私はまた、ペンション4寝室（VRBOリスティング＃846983）に加えて、4番目の寝室（VRBOリスティング＃846988）を必要とするパーティーのために別々に借りることができる同じ建物内のスタジオを持っています。このビーチサイドのレンタルには、合計3ユニットと8ベッドルームがあります。

ゲストは3ベッドルーム、2バスルーム、2台のカー・タンデム・パーキングが利用できる専用ガレージ、階下の屋外パティオ、座席と南カリフォルニアの太陽の光を楽しむためのバーベキューにアクセスできます！

到着の数日前にユニットがまだ利用可能でない限り、週末は最低3泊以上の滞在があります。

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Lage, wenn auch nicht in der ersten Reihe aber trotzdem spitze. Für 6 Personen super geeignet. Nur leider war der Fußboden nicht so gut geputzt.

Very nice apartment in great location

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. Unless you want to be right in the center of the "action", this is a great location in a quiet neighborhood yet reasonably easy/fast to get to. Its a few short blocks to Washington Ave and the Venice Boardwalk, and essentially one block to both a canal path and the beach. The landlords are very responsive and seemed genuinely concerned that we had a good stay. When we arrived the thermostat appeared to be malfunctioning. The landlord came over almost immediately to try to repair it, and promptly called a service technician while also offering to provide additional space heaters if needed. The problem was fully resolved to our satisfaction. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is the garage. The owners have a couple of file cabinets, a charcoal grill, a boat trailer, and some other junk in the garage, making it impractical to put in two cars and use all the doors on both cars. Its a tight fit in any case, but with the other stuff, only two short cars really fit ok.

Great location, quiet, and comfortable.

Great location! Close enough to walk to the beach yet far enough away to be in a quiet neighborhood. Very spacious 3 bedroom. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping nearby. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip! Thanks!

Great location, perfect for our family getaway

Thanks Frank for opening your house! 2 blocks from the Canals and the beach. Good locale and walking distance to Venice Beach pier. Could use more pillows and sheets but overall it had everything we needed. Heads up on the following fee: an additional $500 refundable deposit if you bring a pet. This is in addition to the $500 included in the overall fees for your rental for a pet.

localisation excellente : 2 min à pied de la plage et des canaux appartement correspondant à la description. nous avons apprécié le fait qu'il y ait 2 salles de bain. propriétaire réactif : à notre arrivée le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, ceci fut réglé en qq heures par mail je recommande !

Great location to walk everywhere

We went with little kids ages, 18 months, 4 and 5 years and the home was clean and comfortable. It was 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and a few blocks to restaurants. You don't have to get in the car if you don't want to. Great family home

Great Beach House

We had a great memorial day weekend here. The house is literally steps from the beach as well as just a short stroll from the Venice canals. We stayed in most of the time and the big dining table was perfect for hanging out and catching up with friends.

Excellent Stay! Close to everything!

My family and had an excellent time at Franks place! It was very comfortable and accommodating to our needs. The Beach and all the little local shops and restaurants were literally 1 and 2 blocks away from the house! It was great!! We met Marcela during our stay and she was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back!! :)

House was perfect for our family get-a-way!!

The house provided the perfect layout for our family and the location was fantastic. The location made it so easy to walk to the beach, the pier, the venice canels or even to go grab coffee or dinner. Great house and location for a family vacation.

COMFORTS OF HOME

Nice place, as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was seamless and easy, with clear pre-arrival instructions. The apartment is well appointed, if slightly dated, and had everything we needed. We cooked some meals and found all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. The location suited us well. Good access to the highway system, 20 minutes from LAX, and few blocks easy stroll to Washington Boulevard made life easy. Secure garage parking for our BMW X3 worked perfectly. Frank was easy to reach and responsive when we had a technical challenge. Definitely would stay again, and will certainly consider other properties managed by Frank.

Perfect place for a family beach vacation

We loved our stay; everything was clean and just as described. The apartment is in a great location, two blocks to the beach and a couple more to Washington Blvd., where delicious restaurants and fun times await. It’s not necessary to have a car! We highly recommend staying here. As there was no problems and everything was easy to access we didn’t have to contact the owners once. Thank you for a wonderful vacation in your home!

Perfect Getaway!

Fabulous location! A short block from the beach, walking distance to Abbot Kinney and the beautiful canals. In the middle of it all, yet quiet and peaceful! Plus, the unit itself is cozy and well appointed. Highly suggest!!

Wonderful and close to everything!

Our group stayed for the Texas USC game. There were 7 of us and easily fit in this property. It is very nice and clean, great management, and close to the main road in Venice.

Beautiful home!

Gorgeous condo with tasteful and modern decor. The house was immaculate. They had all the amenities we could need. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were good quality. Great space in a great location!

This the perfect place if you plan to spend time at the beach or seeing sights. The beach was about a minute walk and shops and restaurants were about a 2 minute walk. Walking to the Venice strip took about 10 minutes. This was a great central location to drive places as well. Santa Monica, Malibu, LA and Hollywood Hills are a short distance depending on traffic. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained. It has wifi, washer and dryer, cable and is located on a quiet street. I felt very safe and comfortable there. The kitchen is well equipped and updated as well. The only reason I gave this 4 stars was because one of the couch cushions was missing which made the couch pretty uncomfortable for more than one person to sit on. Also, the garage is full of stuff like TVs, jet skis, a wash and dryer... this made it almost impossible to fit our SUV in. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

Nice Rental Near Quiet Part of Venice Beach

I was very impressed with this rental. Everything was perfect. The self arrival instructions were easy to follow, the beds were comfortable, the place was spotless, the kitchen was well stocked, it was nicely appointed, roomy, the wifi was fast, there are both cable channels and roku and the management was friendly and made the transaction easy. Nice place, very close to Venice beach, but no view and no air conditioning.

Nice big house, really close to Venice beach, the only thing that I may comment on, is that the description did not state that there is no air conditioning, plus, it gives you the impression that there is a view, while there isn't. It would have been nice If more imenities were provided, such as hand soap, some drinking water. I needed help with the wifi and Internet, the response was very quick and friendly. Overall, it is a very pleasant place.

Beach rental

We arrived at this beach rental and were pleasantly surprised. It was a good fit for our family as there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. We loved how the beach was a short walk across the street. The apartment was our home base for the 8 days we were in LA and most of the sights were in close proximity. Transactions with the owner was very easy and I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a beach vacation with LA action!

Fantastic clean beach rental

Beautiful large rental a minute walk from the beach. The whole rental has new furniture. The memory foam beds were great. Easy transaction with owner.
