We enjoyed the farmhouse. It provided a great family base for our week in Menorca. It is very close to friends of our in Alaoir which was unexpected. The most difficult part was finding the house on our arrival as the information listed and the name on the main gates are different. We also really loved the donkeys! We wiuld love to stay again. Thank you for our holiday.

Tranquil Menorca

Finca Toni, Llogarets is a beautiful old finca that has rustic charm yet has everything to make your holiday memorable. As it is still a family home, it is equipped with much more than most holiday rentals. The resident donkeys, sheep, poultry and tortoises all added to our enjoyment, particularly the children. We were encouraged to explore the 35 hectares of the fincas surrounding land together with its own private panel tennis facilities, huge swimming pool and lawned gardens. There are many other shady wooded areas for those needing extra solitude or shade. The owners are so friendly and charming too. We would love to return.

Fantastic for families

We have just arrived home after a wonderful family holiday at Finca Toni. The property matched my expectations and truly offered our family (14 in total - MNK Villas, who manage the property allowed two additional occupants as one was a baby and the other a 2 year old) the perfect space for a relaxed holiday. I think the success was the fact that the property offers so much space for everyone to explore / find something to do. Fantastic pool, table tennis table, shaded kids play area, basket ball court (a little run down, but great nonetheless) and tennis courts. And simple things such as the pool having a poolside shower and toilet was perfect. Similarly inside the property the open plan living space works well with a large group and all bedrooms were a good size with plenty of modern bathrooms. An added bonus was the unexpected wildlife - sheep and donkeys in the neighboring fields, chickens (slight warning, keep your windows shut if you don't want to woken by the cockerels at 5am!) and lots of tortoises roaming free! Despite the property being inland there are plenty of wonderful beaches within short driving distance, as well as the stunning harbour of Mahon. Finally MNK Villas, who manage the property, were extremely helpful in all aspects of the booking including accommodating an early check in and late check out to the best of their abilities. Truly fantastic stay.

Wir haben die Finca nach einer Nacht verlassen

Wir waren Anfang Juni 2023 mit 10 Personen da und hatten leider das Pech, dass der Mai und Juni ungewöhnlich kalt und regnerisch waren. Dies führte dazu, dass die Innenräume sowie die Bettwäsche sehr kalt und feucht waren. Dazu roch es im Haus modrig und schimmelig. Die erste Nacht war für uns alle ein Alptraum, da wir froren und alles nass und klamm war. Das Haus besitzt keine Heizung ausser einem kleinen Kaminofen, der aber nicht ausreicht, um das Haus zu wärmen. Wir lüfteten das Haus tagsüber, was etwas Besserung brachte. Wir wollten aber keine zweite Nacht in der Finca riskieren, da wir befürchteten bei einer weiteren feucht-kalten Nacht krank zu werden. Wir hatten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, aber er konnte uns keine gleichwertige Alternative anbieten. Leider war der Vermieter nicht bereit das Problem anzuerkennen und uns danach finanziell entgegenzukommen. Angeblich hatte er mit weiteren Personen noch am gleichen Abend in der Finca übernachtet und alles war in Ordnung. Aus unserer Sicht ist bei einer solchen feucht-kalten Wettersituation erforderlich, dass Luftentfeuchter und Heizlüfter aufgestellt werden, um die Finca vorzubereiten und trocken zu kriegen. Aus mangelnder Einsicht wird das auch in Zukunft nicht passieren. Die Finca ist für 12 Personen ausgeschrieben. Ideal ist sie aber eher für 7-8 Personen. Die Zimmer im Obergeschoss mit vier Schlafplätzen sind keine vollwertigen Zimmer. Im Sommer kann es ohne vorhandene Klimaanlage unter dem Dach richtig heiss werden

Bonne semaine en famille ! Beaucoup d’espace ! C’est une grande ferme avec des animaux…intéressants pour les enfants ! L’entretien , la propreté ne sont pas excellents !! pas de climatisation nous avons dû acheter des ventilateurs !!! Cependant Minorque nous a beaucoup plu ….Il y a des très jolies criques et l’eau est transparente !! Bons restaurants !! Nous renouvèlerons mais dans une maison plus moderne et moins isolée !!! Ce fût l’enfer pour la trouver surtout sans accompagnement physique !!
