This property was exactly as described inside, clean and very well equipped , comfortable beds and good sized bathroom. 2 working lifts in the block and close to several supermarkets. We took the airport transfer, helpful to get our bearings and thank you to Stefan for some great restaurant tips.communication with host was excellent, thank you Ivan, for letting us stay in your lovely apartment

Our host was very professional and welcoming, as well as accommodating us easily when we requested a late checkout. The flat was very attractive and comfortable, as well as impeccably clean. I would love to stay again.

Super location with super views.

Excellent location with views over Faro and down to the sea. The apartment had everything we needed, a home from home.

We loved this property. Ivan was a gracious host. We have been renting holiday properties over the past 14 years in 32 countries. His apartment ties with one in Athens for our favorite! The apartment is high and overlooks the city of Faro, the backwater with many fishing boats and the outlet to the ocean. This was important to us and we loved it. The apartment is spacious, has a large living room, bathroom and bedrooms. There are full height windows/doors in every room (except the bathroom) and that lets in a lovely amount of light. The apartment has heating and air conditioning. This was the middle of a month long trip and we have eaten out a lot, so decided I would cook. The apartment had everything I needed. Another lovely aspect is that the apartment felt “homey” like all rental properties used to years ago. Parking was on the street and Ivan showed us where the free parking was. I was too lazy to bring the car down to my husband so we parked across the street in the parking lot. It was incredible cheap, we could see the car from the apartment and you can book time with the easy park app. We are looking forward to coming back to Faro and we know exactly where we will stay. We’ll have to book early to make sure!

Very nice stay

Our apartment was great, extremely clean. Ivan our host could not have done any more for us he went above and beyond what was necessary to make us happy. 8th floor, lovely views, walk to marina and shopping. Very enjoyable vacation.

Ideal place for relaxing

Relatively close to the marina and the shopping/restaurant area. The Saturday market at the Church of Bones plaza was fabulous. Short walks to the mercado and the train station. Assuming you aren’t bothered by a bit of noise from the surroundings, this is an easy place to stay in.

Lovely accommodation, great location

Very comfortable place with all the basic amenities needed for our stay included. Host was responsive to our questions and provided helpful tips on parking. Location was excellent - easy walk to old town. Samsung smart TV allowed us to stream the Super Bowl through our phone.

Wonderful flat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Faro. The flat was perfectly located with easy walking to town. The views of the coastline were quite wonderful. The host was always helpful as we figured things out. Highly recommend.

Exploring Portugal

We are a senior couple that enjoys walking ,this place was perfect for exploring the city of Faro . The accommodations were as we expected,clean and tidy with views of the city . The bed was very comfortable ,lots of towels and grocery store within walking distance.Lots of restaurants nearby.

Great View

The place was very clean and comfortable. Ivan was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions. The balconies gave a great view of the outlying islands. After several VRBOs with lots of stairs the elevator was a welcome sight. Enjoyed our stay

Nice apartment well situated for walking to cafes, restaurants, shops, attractions. Host was very responsive to communication. Very helpful with recommendations for alternative travel options when our flights were delayed. Would definitely stay here again

The apartment was a great choice for our 1 week stay in Faro. A great location to grocery stores, the Marina, Old Town and Restaurants complete with views of sunrise and sunsets from the eight floor balcony. A well laid out apartment, nicely decorated and fully equipped in a quiet residential neighborhood. Ivan was a great host and provided an easy process for check in and check out. The Smart TV provided full channel selection which was nice to watch English speaking programmes. We were very happy with our choice of accommodation and our communications with Ivan.

Wonderful apartment in excellent location

Staying on the 8th floor of this quiet apartment provided a wonderful view and a feeling of safety. Restaurants and food stores are nearby. It is a short walk to the marina and the old town. Faro was an interesting city for a 15-day stay. Transportation to nearby communities by train and Uber supported enjoyable side trips.

Modern attractive apt with amazing views

Lovely floor plan, apt was full of light, fully and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed. Great location with free public parking right across the street. Ivan was very responsive and helpful from our first communication.
