Villa Alejandro is located in the lovely resort of Playa Blanca, on the southern most tip of Lanzarote. The villa is in a prime location in a quiet residential area. The terrace faces south and makes a great spot for enjoying a long drink, Villa Alejandro is a luxury villa with marble floors throughout and has been furnished to a high standard and sleeps upto 4. The villa enjoys its own heated pool which ensures the temperatures of around 27c. Approx 250m from spectacular coastline . The villa makes a great base for a family holiday. Accommodation consists of a large entrance hall, master bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom, family bathroom, well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area. FACEBOOK (villa alejandro)

Nice clean villa with everything available to use

Good communication before arrival with the added bonus of milk, water and beer in the fridge. Directions supplied were clear and easy to follow. Heated pool is only available during winter months which wasn't clear on website, so pool was quite cold. Overall a good, clean villa with sufficient utilities available. Would recommend this villa.

A peacefull location

The villa is very nicely furnished with everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a purpose built BBQ with a table and seating area just off of the kitchen area which is outside but under cover should you need it. The beds are comfortable. There is a lovely heated swimming pool with sunbeds around it and a nice seating area with comfortable chairs and table under a shaded part for those very hot days. Off street parking and a well stocked garden We had a nice 10 days there and we had booked a car which we felt was necessary as it is a fair walk into Playa Blanca, There are a few shops near by though if you have forgotten something. All in it was a very quiet location and had everything anyone would need should you wish to cater for yourself.

BEAUTIFUL VILLA

We had a lovely two week stay at this villa, it is very spacious and clean, everything you could need is there, it is also very comfortable,and cosy, a real home from home. Lovely kitchen, excellent big fridge freezer. Great hot water system, plenty of nice hot soaks. The garden and the pool area are also lovely,plenty of room, and the pool is a good size,and nice and warm. Two outside seating/eating areas,large barbeque, and four good sun loungers. Also excellent washing machine tucked away in outside cupboard . Just one very small complaint, tv was in German all we could get in english was news. This villa is in a very quiet and peaceful area,a CAR IS A MUST, there are no buses passing, taxis are cheap, 5.55 euros to Playa Blanca, 3.45 euros to Faro Park,nearest shops and restaurants. Carlos the owner was excellent at replying to emails and giving information very friendly. Would recommend this villa if you want quiet and peaceful area.

Wonderful house - just to feel fine

We really can highly recommend this house. Already the handling of the request and booking with the owner was very personal and friendly. On arrival we found a very clean and well equipped villa. The images have not promised too much. The house is a place to feel comfortable and to relax. The villa Alejandro is located in the Residence Alisios , which is really quiet. If then once all the houses are completed and the final construction is done , it probably will even be much quieter than now during our stay in February 2015. A car is recommended however, since Playa Blanca stretches almost 10km, the plant is located near the lighthouse, so at the western end of the resort. The beautiful Papagayo-Beaches in the east of Playa Blanca are too far to walk, but are definitely worth a visit, no problem to reach the beaches by car. Thanks to our rental car we were quite mobile and out every day , because there is really much to explore on this beautiful Island.

Book this villa!

Seriously, book this villa! We booked this villa last-minute after arriving at a horrible villa elsewhere on the island and rejecting it. The owner replied quickly and politely to the booking and we them heard from the 'caretaker ' Eva, who negotiated an arrival time and told us where to find the villa, keys etc. All communications were polite and cheery! You definitely need a car when staying here as its a fair distance from the 'centre' of Playa Blanca, but what you get is peace and quiet, loads of space in the villa and garden and it's still easy access to the rest of the island via the LZ2 main road. Despite being in the middle of a villa estate, the garden is fairly private - only overlooked by the neighbour's kitchen window. There are loads of little areas to sit/lounge in the villa so that even 4 people could have their own area - the lounge is spacious with comfy sofa and chairs, the outside eating area is lovely and clean, comfy sun loungers for catching rays and a covered seating area for cool drinks and reading books. Wifi is good enough to stream videos and there are a few English channels (mostly news) and lots of Spanish/German channels on the tv. Kitchen is well equipped although we didn't use it much - there are plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops 5-10 minute drive away in playa Blanca at good prices. The villa shower is AMAZING and never ran out of hot water. We used the washing machine and dishwasher, which were clean and easy to operate. There were inflatables provided for use in the pool, which was also lovely and cool after a day's adventuring! Seriously, this villa was perfect. Book it now!

10 day babymoon

Myself & my partner had an amazing stay at this villa recently. We read the reviews but the villa itself exceeded all expectations. Contact with the owner was brilliant, he replied almost instantly to all questions & put us in touch with Eva, who also met us on the first day to ensure we'd settled in and had everything we needed for our stay. Eva provided excellent directions to the villa also so we had no trouble finding it when we arrived. The villa is exceptional, two large bedrooms, one ensuite & a second spacious main bathroom. The beds are extremely comfy, there's a spare cot in the room if you've a little one with you, more than enough wardrobe space in both rooms, and then double doors leading from the master bedroom out to the pool. They even provide a hairdryer, hair straightener and an iron, bed linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, all utensils, dishwasher, cooker & microwave. The kitchen door leads out to a breakfast dining area that gets the sunshine first thing in the morning, and there's also a utility room with a washer dryer and other useful items. The indoor dining area / sitting room is a beautiful high ceiling room with large doors leading out to another seating area in the shade but which also has sunshine around it throughout the day. There's a TV, Xbox and sofa in the sitting room, perfect for chilling out in at night and it feels so spacious yet cozy. The pool is beautiful with plenty of seating around it and a cover to protect it and keep if clean when it's not in use, and it's in the sunshine from dawn til dusk. Even the garden itself is very pretty. The villa is in a stunning location, very peaceful and safe. There's plenty of privacy and everything combines to make for a wonderful and enjoyable holiday. We rented a car as the villa is a little bit away from Playa Blanca plus we also wanted to drive around and see more of the island itself. We couldn't have asked for more on this trip and the villa was completely spotless when we arrived too. Oh and the shower is excellent too. We will 100% be returning here in the future again!

Lovely villa

We had a lovely week staying in this villa. It was clean and fresh. My 6yr old daughter really enjoyed the heated pool which was a huge bonus as most days were over cast. Would stay at this villa again.
