Fantastic country house with private pool welcomes 5 people in the Llucmajor
Take a refreshing dip in the 10 x 5 metres private chlorine pool which has a depth between 1.1 and 1.8 metres. Enjoy the sun and the great Mediterranean weather on one of the sunbeds or take a vermouth in the seating area by the house. At the other side of the house you can also take a cup of coffee under the awning while admiring the countryside views. You can also prepare a delicious barbecue for dinner. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The fantastic house has 239 m2 and just one floor. It has a simple and modern style with rustic details which create the serenity you need to disconnect during your vacation. The ample hall with access from the terrace connects with the living room where you can rest on the comfortable sofas admiring the views of the pool. The dining area is by the living room and it has capacity for 6 people. The modern kitchen is independent with a gas hob and oven, microwave and electric coffee maker. It also has a dining area for 6 people. You will also find a washing machine, and iron and an ironing board. The house also features another little living room to watch satellite television (only English channels) or read a book in an intimate place. The house has two bedrooms to rest. The first one has a double bed, wardrobe, walk.in closet and a fan for the hottest nights, as well as an en-suite bathtub bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed for two people and anther single bed, as well as a wardrobe and a fan. A bathtub bathroom completes the accommodation. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with a baby.

This house is locate din Llucmajor, where you will find all services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and a great street market to buy local products on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The nearest beach is Sa Ràpita / Es Trenc, where you will revel in the turquoise waters and the fine sand. If you like golf, the nearest course is only 13.8 km away.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
