レイアウト：暖炉のあるリビング/ダイニングルーム、バーのあるリビングルーム、専用シャワールームのあるダブルベッドルーム1室のフロントポーチ。ダイニングルームの反対側には、バスタブとシャワー付きのフルバスルーム、ツインベッドルーム2室があります。キッチン（電気コンロとオーブン、冷凍冷蔵庫、食器洗い機、電子レンジ）;リビングエリアと暖炉のあるロフト。 ヴィラの裏側にある大きな木製のダイニングテーブルのある屋根付きテラス。プールエリアの裏にある屋根付きのテラスからすぐのダブルベッドルームとシャワールームを備えた別館。 屋根付きのテラス、ランドリールーム（洗濯機、アイロン、アイロン台）の反対側に古いオーブンでバーベキューエリアをカバーしました。

設備：テレビ/衛星放送（基本的な英語チャンネル）、DVD、CDプレーヤー、暖炉、洗濯機。 家と別館の3つのベッドルームのエアコン。

Lovely house and garden

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a quiet location but easy walking distance to Pollenca, very well equipped and spacious. The garden and pool area are beautiful and Patricia was a great host and very helpful.

Wonderful villa in a great location

This is one of the best villas we have stayed in. It is very spacious and was perfect for our party which was 7 adults. The villa is very well equipped, the air conditioning worked great (which it hasnt always in other villas we have stayed in) and the location was great - a nice walk away from the centre of old town Pollenca.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Can Noble villa - communication in the lead up and check in was very good/ straightforward and the property was just what we were looking for - spacious, clean, beautiful grounds with a safe pool for the children. The location to the old town is ideal (just a short walk) and we loved Tema the donkey in the garden area next door! Thank you so much Patricia, we will definitely be back!

Ca'n Noble den Vallori was clean, spaceous and very well equiped. The location is excellent being an easy 20 minute walk to the centre of Pollenca. The starter pack of food on our arrival was really appreciated. Arrival instructions from Patricia were very clear.We were very happy with all the facilities and arrangements with the villa.

Family holiday

Great villa, well stocked with everything we needed for our break. Patricia is a superb host, any concerns we had were quickly taken care of. Communication from the day of our booking up to day of departure was 1st class. Would easily recommend this property and look forward to booking again in the future.

We had a great week in this beautiful villa. It had everything we needed and more. Very well equipped kitchen. Our 3 year old had a great time with the pool, trampoline and sandbox. Easy and comfortable for my older parents. Short drive to the beach. The host replied fast on our questions. We will come back!

Family celebration

The property is a beautifully designed traditional home on the outskirts of Old Town Pollenca. It’s conveniently situated on a quiet road which is a 20 minute stroll from the centre of the Old Town and close to the main road to Puerto Pollenca ( a 10 minute drive) and 2 large supermarkets ( 5 minute drive). One of the main reasons for selecting this accomadation over others similar in the area was the child safety

Wunderschöne, gepflegte Unterkunft in toller Lage

Wir waren Ende Juni für eine Woche in der Finca Can'Noble mit sieben Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (beide gerade 3). Das Haus und das Gästehaus sind toll, alles ist bestens ausgestattet (insbesondere die Küche: es ist alles da, was man braucht!) und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ist riesig und schön angelegt (inkl. Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen). Der Pool ist toll und wir fanden den Poolschutz für die Kinder wichtig und sehr gut zu händeln. Es gibt im Garten auch eine nette Spielfläche im Schatten mit sehr viel Spielzeug. Pollenca ist fußläufig erreichbar und einen Besuch wert. Insgesamt ist die Lage des Hauses klasse, von dort kann man tolle Ausflüge machen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind außerdem in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Kontakt mit Patricia war unkompliziert und zu jeder Zeit sehr nett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen diese tolle Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen weiter!

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub

Die Finca ist traumhaft schön und ruhig etwas außerhalb aber fußläufig von Pollenca gelegen. Es ist alles dort was man braucht, zweimal die Woche wird gründlich gereinigt und es gibt neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Auch um Pool und Garten wird sich gekümmert. Wir sind mit unserem Sohn 2 Jahre dort gewesen. Es gibt einen Sandkasten mit vielem Sandspielzeug und eine Rutsche. Der Pool war sehr gut gesichert und es gibt Hochstühle und Kinderbett. Als eines Abends die Spülmaschine nicht mehr funktionierte wurde am nächsten Morgen eine neue installiert. Patricia war jederzeit zu erreichen und der Kontakt war sehr nett. Einzig die enge Einfahrt und die beiden großen Bäume machen es etwas schwierig wenn man mit einem größeren Leihwagen anreist. Aber auch das kriegt man nach ein paar Tagen hin. ;-) Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Urlaub und kommen sehr gerne wieder..

Excellent villa in superb location

Beautiful villa that was perfect for two couples and three children under 3! Short walk to Pollensa which is a gorgeous town with lots of restaurants and boutique shops. Close to plenty of beautiful beaches and a short easy drive to the airport - can’t rate this villa more highly!

good family villa

a very good villa, well located. excellent for families. the kitchen was well stocked with crockery, glassware, utensils etc. the tight gateway and turn onto the road made it just a little bit tricky turning the car. we would have struggled with either a large car or more than one car.

Excellent experience all round

Wonderful property with everything we could have wanted. Patricia was so helpful and friendly, a proper 5 star service. Location is great, a short walking distance to Pollenca Town and a short drive to the Port. We will definitely stay again without a doubt.

Alles Sauber und ordentlich, ruhige Lage und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermietung. Kinder, Eltern und Großeltern waren alle rundum zufrieden. Als Bonus wuchs zudem noch Wein auf dem Grundstück...

The villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location was very good. We loved Pollensa town and the beach at Puerto Pollensa is perfect for young families . I cannot fault Select Family Villas who were efficient and dealt with any problems or enquiries very quickly. Unfortunately we cannot use this particular villa again as the pool is unsuitable for very young children. There is a small shallow end but then a steep step down to deep water . My daughter in law was not aware of this when we arrived and stepped backwards whilst holding my young grandson. She was immediately submerged and this really frightened her. This is the only negative we have and we had a wonderful holiday . We would definitely use this company again but for a different villa . Do take lots of mosquito repellent if you go in the summer months. You also need torches for the walk to Pollensa.

Woning was meer dan compleet. Bij aankomst zelfs een pakket met allerlei levensmiddelen, zodat je niet eerst naar de supermarkt hoefde te gaan. We waren er 1 week met 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Meer dan voldoende plek voor te eten en te relaxen. Ook bij zwembad 8 ligstoelen. Genoten van zwembad en jacuzzi.

Lovely quaint large villa

Plenty of room for the 6 of us including a baby. Having our own pool made such a difference. Comfy seating on the back terrace but do go prepared with mozzy repellent. Plenty of crockery in the kitchen. Air con in bedrooms a life saver at times.

Zelfs beter dan beloofd!

Zowel de villa als de omgeving waren nog mooier en beter dan op de site beloofd. Villa met niet alleen alles erop en eraan, maar ook nog eens in topconditie. Het uitzicht vanuit het huis, tuin en zwembad is fenomenaal. Je kijkt zo op de bergen. Mallorca is in het noorden en westen heel wat meer dan zon, zee en zand. Een rondrit in het Tramuntana gebergte gaf bij iedere haarspeldbocht weer een nieuw, overweldigend vergezicht en dat vlak bij de deur, net zoals privéstrandjes en grote, niet te drukke en schone zandstranden. Pollenca is puur en authentiek en we voelden ons er meteen thuis. Grote supermarkten en banketbakkers in de buurt. Kortom: Een aanrader pur sang. Wij komen er zeker op terug!

Great villa, great holiday.

We had a great time at this villa. We were a family of 7 ranging from 2 to 60 and we all had a fab time. Plenty of space inside and out. The pool area was very safe for children, although the decked area did get very slippy when wet. The lady who looked after the house was lovely and nothing was too much, if we needed anything she told us to contact her but the house was great so we had no need to. The only downside was the hot water. There wasn't enough for the amount of people the house can accommodate so was inconvenient at times, but otherwise the villa was perfect. Location was great, very picturesque and in great location. About 25 min walk to the town centre. The roads are very dark as it's rural so a torch would of been a good idea but we had phones to light our way. We hired cars so no issues going to the beaches, although I think there are local buses to the beach if you didn't have a car. I would definitely recommend this place.
