Beautiful beach stay

Our extended family gathered here for my parents’ 50th anniversary. The location was perfect with a little more space from others with the inlet next to us, pristine sugar sand beach just out the back door, warm clear gulf water and perfect weather for us. The house is well appointed with all you need to cook for a crowd with luxury appliances and decent knives, pans etc. The pool and bikes were fun for the kids and adults and a nice place to bike to ice cream etc. If we come back this way with a large group, we will book again!

Just stunning

House was beautiful right on the beach. Plenty of bedrooms for large families, very large common areas for everyone to hang out. We will book again for next year. Only thing missed is they don’t provide pool/beach towels but wasn’t that big of a deal.

Amazing experience!

This properties and it's management we're exactly what we needed for our large group. The house and its surrounding property were beautiful. We had one minor issue with the AC and I was able to text management and they were over to resolve the issue within the hour. We are already looking for another reason to book this amazing property!

Beautiful home with the best views. Would recommend 10/10!

Property managers were outstanding. House was clean and decorated so well. Beach is close and the view is completely unobstructed. Will come again for sure!

We had a group of 14 from 5 different states to celebrate my husband’s upcoming 50th Birthday! We had a private chef from “Swiftly Catered” come prepare dinner at the house. It was delicious! We had rainy weather but it was still great. The couples from California enjoyed the rain! Our representative from 360 blue was helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. This house is spectacular and we would definitely love to stay here again!

Great house, terrible location

The house was the nicest we’ve ever stated in, perfect layout and proximity to the beach. Great for entertaining large groups. The first issue is parking, you can only fit 3 cars, 2 small ones in the garage and one in the small drive way. The house next door was under construction and the workers constantly blocked the road, so you had to wait to leave and return every time, we even had an altercation with bare feet plumbing because they said they didn’t have to move for us! There is not a lot of local restaurants that will deliver, and with the traffic on 30A, it took awhile to go anywhere or do anything. If you want to do any kind of water sports (jet skis, fishing etc) you have to go into Destin, which is fine but with all the Construciton and traffic is an hour to an hour and a half away. If you want anything from concierge, be prepared to not get anything until the following day, they have until 6:00 pm to get it to you, which was pretty frustrating for beach service because they pick up around 5:00 pm. Again, loved the house but not the location.

Absolutly incredible home! We had a group of 18 ladies for a Business Retreat. The views from every room were breathtaking. Our favorite thing was to sit out on the deck or in the pool overlooking the ocean.

What a fantastic house to gather your whole family. The best part of the property is not the outstanding interior amenities, but the location! To have a lake AND the Gulf of Mexico at your back door is amazing. We were so fortunate the weather was beautiful for our entire stay. It was also nice to have beach cruisers we could pedal to coffee and ice cream (Kahve & Cream) right at the end of our road. It truly is Location, Location, Location. 360 Blue is also super professional and easy to work with before, during and after your stay.

We had a great spring break vacation in Santa Rosa Beach with our family and friends. House is beautiful and big, can sleep 20 people easily. Great house right on the beach with beautiful ocean view. Close to Seaside where you can find great shops and restaurants. We had a great time!!!

Amazing house! Beautiful views from every room, lots of privacy when needed, loved each bedroom having its own bathroom, kitchen was so fun to cook in for our large group, heated pool was awesome, access to beach was right there, loved riding the bikes, comfortable beds, quiet bedrooms, could open windows to hear the ocean, TVs in almost all rooms, and I loved how the house was perfect for large groups.

We enjoyed this house so much! There were 4 generations celebrating Christmas (ages 5 to 87). We had 22 people and everyone had a bed. The heated pool was an added bonus. The kitchen was awesome! My family rented 187 San Roy for a family get together. The size was perfect! We had 16 people staying at the house, the layout of beds to bathrooms was awesome. The views are what truly make this experience FIVE STAR! They're out of this world having coffee in the sitting area or drinks by the pool. A good time was had by all! I would recommend that the grill be checked between renters. We planned on grilling one night to discover the grill connector wasn't working. When a wine opener couldn't be found 360 brought two over ASAP! Your service is great! Thanks for a wonderful week!

We had the most amazing vacation at this home, it truly felt like we didn’t want for a thing, anything you can dream of it is right there. So comfortable, from the bedrooms to the lounging areas, great kitchen to have big family meals in. So kid friendly as well, the memories we made are priceless. The heated pool makes any chilly night feel warm again, we loved waking up to walk the sunrise and each night as the sun would set we made sure to enjoy as well. The sand is at your back door if you want a break from the beautiful pool, you can head to the glorious emerald water for a dip. The staff was overly accommodating and so very nice, they want you to have the best stay possible and they go to every extent to make sure that it is done!! We are already planning our trips back, as we head back “home” we are already missing our “beach Home” at 187 San Roy... thanks 360 blue you really outdid yourselves!
