Great location and property

Very nice property, in a great location close to the beach. Very nice and clean swimming pool, clean bedrooms and kitchen with all you need.

Tip Top Stay

Clean, well proportioned with a great outdoor space and mere minutes in a car from Pollenca, Port D'Pollenca and Alcudia. Kids loved the pool and as I was on a cycling holiday it was perfect easy access to the main routes into the mountains.

Truly Rustic as advertised. Good location, management and value. However only one shower room available which could’ve been communicated earlier. Overall a good stay… A/C & pool were good … thanks for an enjoyable holiday

Great holliday

The location, the pool area and that it was possible to play tabletennis was great. Aircondition. We would recommend that there were more papertowels and toiletpaper.

A lovely family villa- rustic and characterful. Pool was great and we enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Our only disappointment was that the second bathroom was not able to be used. A problem on arrival was looked at and “fixed” but a persistent stagnant water smell meant we kept the door shut so that it did not affect the third bedroom.

Unser Aufenthalt gestaltete sich so wie man es von den Fotos und Beschreibungen erwarten konnte. Zusätzlich hatten wir das Glück, dass ein Kater und mehrere junge Kätzchen uns regelmässig besuchten. Unser Enkelkind hatte sofort die regelmäßige, katzengerechte Versorgung der Katzen übernommen und allen Katzen einen Namen gegeben.

For future guests, we recommend taking precautions such as rinsing swimwear before swimming and using insect repellent for evenings outdoors. Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles wahr sauber. Ein schöner großer Pool. Leider sehr viele Stechmücken. Dafür kann aber die Villa Teo nichts. Etwas schade, dass der Grill in der Sonne steht. Da kommt man beim Grillen etwas ins Schwitzen. Wir würden wieder hin.

Lovely villa in a rural location

Just back from our holiday at Villa Teo. Lovely villa with a beautiful outdoor space and all of the amenities you need for a great holiday. Some of the furniture in the villa was a little dated however for me that just added to the charm of the property. Gardener looked after the grounds and pool really well when we were there and even bought us some fruit from the orchard next door which was a lovely touch. Would recommend this Villa however you would definitely need a car as it is a little out of the way.

Lovely Villa and neighborhood

Very nice charming house with good exteriors and terrace to sunbath. We didnt use the pool as it was winter, but definetly a good space for enjoy in summer time too! The location is very easy to move around, 5 min to Puerto Pollensa beach, and same distance to the old town of Pollensa for some good cafes and bars.
