The house is 10 minutes from supermarkets, hospitals, discos, beach, golf, wine road, and many Mediterranean villages such as Sitges, the airport is 35 minutes and the center of Barcelona 45 minutes, it is recommended to have a car, the area is quiet and relaxing, full of positive nerves and sun, hiking trails, we are in the park of Garraf. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), large groups, and pets are waiting for you

The place

The house is on top of a mountain, its views are spectacular with terraces on different levels looking at the Mediterranean Sea, the area is bordering the Garraf natural park so there is peace and tranquility

Available for guests

You will have access to the whole house, so you will have all the privacy, if you want a chauffeur, a chef, Spanish meals and dinners, masseuse oh people who clean the house daily you just have to ask for it in advance, we also put at your disposal a Toyota Land Cruiser for 8 people for 100 euros per day, you consult your needs and we will try to please you.
The situation of the house is impressive, it is surrounded by nature and very close to the nightlife of Sitges, sports, such as golf, diving, hiking.

I live 100 meters from the house, I am available for any help or emergency.

Spacious villa in quiet neighborhood

Great property for large group. We enjoyed the large main living area, covered balcony with breeze and views and private pool.

Gave us one key for a group of 9. We needed the keys to even leave the property, so everyone else in the group was locked in if any one person left. Incredibly unsafe. Allotted one towel per person and added additional charges for what they said were 3 extra towels used, even though we only used the towels they’d left out for us. Being charged 200 for a cleaning fee, and then adding charges like it cost more to throw 3 extra towels in the wash is petty and ridiculous. A person in our group had a small cut they didn’t know about, and a few drops of blood were on their bedsheets. They added an additional 60 euro charge for that. How does it cost that much to wash some sheets when we’ve already paid a cleaning fee. The sheets aren’t destroyed or unusable. WiFi was awful and only worked in one room in the entire 3 floor villa. Made it very difficult for those of us who had work to do, as we were told they had WiFi all over the house.

Dear Brandon, Unfortunately, we only leave one set of keys for guests because we keep an extra set for emergencies or in case the keys are lost. We have already addressed this issue for future guests. Our house rules clearly state that we provide one towel per guest and that any additional towels are subject to a €3 charge. You accepted these terms after reading the house rules in the document we provided. During check-out, we counted the towels and found that there were 12 towels, while your group consisted of 9 guests. Regarding the bed sheets stained with blood, we know that these stains cannot be removed, and we cannot provide stained sheets to future guests. For that reason, we had to discard them to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our accommodation. There were three sheets with blood stains, which is why the additional charge was applied. We sent you photos as evidence, and you instructed us to process the charge directly through the platform. The €200 cleaning fee is intended to ensure that guests receive a clean and well-prepared house. Unfortunately, the property was not left in the same condition. The kitchen was left with dirty pots and pans, entire sets of dishes unwashed, the main dining table covered with plates containing leftover food, empty bottles, opened snack bags, and glasses scattered around. In addition, both refrigerators contained several plates of leftover food. The internet router is located on the middle floor (where the main living room and entertainment room are). It is impossible for the Wi-Fi signal to be available in only one bedroom, especially since all the bedrooms are located on the lower floor. I would not recommend Brandon and his group as guests because they do not accept responsibility for additional charges resulting from damage caused to the property and instead leave a negative review. Großes Haus, perfekt für größere Gruppen. Leider war der Pool, anscheinend wegen längerer Nichtnutzung grün und das Schwimmen somit nicht möglich. Ansonsten gute Kommunikation und Flexibilität. Außerdem ist der Ausblick vom Balkon des Hauses unschlagbar.

David et sa femme ont été exceptionnels, à l’écoute et très compréhensifs. La maison est spacieuse et la vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
