We surprised our team with this beautiful home overlooking Grayton Beach. It was perfect! Customers service and communication was top tier. The home was perfectly described and everything we expected. The proximity to shops, restaurants like The Red Bar and Chiringo made it even more perfect! *Cant help but recommend some throw blankets!

Very good property management and responsiveness when needed. Some water damage on floor on main floor by back door but minimal repair needed.

Royal Destinations was very responsive and helpful when we needed them. The location is so convenient. The only small negative would be that it is right next to where the vehicles drive onto the beach but that really wasn't a problem. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is amazing. Being able to watch both the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening from your porch is incredible. The location of the house is perfect and the house is actually more breath taking than the photos show (if thats possible). We had a couple of issues but as soon as I reported them Royal Destinations came immediately to fix the problems. Overall this house was perfect for our family’s pre-Christmas celebration. Plenty of room to spread out and the king size beds were definitely a bonus for everyone. We had a wonderful stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hawk's Nest turned out to be one of the reasons that our stay on Grayton Beach will be a treasured memory forever. The location is right on the beach and large windows with balconies on each floor provide dramatic views of the beach and Gulf in all directions. While beautifully decorated, the house provided both, areas of seclusion and privacy, along with a gorgeous large gathering area on the third floor. The two full size refrigerators, separate icemaker, and concealed washer and drier were a real convenience located in this same area. Our family will definitely be looking forward to staying here again on future trips to Grayton Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home suited our party of four couples perfectly. The home is nicely decorated and the kitchen well-appointed. The balconies have great seating and offer a broad view of the beautiful inlet and beach. We did have a few minor issues that were addressed cheerfully and quickly. Within easy walking distance of restaurants. The house is adjacent to public beach access, which does include permitted 4WD vehicles. We are not fans of vehicles on the beach, but we were not bothered by vehicle noise while in the house.

The kitchen is well stocked, 2 sets of washer and dryers. Easy living for large family.The pool is more of a dipping pool, but still lovely.Only thing that needs addressing are the heavy blinds that are tough to open and close... and when open you can be seen from the beach especially at night...yes the windows are tinted but you are still visible.We would definitely return, the management company was responsive and friendly.
