Bowden Houseセルフケータリングホリデーアパートメントは、美しいMaidencombe Coveの上に位置し、素晴らしい海の景色を望めます。ホテルはビクトリア朝の別荘で、ラベンダーは元々の家の一部です。ダブルベッドルームと1 xツインベッドルームにはそれぞれ専用のバスルームがあり、マスターベッドルームはとても広く特別です。
私たちは入り江のそばにある美しいパブまで歩いて行ける距離にあり、Teignmouth、Shaldon、Exeter、Torquay Babbacombe、Brixhamにも簡単に行くことができます。ワイン1杯付き。

fantastic accommodation, owners were friendly and welcoming

Lovely apartment with everything you needed, views over the sea, owners were friendly and helpful, very welcoming. Beautiful spot, lovely pub, the thatched tavern down the hill, food was fantastic! Would definitely recommend the apartment, would definitely stay again

Prima appartement in South Devon

`Ontvangst heel hartelijk en plezierig. Ouderslaapkamer zeer ruim en comfortabel. twee andere slaapkamers en andere vertrekken ook prima. Keuken prima, maar niet erg ruim in pannen en schalen voor de enthousiaste kok. Uitzicht super, strand onder aan de weg erg mooi en met super cafetje. Pub/restaurant bij het strand met zeer goede keuken, straat naar beide zeer stijl. Enige nadeel is het geluid van de toch behoorlijk drukke doorgaande weg die vrij dicht langs het huis komt en het feit dat wasmachine en droger buiten het appartement staan, met anderen worden gedeeld en munten nodig hebben. Maar al met al een positieve ervaring.

Lovely Spacious Apartment

Very large, 3 bed, 3 ensuite apartment fabulously located a short(steep!) walk to a small cove which had a lovely on-site cafe and an excellent thatched pub. Had the weather been better, I expect we would have rarely strayed far from here. Sally was an excellent host and even helped us out when all towels got soaked during a beach downpour - to which I am very grateful. Only criticisms were the lack of dryer to dry our washing, one or two minor things were in need of replacing/fixing and the internet really struggled, so entertaining the kids with the usual online activities wasn't really achievable. However, I appreciate this doesn't bother everyone!

Lovely getaway

Loved our week at Bowden house,it's perfect for exploring different areas no matter which direction you take! The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed along with stunning sea views... What more could you want! Sally was the perfect host and always at the end of the phone if you should need anything. Would absolutely recommend!

4 day mini break

What a lovely property! Took the Grandparents away for a short break and chose this property based on needs of my Father In Law who is struggling to get around now. We stopped in the three bedroom apartment ‘Lavender’ which was really nice( especially the Master Bedroom- very elegant!) there are steps within the apartment to take into consideration, up to the bedrooms and in two out of the three bathrooms but we managed to sort him out nevertheless. The sea view from ‘Lavender’ Is beautiful as the house is located at the top of a hill, beautiful scenery. There’s a pub close by , right at the bottom of the hill, not walkable unless your perfectly able as going down is very steep(the road is even called ‘Steep Hill’) so coming back up is a challenge so we drove down. The food there was really nice. The apartment is well equipment so eating in a couple of evenings was easy too. The beach at the bottom of the hill is a small cove. We didn’t see it when the tide was out so can’t comment really but speaking to a local when the tide is out there’s a small sandy beach area. Take into consideration there’s 75 steps down to it. Location wise the property is about 30mins from Paignton , 40 mins from Brixham and 10mins from Torquay so a great location. You do need a car to get about. There’s plenty of parking for each apartment. The gardens are lovely too with table and chairs so on a warm sunny day you can sit out and enjoy the view. Even though all apartments were occupied it was really quiet and peaceful, we all slept so well. I would highly recommend the property and certainly like to return ourselves again.

A real gem!

We had a wonderful weeks stay at Bowden House with friends. We were all ready for a break and left feeling relaxed and chilled. The location is amazing, views overlooking the sea! Fantastic to sit out in the evening with a glass of wine!! There is plenty to do in the area, Maidencombe beach is a short walk down from the property but is quite a steep climb back up. The Church house pub, about 1 1/2 miles away has a great ambience, the staff are very attentive and the food excellent. A wonderful stay. Would certainly recommend.

Lovely few days. Needed more time there!

The Lavender apartment, in the lovely Bowden House in well kept grounds, was very well decorated. The rooms were spacious and very classily furnished. The house is also a very good base for charming beaches, villages and pubs nearby, the perfect location as it offers amazing sea views. The owners were helpful, welcoming and friendly and couldn't have done more to make our stay extra special. We will definitely be hoping to book there again
