C’est un vrai bonheur de savoir que vous avez passé un séjour de rêve à la Casa ArteVida. Je vous remercie tout particulièrement pour vos remarques qui me permettent de prendre soin de chaque détail : La porte de la salle de bain : Merci encore d'avoir protégé la poignée ! J'ai immédiatement fait installer un nouveau ferme-porte (butoir) pour que tout soit parfaitement fonctionnel et sécurisé. Le réfrigérateur : C'est un choix qui favorise la fraîcheur maximale. Sa capacité est pensée pour encourager un renouvellement fréquent des produits, vous permettant ainsi de savourer chaque jour des produits locaux bien frais, directement du marché ou de la poissonnerie de Roses ! Ce fut un réel plaisir de vous accueillir et j'espère avoir la joie de vous revoir très bientôt à Roses !

I also sincerely appreciate your detailed feedback, as it allows me to maintain the high standards I set for Casa ArteVida: Cleanliness & Maintenance: I am very sorry to hear about the dishes and the walls. This does not reflect my usual standards. I have already scheduled a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint to ensure the bedrooms look their best. The Shower: I’m sorry you found the pressure low. Being an authentic property on a hill, the pressure can sometimes vary, but I am having a technician check the system to optimize it. Sound & Noise: I am sorry that you found the flat less quiet than expected. It is important to note that during your stay, there were exceptional maintenance works on the street. This type of external activity unfortunately causes vibrations and noise that can amplify through the piping and structure of any traditional building, making it seem less soundproof than it actually is. I am glad that, despite these points, you enjoyed the "wonderful" terrace and the comfort of the flat. I would love to welcome you back in the future to show you the improvements made.

Hartelijk dank voor uw feedback. Het spijt me oprecht dat de reparatie van de keukenkraan tijdens uw verblijf niet volgens plan is verlopen; ik begrijp dat dit vervelend voor u was. Wat betreft de muren: ik wil u graag laten weten dat het appartement inmiddels volledig is geschilderd. Door de nabijheid van de zee en de zoute lucht is regelmatig onderhoud essentieel, en ik heb direct actie ondernomen om alles weer in topstaat te brengen. Ik waardeer uw eerlijkheid enorm, omdat dit mij helpt om de hoge kwaliteit van Casa ArteVida te waarborgen. Ik hoop u in de toekomst nogmaals te mogen verwelkomen voor een vlekkeloze ervaring.
