supply for our week’s stay. This was not our first time staying in this area and not our first time staying in the Ocean Dunes complex, but it will be our last. It was very disappointing and definitely not worth the money that we spent.

We’re reviewing your feedback thoroughly to ensure any issues you’ve mentioned are corrected and brought to the attention of management. We are truly sorry to hear that the after hours call center was rude and failed to dispatch our maintenance department to your emergency. We have addressed this issue with the after hours call center to assure emergency situations are acted on immediately. Home improvement suggestions are shared with property owners at the end of the season to encourage updates. Unfortunately, the parking areas are out of our jurisdiction. The HOA handles the maintenance of the outside areas, building exteriors, and parking areas and maintenance is required whenever they deem it necessary. Thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location is perfect for a quiet getaway. The property was spotless and did not disappoint! Would definitely recommend for small families.

Stunning view of the Coquina Rocks!

Overall, we were very pleased. Stunning views & quiet beach location. Absolutely LOVED the hammock swing on the deck! Home was spacious with modern decor. Indoor poor was terrible, the smell of chlorine was unbearable & the hot tub was out of order. Our oven did not work, we called maintenance, they came out with a promise that it would be repaired, but it was not. That hindered our dinner plans somewhat. Parking is tight for SUV's. Beach storage bins in garage was full of discarded chairs, toys & umbrellas so we had to keep our on the porch. Again, a very pleasant stay and we will book again!

Great beach location

The house is great and in a great location. It is very clean and looks just like the pictures. The house does not come with any paper products( toilet paper paper towels etc.) or any soap including hand soap this is fine as long as you know ahead of time and can bring it.

Excellent property and location

Easy check in and check out process’s. Beautiful place with incredible ocean view. Just remember to pack paper items and soap.

Location, location, location! We chose this property because of the location. It did not disappoint.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The afternoons/evenings spent relaxing on the deck was priceless. We would certainly return to this amazing spot. Thank you
