Amazing beach vacation!

This home is absolutely beautiful! Our family of 14 people stayed here and we had such a nice time. Everyone loved how close this home was to the beach and the views from the house are incredible! Seaside shopping is just a short walk to get there so you don’t have to hunt for parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house and property, and perfect for our family! House was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Ashley was great to work with, very prompt to answer any questions I had. We had a wonderful week highly recommend this property for large families.

What a perfect location with a beautiful home!!The owners are so responsive and friendly. We worked through a couple of minor hiccups quickly and with ease. Everyone in our family wants to return to this home again!!

The Perfect Place

I've stayed at quite a few VRBOs over the years, and this place is at the top, tied with another home in the keys. We had a large group with multiple families. Each family felt like they had there own space when they needed it. The beach, back deck and proximity to Seaside make this place a "no brainer".

Fabulous!

This was our second time in this home, and we loved it again. The deck is fabulous for sunsets, sunrises, or a nap in between. The location is prime, just a short walk to Seaside center. The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking meals, and the beds are really comfortable. Thank you, Ashley, for sharing your home (again) with us.

Just perfect…

My siblings and I rented this house to host and celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday. 12 total adults and we never felt cramped. It was just perfect for hanging out, cooking and doing long days at the beach. Ashley, the house host, was very nice and easy to work with. We would reserve this house again in a heartbeat.

Great location but needs upgrades & tlc

Location is amazing being just a short walk from Seaside and having the ocean in your backyard. However, the house looks like it has been used a lot and not very well maintained. The house is run down and several bathrooms had issues from no cold water in one sink to a shower not properly working in another. Also, the house did not feel as clean as it should have considering the high cleaning fees and for a luxury rental in general. There are a lot of bedrooms so ideal for a big group. We booked a bonfire and it was easy for them to setup close to the house. Again, amazing location but would not stay there again due to conditions and cleanliness of the home.

Perfect place

We had a wonderful stay. Ashley addressed any and all our needs immediately. The bikes provided were great, since seaside is a quick five minute ride. The house is well-equipped, cozy bedding, and an absolutely perfect view with huge deck and a staircase away from the beach 47 steps, to be exact 😄. We spoke several times about securing this property next summer. We highly recommend Ashley's house.

50th Anniversary Celebration

Our family of 15 - ages 4 months to 73 - stayed here for a week. We had perfect weather! The beach and gulf are amazing. The house was perfect for us - plenty of room to share meals, play nightly games, and the deck is the best feature - lots of chairs to relax in and enjoy the views. Every morning the chairs and umbrellas were ready for us on the beach - a real plus. Some of our family spent a day fishing - some went parasailing - we all went snorkeling and the "girls" visited a local spa. All activities were fun. Seaside is a short walk away with great shops, food trucks, and restaurants. We had a memorable week here with our extended family - a true celebration,
