6人用の広々とした80m2の広々としたアパートメント、大聖堂とアルカサバの素晴らしい景色、新しく改装され、非常によく装飾されています。

寄せ木細工の床、高い天井、2部屋（ダブルベッド1.50x1.90m、作り付けのワードローブと大きなバスルーム付きの部屋、ダブルベッド1.35x190と作り付けのワードローブの部屋）で構成されています。

6メートルまでの高い天井があり、木製の梁があり、そこから2つの大きな窓があり、そこからマラガの街と大聖堂の壮大な眺望が見える大きなリビングルーム。 チェスロングソファベッド（幅2.80 m、ベッドメジャー1.35x1.90 m）...と2つのパフ、6人用のダイニングテーブル、36インチのスマートテレビで構成されています。

調理器具と冷蔵庫、洗濯機、電子レンジ、トースター、コーヒーメーカー、ズメラ、ケトル、4リングセラミックコンロ、調理に必要なすべての調理器具を備えたキッチン。

家中のエアコン。

外窓付きの2つのバスルーム、1つは大きなシャワー付きの部屋の1つ。 もう1つは、リビングルームの隣の家の廊下にあり、シャワーと窓が外側にあります。 タオル、ジェル、シャンプードライヤーが含まれています。 アイロン台とアイロンがあります。

Great place to stay

Great location to walk everywhere. Plenty of shops and restaurants locally. Very helpful advice from Mateus about Malaga sites and places to eat. The apartment was as seen on VRBO site and had everything we needed. Malaga a good place to visit and would definitely use this apartment again.

Fantastic apartment right in the heart of the Old Town

Lovely property right in the heart of the city and close to the shops and attractions. Owners were fantastic and made checking in and out process very easy. The property is bright, well decorated and clean. The apartment was quiet especially as it was in the centre. My husband and I loved our stay and would definitely rent this property again.

A gem of a find.

Myself and a friend went for a long weekend city break. Right from the onset of booking to checking out we were constantly updated and given friendly advice by Mateus. The apartment is spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable and the showers are nice and hot. The location of the apartment is amazing. So close to everything. I will definitely be returning in the New Year.updated

Comfortable apartment

The apartment was very comfortable and has a nice living area. The AC worked great. Really appreciated the elevator. We also enjoyed the location, right in the old town. There was some construction happening in the building and there was a lot of noise for a few days day but it was surprisingly quiet at night for such a central location. Overall a great stay.

Great week in Malaga

The property is in the perfect location. It is steps away from the square and the old town, and is surrounded by restaurants, shops, bars and museums. Everything is in very easy walking distance, including the port. The living room is lovely and comfortable and full of light with an amazing view of the cathedral. The bedrooms are nice although the smaller one is a bit cramped and I couldn't imagine more than one person sharing it. But other than that, I would absolutely recommend staying here as a base to explore the stunning city of Malaga.

Pick this place if you go to Málaga!

Very comfortable apartment in the perfect location to explore. It is clean, beautifully decorated and the the view at night is spectacular. The hosts, Rubén and Simona, were incredible. I stayed in 4 different locations throughout Spain over a months time and these owners were by far the most pleasant and helpful. The check-in process was very detailed and easy. Everything throughout the apartment is well thought out with the guests in mind. Little extras everywhere you look. They are so very thoughtful. I would definitely stay here if you are heading into Málaga.

First visit to Malaga & perfect apt to enjoy

Simona and the others were amazing! So helpful and accommodating. We stayed two weeks and apt (our home away) was perfectly located. A block from Picasso’s home and numerous outstanding restaurants. Wonderful churches and museums within blocks, 10 minutes from the marine, Uber and taxi pick up was 1/2 block at the end of street!! Plenary of towels and we were able to wash clothes and hang to dry and all worked out great! Thank you so much!! We will definitely rent again when we go back to Malaga

Great place and location !!!!!!

Wow ! This was a great accommodation! The apartment was just as advertised. The location was wonderful - we walked everywhere and were well positioned to so many spots we wanted to visit. And as for food!!!!! There are SO many great restaurants, and numerous ones very close by. There's a very well-priced food store in the old Merced Gastromarket. The linens were really nice and plentiful. We were very well taken care of by the manager and had great communication start to finish. You can't be unhappy with this spot. Thank you to our hosts!

A perfect location in Malaga

Firstly, the communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. Mateus took us through the electronic door lock / entry process and also sent us recommendations of places to see and where to eat. The apartment is beautiful and has been expertly refurbished. The view of the Cathedral from the living room is spectacular. Calle Alamos and Plaza Merced are great locations with its restaurants cafes and tapas bars and there is a supermarket close by. All in all we would highly recommend this location for a stay in Malaga. We will be back Mateus! Gracias

Perfect Vacation!

The property owners were wonderful - very helpful with information, helped us get a parking spot for the week, and answered questions as we had them. The location couldn’t possibly be better! Walking to everything Malaga! We quite enjoyed taking day trips, Ronda and Nerja were awesome, and we even took a ferry from Tarifa to Tangiers for the day. Perfect location to enjoy all of Costa del Sol. And the apartment was incredibly comfortable. Beautiful view of the cathedral, and we loved being able to open the doors and let the sites and sounds of the city in. The recommendations the owners left regarding restaurants to visit and fun things to do were quite helpful. And all the little touches - muffins and coffee there for us when we arrived, nice towels for beach and bath, cold drinks in the fridge, tide pods for the washer, shampoo and soap...two bathrooms with showers. Couldn’t have been nicer! Highly recommend for a WONDERFUL vacation!

Wonderful stay

Well equipped and comfortable apartment on the top floor with an elevator. Kitchen worked for us as did the clothes washing machine. Location could hardly be better, steps from Le Merced Square and within a short walk from museums etc. Beach is a 15 minute walk. Train/bus station 25 minute walk or a six Euro cab ride. Owner communicated well in English. My wife and I stayed here for 26 days and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and Malaga and historic towns within a day trip.

Très beau séjour à Malaga

Appartement très bien situé pour un séjour culturel. Vieille ville, musées, restaurants, etc., tout se fait à pied. Relations rapides et simples pour la location. Une des chambres et une des salles sont très compactes.

Parfaite location

Superbe appartement, situé encore mieux que ce dont à quoi on s’attendait. Près de tout, épicerie juste de l’autre coté de la rue. Plein de restos, de café et bar. J’y retournerais sans hésiter. Lits très comfortables. Beaucoup de petites commodités fournis, tels que du café, pour la première joirnée, condiments de base pour cuisiner, savon à lessive, shampoo et savon de douche, etc... je recommande sans hésiter.

Great Place in a Great Place

We enjoyed a lovely stay in this clean, well-lit, and well equipped two bedroom apartment in a part of the city close enough to the old town, the museums, and the beach/harbor--and conveniently located near several small and charming neighborhood/ethnic restaurants--but far away enough from the hustle, bustle, and noise of the tourist district. Simona--whom it would have been nice to meet in person, especially upon arrival--was always pleasant, readily available, and quickly responsive to any and all issues that arose. If I have any recommendations to offer, it would be for more hanging space in the bathrooms (particularly in the smaller of the two), and a combination washer/dryer as it is difficult to line dry clothing in great quantities, especially heavier fabrics, on a rack. I would also suggest that the common areas (stairwell, entrance, etc.) be better lit and better maintained. It was often both dark and dusty--unlike the apartment itself--in the hallways and made for travel up and down the rather steep stairwell a bit treacherous. That said, it was a delightful two weeks in Málaga and we would both stay in this apartment/location again, as well as recommend it to others. Muchas gracias for todos, Simona!

A Great Apartment in El Centro

This was a perfect apartment for us. It was in the middle of everything, with food and drinks very close. The street was quiet and the view of the Cathedral was great. If there was a downside, it was that it was further from the train/bus stations than I expected, but that's not the owner's fault. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Malaga.

Fantastic location and super apartment

The spacious apartment is wonderful with its high beamed ceiling and views to the cathedral. The location is excellent, an easy stroll to Picasso museum, Cathedral plus a multitude of vibrant restaurants and bars. Do visit the car and costume museum a short bus/ taxi ride. The apartment is clean, spacious and quiet, it has everything you need for a few days or a few weeks. I would highly recommend it and hope to return in the Autumn. Yoli is most helpful and efficient.

Wonderful location to experience the Beauty of Malaga.

The location is great, Le Merced is only steps away with great restaurants for every taste. The Old town is a leisurely 10 minute walk away, and waterfront within 20 mins. Both great to experience local food, shopping, art, culture , museums and architecture .Make sure to try the fish cooked right on the sand at beach, delicious. Easy walks, no hills , closer than map made it look. The apartment is beautifully decorated, fully equipped and beds are very comfortable. The view of the Cathedral lit up at night was memorable. Lots of info on what to do in city and surrounds provided in apt . Owners were very communicative and helpful , milk etc left in fridge for our arrival, a lovely thoughtful gesture not experienced in other properties. I certainly would recommend this property and would stay again if I return to Malaga.
