A great location and a great apartment. Vittorio and Rosella were very kind and great to work with. It was so easy to get anywhere since the tramvia was a 5 minute walk away. The grocery store was even closer. Really a great stay!

Perfect family stay

The hosts are so kind and accommodating. This is the perfect apartment for families and location. Direct tram into Florence city center is just a block away. Very close to everything you need, including grocery store and parking was a bonus! Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was clean. Close to parks for children too. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice appartment, fully refurbished, close to the tram, good restaurants and shops. Walking distance from the Firenze Rocks festival, it was a perfect location for our 2 days in Firenze with our kids. Vittorio was also very helpful. I strongly recommend.

Vittorio and Rossella are very nice and welcoming people. The flat is large and clean. There were also all kinds of consumable products like capsules for the coffee machine, a bottle of water and skin care lotions, etc. ready for us. A tram station and a bus station as well as a supermarket are really close to the flat ( 5min by foot).What we didn't like was that the oven was broken (and probably for quite some time already), but the description still said that there was one. Furthermore, the street in front of the house is really loud. This is not a problem at day when the windows are closed, but sitting on the balcony was out of question and it was really annoying when trying to sleep. Remember to bring ear plugs for the night!

Grazie per la tua bella recensione, siamo felici che il tuo soggiorno sia stato piacevole, ci teniamo a curare ogni dettaglio. Le finestre sono nuove e insonorizzate come hai potuto provare. Il forno disponibile è microonde come descritto nell’annuncio e al vostro arrivo mentre il forno a gas è disattivato per sicurezza. Sarà sempre un piacere per noi ospitarvi, siete sempre i benvenuti!

propriétaires accueillants

Appartement très propre et bien équipé . bien situé pour la visite de Florence mais les nuits sont fatigantes à cause de la chaleur et du bruit fenêtres ouvertes. La climatisation est seulement dans le séjour. Le ventilateur ne suffit pas. un très bon accueil malgré l'heure tardive. Amis français, attention à la numérotation des adresses différente de chez nous.

Gentile Christine, la ringraziamo per il gradimento dimostrato e per la positiva valutazione che purtroppo si e' inspiegabilmente conclusa con una valutazione di sole 3 stelle, questo potrebbe non rappresentare la realta' a chi non legge tutta la recensione. Per chi e' abituato a vivere nella quiete della campagna e' sicuramente diversa l'esperienza della citta', piu' calda e movimentata. Saremo felici di ospitarvi ancora.
