Lovely villa, perfect location

The villa is a great space for a large group and young children. The garden has good space for playing, eating and the two pools were perfect. The beautiful beach is only a minute walk. Ideal. It was good having a rental car to get to the busier areas, but restaurants around were lovely (Mex&Co was delicious), and having our own bbq area. Definitely recommend! We were disappointed that there were no basic sanitary provisions (such as hand soap in the toilets, washing basin or plug, or dish towels). Ideally, there would be a dishwasher for a large villa like that, but at least the basics to clean. Likewise, things like cleaning spray, extra bin bags, oven gloves, drying rack, an indoor broom were all missing). We had to purchase all these things, and of course most of it gets left behind (I hope the next guests were provided these and they were not dumped/wasted). I see these things as basic essentials. One final thing was that the garden gate key wasn't provided and the issue wasn't resolved via WhatsApp. These issues were all fixable and didn't ruin our stay at all, but would certainly be things that Planet Costa Dorada could improve to better peoples' experience and I'd then happily give 5 stars.

A weeks break

The villa in itself is nice although there was a big problem when we arrived because we couldn’t get the early check in as we arranged, we asked if we could sit in the garden with our cases (this was around 1pm and we were told no. There were nine of us with four cases so we couldn’t do anything except go to the beach, people must have thought we were mad on the beach with cases but we just wanted to try to enjoy our holiday. After getting the keys at 4pm we found air conditioning was leaking on the top floor and the fridge freezer didn’t shut without being forced because it isn’t aligned properly. Everything else seemed okay. We had a nice week, until the pool turned a cloudy colour two days before we came home, nobody came to service the pool in all the time we were there. The villa has a sea view but it comes at a price, the hill of death we named it, unless you have a car you need to be fully able to walk steep hills in the heat.

Jacuzzi not working, Hot Water issues, but Great Location

PROS:Location of this home was great (3 minute walk to the beach) and it was clean. The pool was also nice. Beds were comfortable. CONS:Amenities not working/not provided:- Jacuzzi would not turn on and was dirty/had no cover- Property manager did not respond to fixing this issue during our stay and we were unable to use it for the duration of our stay. - Apparently even if it did turn on, the property manager informed me that the "Jacuzzi" would not have been hot as it was meant to be "cold with bubbles"???? - Hot Water/Showers: Only the bottom level shower had hot water. The upper two level showers did not have hot water. -We were provided exactly 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for our week long stay (the home is meant to sleep 16), no hand or body soap was provided in the bathrooms, each person was only given 1 bath towel (no washcloths were provided), and no paper towels/hand towels were provided in the kitchen.-Provisioning the house with these basic amenities was not anticipated and added extra expense/trips to the store for us. - Parking: No parking was allowed in the driveway. Street parking was very busy during the day due to the public beach access in front of the home. Be prepared to search for a parking spot and walk a good distance.

Villa idéalement bien placé proche de la mer

Nous avions appréciez son emplacement et son style parfait séjour joli extérieur spacieuse maison et joliment agencer nous reviendrons avec plaisir Nous avons apprécier la proximité de la plage de la supérette pour le pain ou 4 courses qui est très pratique..e petit parc de jeux pour enfants également Cependant pour 12 personnes il faut revoir le nombre de verre ainsi que les ustensiles de cuisine... Manque de plat aussi pour 12 un seul plat qui va au four à peine de 6 personnes c est un peu compliquer... Le lave vaisselle également ne serait pas du luxe !!!!! Il faudrait aussi revoir l isolation précisez à la location que le bruit est présent car quand votre voisin vient vous voir à 23h pour dire que les enfants font trop de bruit c est moyen on est en Espagne à 23h on termine tout juste de manger
