Bedda Matri is a cozy and refined loft of about 35 square meters, recently renovated and furnished with brand-new furniture in a modern design, created to offer maximum comfort for couples, families, or small groups of up to 4 people.

Layout & Comfort
The apartment is set on two well-organized levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living area with a fully equipped kitchen: induction cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator, and washing machine, all surrounded by white lacquered cabinets and a laminated countertop – perfect for a clean and bright atmosphere. Guests have access to cookware, kitchen utensils, ceramic plates, and jars containing sugar, salt, and coffee with a moka pot for an authentic experience. A glass dining table with two comfortable chairs is ideal for relaxed meals. The ground floor also includes a comfortable sofa with soft cushions that easily transforms into a double bed by simply lowering the backrest.

The modern bathroom, with a window, features sand-colored finishes that add warmth and brightness. It includes a shower box, toilet, bidet, and a suspended washbasin on a shelf with a sleek, elegant design.

A staircase with an iron structure and wooden steps leads to the mezzanine, a spacious and bright sleeping area. Here you’ll find a comfortable double bed with a tall white wooden headboard and a high-quality memory foam mattress, adorned with various pillows for added comfort. The room is completed by a mirrored wardrobe, two bedside tables with reading lamps, and a chest of drawers with a 32-inch smart TV (including Prime Video access). A glass door opens onto a private balcony facing the outside, perfect for enjoying a relaxing break.

The apartment is located at Cortile di Mauro 5, in the beating heart of Catania. Just 2 minutes on foot and you're in the historic center, full of shopping streets, traditional restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and venues for enjoying aperitifs and Sicilian specialties. All main services are within walking distance: post office, banks, schools, churches, pharmacies, and supermarkets.

The Stesicoro metro stop is only an 8-minute walk away, and the central train station is 25 minutes on foot. Catania airport is just 16 minutes by car. Paid parking is available just behind the apartment (upon request).

Looking for a beach day? La Playa beach is only 20 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bike.
