The gulf views are amazing. The complex was quiet and peaceful and the grounds were very clean. The owner was very communicative and easy to contact. (We just couldn't locate our parking pass.) That was resolved quickly. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the view.

Very relaxing stay right on the beach. Balcony was perfect for enjoying morning coffee while watching the dolphins. Beach chair service was a plus. Condo was well stocked

It was wonderful! We had one small issue with the dishwasher, but we probably wouldn't have used it at all. Everything was clean and beautiful, and having the umbrella and chairs complimentary - well, it's where we spent the whole week. Definitely would stay there again.

Beach Time!!

We had a wonderful time with the best views of the ocean and the gulf! Everything was just as described and pictured on the site, with added bonuses.

Great Vacation

Lovely quiet condo on the beach

Very nice spacious condo with full view of the ocean. Comfortable king bed and furnishings. Kitchen well stocked. Owners were prompt in responding to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Top Floor Paradise

Great condo. Don't hesitate to book this. If you do when you come back it will already be gone! I will always remember this place for a return trip. By the way, great parking for this place. I drive a big Ford F350 crew cab long bed and there were a few spots in the garage and outside the garage that were accessible for me. Just don't park in the reserved spots and you are ok. Do NOT bring a trailer though...not enough room for one. Everything in the condo "works" and the view is killer good. We loved opening the curtains in the morning and laying in bed as the sun rose...that's pretty special. Every evening we easily walked past the pool, up and over the dune walkway and in a minute we were on the beach to watch the sunset. You can also fish this beach more easily than some that are slightly east of this location closer to the Navarre Pier. The reason is that as you go further west the crowd thins out. There weren't very many people on the beach. It was cold (as low as 48 but averaging about 60-65). We put on hoodies and walked miles and miles. Again...don't even think twice...just DO IT.

Perfect vacation

This condo was very nice. All furniture was like new. The best seats were on the balcony. Had lots of plans since it was my first time in Navarre. Couldn't get off the balcony.

40th Wedding Anniversary

Our 40th Wedding Anniversary was wonderful!! The condo looked amazing the pictures do not do it justice!! The condo was very beautiful and has everything you need and more!! The views are breathtaking!! Watching the Sun raise and sun set was gorgeous!! The beautiful crystal clear water was so beautiful!! We want to thank you for the best 40th Wedding Anniversary!!

Love it

This was our second time staying here and its amazing! The view is perfect, the condo it perfect, everything is amazing. Theres nothing like laying in bed watching dolphins play out in the gulf! Its close enough to the pier you can just take a nice stroll down but far enough away youre un bothered by the croweds. The only things that could make this condo better is if it had 2 king beds because its me and my husband, and then also my parents. 😂 but at that point, im just being greedy. We love it here and cant wait to come back!

We purchased this property on February 12, 2016 in hopes of eventually retiring in Navarre. We own and operate a canoe rental in Tennessee and enjoy being outdoors. We have three and five year old daughters that are magnetically drawn to the beach. We decided to invest in memories and our guests enable us to purchase our dream. We are managing the unit ourselves in hopes of being more hands on and learning from our guests. We do not want to charge booking fees and we know our guests will appreciate us passing on the savings to them.

We chose this property after looking at property all over the Gulf Coast. We liked the peace and quiet of Navarre Beach and the idea of a small complex. We did not want the crowded beaches of some of the high rises and opted for peace and quiet over people. We loved the beachy feel of the condo and the amazing views from the large balcony. The first time we ever viewed the unit, we saw about 20 dolphins playing in the Gulf from our balcony. We also opted for a unit with a seasonally heated pool to keep the kids happy and entertained. We love to take a short stroll to Navarre Pier and occasionally fish off of it.
