Girls Gone Mild in Palm Springs

I just visited Casa Simms for my "Girls Gone Mild" Bachelorette weekend, and we had an AMAZING time! The house is like a luxury resort, so there was no need to go anywhere else. The communication with the owner/property manager before and during the trip was fantastic. My friends said they'd never been to such a well-appointed VRBO. We all agree we'd like to come back!

Amazing Family Getaway

This was probably the best property we've rented in Palm Springs! The property was well-maintained, super clean, and well-appointed with everything you could need. We were kindly welcomed and given a helpful tour of the property. Communication before and during was easy and responsive. We can't wait to return for another amazing stay!

Palm Springs Oasis

Great house for relaxing stay in Palm Springs. The outdoor space, pool, and hot tub were fantastic and enjoyed by all of us. The host and communication were great - made it super easy to have a relaxing time.

Great week at Casa Simms

We had an amazing week staying at Casa Simms. The house is in a great location on a quiet, private street, but only minutes from downtown. The landscaping is beautiful with great mountain views and we really appreciated the pool and spa during a very hot week. The house was very clean and filled with thoughtful touches throughout. Communication with Josh and Mateo was excellent and we hope to return soon!

Beautiful Place

The house really has everything you could want. Great pool and hot tub, BBQ with grill, griddle, and burners, fire pit area, game table, showers and bathtubs outside for after the pool, plus a restroom near the pool for quick access. Kitchen has lots of gear and spices. House is modern and tastefully appointed. Josh and Mateo were super-responsive and helpful as hosts on the couple of things I needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms are tip-top. Neighborhood is away from the crowded parts of town (if I understand the town properly), so it was nice and quiet with not traffic, at the end of a cul-de-sac, which was great. I guess it's a bit windier part of town in the afternoons, but that didn't keep us from anything. A nice, big Albertson's a few minutes away, plus other markets. And only 12 minutes or so to the airport, which was convenient for our family. Thanks!

Incredible Stay

We had an incredible stay at Casa Simms for a long weekend with family. The property is very well taken care of and owner Josh and Property Manager Lars were super communicative. The house had everything we needed and both kids and adults loved the backyard and pool. We will definitely be back!

Remarkable Property for Family Vacation

We booked this vacation home for our family holiday vacation for 5 adults. We could not have selected a better home. When our adult children arrived they were thrilled! Everyone had their own room and the beds were very comfortable with top of the line mattresses and bedding. Checked in with the property manager Lars ( also from Minnesota) was a hoot and he showed us all of the cool features of the house.We chose to heat the pool and used the spa almost every night-everyone loved it. This place is very roomy. I worried we’d run out of things to do in Palm Springs but we were busy the entire week. We will be back and I’ve already recommended this property to friends.

Great spot to take the family

My wife, 4 year old, and I spent a phenomenal extended weekend at this home. It was spacious, clean, and had every amenity we could have asked for. The pool was perfect, the beds were comfortable, and we were just a few short minutes from exploring everything Palm Springs has to offer. We will absolutely stay here again during future trips.

A must stay!!!

We go to Palm Springs every year for our traditional family vacation and this place by far exceeded our expectations. The pool and house had all the small touches that gave us that upper end resort feel without sacrificing that old school Palm Springs vibe. Josh and Lars were great owner/hosts and very cordial and friendly to work with and responded immediately to our requests. We look forward to returning next year. A “must stay”!!

Family escape to Palm Springs

Great place for our family's Spring Break!

My husband and I brought 4 of our teenaged children to Casa Simms for Spring Break. It was the perfect location to easily access all the wonderful restaurants, shops and hiking trails of Palm Springs. We also enjoyed many hours of relaxation in Casa Simms' beautiful backyard. Yes, it is as amazing as it looks...inside and outside!

Casa Simms - Wonderful Getaway

My wife and I recently spent a week at this house and it was a truly wonderful experience. Josh and Lars were fantastic in helping to make our stay a great experience. The house, pool and surrounding grounds were lovely and even better than the pictures on VRBO. The house had great views of the mountains from the pool and is very conveniently located to most anything you may want to do in Palm Springs. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would highly recommend to anyone. We definitely will be looking to book again soon!

Awesome Experience

The property was amazing and fit 4 couples super comfortably both inside and outside (pool, grill area, putting green, etc...) We were they in mid June and it was very hot outside but when were inside absolutely no problem with the heat and when we were outside same thing!!! It was such a great set up and we would definitely go back! Plus Lars and Josh were so easy to work with and made our vacation perfect!

Fun in the Sun!

A fantastic location for our family. Beautiful backyard with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed. The sound ordinance is a bummer, but we had a great time in this beautiful home. It's a five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Located in Racquet Club Estates on a quiet cul-de-sac with a mountain view in the City of Palm Springs. Casa Simms is a 5 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs.

Racquet Club Estates is a Mid-Century Modern Palm Springs neighborhood where you can explore the residential stylings that defined the Palm Springs landscape in the early 60’s, returning it to its modernism status today.

The crown jewel of Palm Springs in its glory days was The Racquet Club. Founded in 1934 by actors Charlie Farrell and Ralph Bellamy, it was a resort where A-list Hollywood celebrities like Frank Sinatra, and Dean Martin to play tennis, socialize poolside while enjoying the privacy Palm Springs offered in a glamorous low-key setting.
