ハイチャペルは、ランズウィックベイの美しい海辺の村の中心部にあるノースヨークシャー国立公園に位置する最近改装された元メソジストチャペルです。 そのユニークな海辺の村を構成するきれいなコテージのクラスターにつながる歩道に囲まれた多くの属性の中で、そのトラフィックのない環境です。 ハイチャペルの正面には、隆起したバルコニーエリアがあり、ランズウィックベイからケトルネスポイントまでの景色を望む、隆起した境界線のある石畳の庭があります。パティオ席が用意されており、このきれいで静かな場所で屋外でのお食事ができます。 砂浜までわずか75mです。 メインラウンジエリアは広々としており、二重の高さの大聖堂の天井と、ドアと窓からの海の景色をご覧いただけます。 ラウンジから離れたところには、部屋間の自由な会話を可能にするハイスペックの現代的なオープンプランキッチンがあります。 1階にはユーティリティルームとバスルームもあります。 1階には、オークとガラスの階段、ラウンジの上にバルコニーがあり、2つのベッドルームにキングサイズのベッド、2番目の部屋にツインベッドがあり、下に引き出し式のベッドがあります。

Stunning seaside stay

We loved everything about our stay. We’ve stayed in several different Runswick cottages over the years and this was a firm favourite. Beautiful open space downstairs, comfy beds and a great shower! Runswick bay is such a special place, thank you for helping us to make more very happy memories here.

High Chapel is an ideal seaside holiday cottage with a great view. It had everything we needed and the beds were especially comfortable. The kitchen is really well equipped too. It was quite chilly though without the log burner. Our only problem was having to clean the shower head which was rather mouldy. That said, I wish I had found this when my children were little, they would have loved it.

Hi, so pleased you enjoyed your stay at the chapel, my apologies about the shower head, that item has been replaced immediately after it was notified to me. We do strive and take pride to ensure everything is perfect for our guests. We do provide unlimited logs, coal and kindling for the log burner free of charge so it can be used at anytime, however from the end of September we do put the underfloor heating on in the lounge for our guests through until April. Relaxing break

A lovely conversion that is clean and well equipped. Perfect location. Food and drinks with a beautiful view in the local pub. Runswick is a beautiful village. We enjoyed many walks along the beach and a longer walk to Staithes. We will definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at High Chapel. The house was charming and full of character, tastefully converted into a comfortable residence, keeping some of the chapels original features. The kitchen had everything we needed and a good sized ground floor bathroom.The beds were very comfortable with quality bedding, clean, crisp and hotel style.Runswick Bay was soooo peaceful and beautiful with amazing coastal walks! Great, detailed communication from Phil helping to make our stay run smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

I love this condo. The only complaint is it could have been cleaner but they offered to come clean. The patio furniture was not comfortable but we put our own cushions on the chairs. The views are amazing, not crowded, parking good, and the security guard was so nice!

Fab property gorg location, needs a deep clean

Fabulous property, gorgeous location let down by lack of cleanliness. The flòors were not cleaned, the toilet was dirty and general levels of cleanliness were poor. We slept in the beds in the triple room as double room bed was uncomfortable, needs new mattress or topper I think.

We find this review extremely disappointing and upsetting and we do not recognize the description at all and think it is an unfair representation of our beautiful property. We take great pride and care to ensure our fabulous and unique cottage is immaculately clean and presented in an exceptional manner to our guests. The property was thoroughly cleaned throughout by ourselves prior to the guest arriving, including Hoover and mopping of all the floors. The bathroom was also immaculate. All our beds are fabulously comfortable and in-fact receive compliments and requests as to their origin as previous guests commented they are more comfortable than their own at home. The majority of our guests return time and time again, some visiting 2 or 3 times a year over the last 20 years and we have previously 30, 5 star reviews.

A home with character

We had a very enjoyable stay at High Chapel. Everything we needed was there. A comfy cottage. Very comfortable beds and an amazingly powerful shower. We have returned home completely stress free. Runswick Bay as beautiful as ever.

Yorkshire-tastic

My teenage son and myself had a wonderful mother/son bonding few days in this charming little chapel. I have often been to Runswick bay, but always wanted to stay. The chapel did not disappoint. The log burner kept us nice and toasty, the views and the walks were wonderful. Thank you, we would definitely recommend.

Lovely Cottage

Great attention to detail, every inch of space used effectively, giving a relaxed spacious impression. Vaulted ceiling adds to this feeling. My family loved staying here.

A wonderful few days in an amazing building in an outstanding location.

Took a few days out for some rest and relaxation. Couldn’t have expected more. A superb property in an idyllic village on the coast of North Yorkshire. Timed perfectly with the weather, I couldn’t recommend it any higher.

Calm and relaxing

We have had a lovely week staying at High Chapel... a unique (in my opinion) Chapel conversion... we particularly enjoyed the log burner giving a very cosy feeling, bedrooms were warm and spacious and more important very comfy beds... Runswick Bay is very picturesque and beautiful, I particularly enjoyed the cliff walks which were easy to follow. Phil, the owner, was very helpful prior to our stay and quick to respond with any queries, I would definitely recommend High Chapel for a relax and rewind
