This was a perfect space in a great location. Annik and Michael and were ideal hosts -- responsive, accommodating and extremely friendly. I really felt at home here during my entire stay and they regularly went the extra mile to respond to requests. This was a world-class stay and I would recommend it to anyone. I'll be returning here the next time I'm in Lyon.

Très agréable

Appartement sécurisé parfaitement bien placé. Quartier vivant et rassurant. Toutes commodités à disposition immédiate. Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Interventions pour le ménage régulières et appréciées. Equipement très complet... Juste un léger bémol pour le manque d'aération et de luminosité de la cuisine.

Home away from home

An absolutely perfect location. Great great great spot for spending four months in Lyon. My younger brother visited and stayed with me for ten days at one point. The apartment is beautiful and in a fantastic location between other rivers. The apartment is a ten second walk from the metro. It truly was a hub for memories.

Fabulous apartment!

This is a dream rental! Beautifully decorated, perfectly equipped with everything you need for a long stay, exceptionally kind and communicative hosts, and the location…! You can’t find a better location in Lyon! Annik and Michael have created a calm, quiet oasis; they really know how to welcome their visitors. And a weekly house fairy cleans everything and changes the bed. I’ve rented places all over Lyon over the last 25 years and this little jewel is the best!

Nous recommandons fortement

Les propriétaires Annik et Michael sont présents à notre arrivée afin de nous présenter l'appartement. Ils sont très disponibles et toujours à l'écoute de nos demandes. L'appartement est très bien situé, central et près de tout (métro, bus, épicerie, pâtisserie etc.). Excellente façon de se reposer dans ce magnifique appartement, après une journée de visite. Wonderful location in Lyon

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Close to everything so there are many walking opportunities and Metro and buses are close by if needed

Great location and value

Michael and Annick are very attentive hosts and the flat is well located in central Lyon and well connected by a metro stop right nearby, bus stops, the tourism office a block away, food shops and other amenities nearby as well. The flat does have a small elevator in building too which helps. I had a great month long stay and they were very kind hosts.

Séjour parfait!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour d'environs 4 mois tout était parfait. L'appartement est très bien équipé, je n'ai manqué de rien et le ménage était fait à chaque semaine. Il est également aménagé avec goût et il est parfaitement situé! Annick et son mari sont très accueillants! Je le recommande grandement!

J'ai séjourné 3 mois dans ce super appartement à l'occasion d'une mutation professionnelle. L'appartement est parfait : coquet et rénové avec soin, très bien équpé et entretenu, très propre, literie neuve et de qualité. Les propriétaires sont charmants et attentifs. Excellente communication avec eux, très réactifs. Prestation ménage très bonne. Localisation parfaite dans Lyon : l'appartement est proche de plein de commerces et des accès aux transports en commun stratégiques. Je ne peux que recommander cet appartement. Merci.

Excellent option for medium- and long-term stay

The apartment is very nice and cozy, and it is well equipped. A weekly cleaning is scheduled, which is really convenient. The emplacement is excellent, next to Bellecour square and a few minutes walking from 'Vieux Lyon'. I would highlight the attention received from the owner, which included welcome face amenities and regular communication throughout my whole stay, with immediate answers to all the questions related to the apartment and also to daily life. I undoubtedly recommend this accommodation choice.
