SESTANYOL - Chalet for couples in Colonia de Sant Pere - s'Estanyol.

Enchanting little house near the sea, with a maximum capacity of 2 persons in s’Estanyol d’Artà.
This little house near the sea will be your special refuge during your holiday. The outside area counts with a nice garden with sun loungers, to enjoy the Mallorcan sunshine, and a furnished porch with a dining table and a barbecue, for long after-dinner conversations under the starry night. The terrain is fenced and there are neighbors nearby.

We step into the living- and dining kitchen, which counts with a sofa-bed and a dining table. The kitchenette works with a vitro hob and counts with an electric oven and all necessary utensils to prepare your favorite dishes during your stay, as well as a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is only one bedroom, with a bunk bed (90 x 180). On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair. There is a bathroom with a shower.

The house is situated in a quiet coast area, not far from the sea. In the next village, Colònia Sant Pere, you will find all necessary services. The nearest beach is s’Estanyol, at only 400m from the house. It is a natural, untouched beach, with rocks and small stones, mostly visited by the locals. s’Estanyol is the perfect place for hikers, with lots of signposted tracks.

Das Häuschen liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegen,

Das Häuschen liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegen, keine großen Hotels, fast kein Verkehr (im April!) , schöne Ferienhäuser in der Nachbarschaft (die alle noch leer waren). Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, nicht einsichtig, super Ausstattung mit u.a. Liegestühlen, Tischtennistplatte, Kustrasen. Wirlpool. Alles in super Zustand! Küche gut ausgestattet, alles da. (Im Kühlschrank wartete ein Kuchen und eine Flasche Wasser und Wein auf uns!:)) Der Strand / Küste in der Nähe. Schön zum Wandern. Ein Wehrmutstropfen für uns war leider die Baustelle nebenan. Aber das Haus wird wohl bald fertig sein und jedenfalls abends und am Wochenende war Ruhe. Die Vermieter sind gut erreichbar, freundlich. Mit der Schlüsselbox hat alles super geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

un gâteau au chocolat nous attendait à notre arrivée ainsi qu'une bouteille de vin :-) Micro onde , frigo, machine à café , équipement fonctionnel le quartier est très calme à proximité à pied du port et de petites plages préservées Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation le traitement des déchets compliqué un type pour chaque jour , nous avons fini par aller au parc verde

We had a great time at the accommodation.

We had a great time at the accommodation. Especially great were the few minutes walk to the beach, the jacuzzi and the garden. The accommodation consists of a single room plus bathroom and is well suited for 2 people.
