Great location and lovely unit

Would happily stay again!

We had such a perfect stay in Charleston! The location was fantastic and extremely walkable. Our suite was beautiful, quiet, clean, and very well-equipped. The grounds were gorgeous and private. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great Charleston base!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the courtyard suite! Quaint studio thoughtfully appointed and easy to access the best of Charleston! Property management easy to contact and accommodating and amenities well done. Clean and pretty. Would stay again!

Charming Place

This place is perfectly located off of Upper King and was very charming with all the Charleston feels you would want. We had an issue with the place being a bit too warm for us when we first got there, but they quickly addressed it.

CHC Misrepresented this unit

This unit was advertised as a one bedroom and one bath unit. There is no bedroom and the unit is beyond tiny. There is no closet space or drawers. The parking is two blocks around a corner over broken cobble stones. This unit was blatantly misrepresented.

Charming

This studio was very charming and just as described. It fit 2 adults well but would have been tight with a child. The grounds/courtyard were kept up very well and the pool was warm for evening swims. I would definitely stay here again.

Celebrated 65th birthday

Our stay was very pleasurable. It was cold our 1st night there but staff were quick to respond to our request to turn heat up. We would stay again and refer to friends and family.

Wonderful nook

The location is an ideal spot for being near the main hubs of Charleston but in a spot that doesnt feel busy. It has a great courtyard and very quiet. Would stay again.

Wonderful fun!

Perfect pied a terre

We stayed here 2 nights while in Charleston for a wedding. Compact but very clean and just right for two. We enjoyed coffee by the koi pond each morning and felt far removed from the bustle of the city. The property was spotlessly clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Convenient to many restaurants. Most importantly, it comes with a parking space - a precious commodity in Charleston!

Wonderful property at the heart of Charleston

Everything was clean and felt like new and luxorious, though the houses looked historical from the exterior side. Heated pool was amazing and was cleaned from leaves and other natural rubbish every day. Walking distance from bars and restaurants were a big plus and historical Charleston is practically at the door step. Would definitely like to return here!

Best Place Ever

For staying in downtown Charleston this was the BEST place. So close to everything and to be able to walk to everything and stay where it looks like Charleston. The court up was our favorite with the large koi pond and heated pool. Clean, updated and so comfortable. Again best place ever.

The property had everything we needed. The owner/operator responded to our one "ask" promptly. A few blocks away from King Street and all its shops and restaurants.

location was great,unit was small but we were always out sight seeing, pool and grounds were beautiful and secluded, would have liked a more comfortable place to sit after walking all day,the love seat was not to comfy,would recommend the property to friends.

Great little place

Really good location. Parking for this place is a few blocks away which is not a big issue unless you have inclement weather. The accommodations were as described, very nice. The courtyard area was peaceful and quiet. The pool was nice and warm and private. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

The bedroom was a bit smaller than expected, but the privacy and amenities more than made up for the small room. I didn't find how to get the temperature adjusted until the following morning. I'd suggest adding that tidbit of info during check-in information. But this little secret garden is beautiful, private, and the pool is so relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay and if it weren't in my home town would stay here again. Thank you all for your hospitality.

Idyllic Charleston Courtyard

We loved this property! It's not often you can be close to the bars & restaurants of Upper King, but also feel tucked away in your own little secret garden-- with a pool no less! The recently redone bathrooms and cute little kitchen are also a step beyond what you find in most of these historic homes in downtown. A real gem of a property!
