Welcome to this beautiful village house in Pollensa, Mallorca! Located on a quiet street in the historic centre, very close to the emblematic Calvary, this property combines traditional charm with modern and original decoration that will captivate you.

The house has capacity for up to 6 people, perfect for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy themselves together. It has 3 cosy bedrooms: two with double beds and one with bunk beds, distributed across different floors for greater privacy. Additionally, it has 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub, so everyone is comfortable.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious private garage, essential in the old town of Pollensa, with dedicated space for storing and maintaining bicycles. From here, the stairs take you to the first floor where you will discover a lovely living-dining room with a small terrace and a modern fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything necessary for cooking.

The jewel of the house is the third floor, where you will find a beautiful master bedroom with a double bed, a luxurious en suite bathroom and a terrace with spectacular views of the Calvary and the mountains. It is the perfect place to relax at sunset.

This house is ideal for cycling enthusiasts. Mallorca is a paradise for cyclists, and here you will have everything you need: space to store and maintain your bicycles, plus fibre optic with high-speed internet so you can work remotely without any problems.

The accommodation features air conditioning, heating, high-quality WiFi, TV and a fireplace for those cooler days. Additionally, we have invested in sustainability projects to make your stay as environmentally responsible as possible.

Pollensa is a charming village, located just 650 metres from the Eroski supermarket and 550 metres from the bus station. A few kilometres away you will find sandy beaches such as Cala Barques (7 km) and rocky beaches such as Playa de Llenaire (8 km). You also have access to golf courses, natural parks such as S'Albufera (16 km), and Hidropark (12 km) for days of family fun.

Included in your booking: final cleaning, welcome basket and online guide with all information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, tourist attractions). If you are travelling with babies, we have a cot and high chair at no extra charge. We are available 24 hours for any questions or assistance you may need.

Important: Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area. Young groups are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted.

Note on the Ecotax: In the Balearic Islands, an ecotourism tax must be paid for each guest over 16 years of age (€0.55 daily from 1 November to 30 April and €2.20 daily from 1 May to 31 October). From the ninth night onwards, the amount is reduced by half. Payment is mandatory and can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash.
