Great stay!

The location was conveniently located to the old town and we were able to easily walk to restaurants, shopping, grocery and to tour bus starting points. The owner was extremely helpful for assistance in any matter.

Lovely apartment, excellent location, and well equipped. Very close to the old city, quiet at night. It was easy to drive up and drop off bags.

Beautiful property, fantastic location, great landlords.

This property was beautiful, great location, only a few minutes walk to waterfront, beaches, restaurants, market etc. Very clean, roomy, and modern. I would recommend highly. Landlord lives in same building and were extremely accommodating and friendly.

Lovely Apartment, everything we needed after our cruise/ cycle trip in Croatia. Nice to relax in space Home away from home. Our host Damir was great answering all our queries.Short walk to the ferry port and Old Town. Would definitely recomend. Thankyou Damir

Split rental- good location

Nice updated property with convenience of store below. Host was accommodating and allowed us to use his parking space during our stay. Able to walk to local market and harbor/waterfront area. Beds were really hard and sofa not so comfortable. No view from balcony. Enjoyed our stay

Fantastic Apartment In Split

The apartment was clean and appeared newly renovated. It was located very close to the Palace area and the waterfront in a very safe area of the city. Conveniently located above a supermarket. The owner Damir went above and beyond to make sure we have a great visit. We will definitely rent this apartment if ever back in Split!

Modern Apartment

Damir was a great host and very welcoming and helpful. Took the time to tell us about the area during check-in and helped arrange taxis when needed. Quiet neighborhood a short walk from all the local sites. A nice market just steps away. Only thing missing from this clean and modern apartment was a microwave, though usually ate out.

Absolutely amazing split apartman 😉

Wonderful apartment with all of the amenities located within minutes of the old town and Adriatic. We took the ferry from korcula and were very close to the apartment upon docking. Parking was provided by host damir and his lovely wife tayana was able to share wonderful eating place recommendations! Comfortable apartment with plenty of room for socializing and eating in the open commons area of the rental. Would highly recommend to any travelers heading to split for vacation!

Wonderful Apartment

Such a great apartment in a perfect location for enjoying Split and the surrounding countryside. Walking distance to markets, restaurants, shopping, the Riva, old city & Palace, ferries, car rentals, buses - everything. So convenient. The apartment itself is spacious, clean & stocked with all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. Damir & his wife were wonderful hosts. We stayed for a month with just a couple issues that were resolved immediately. We would recommend for others and we will stay again!

Fantastic Property, Perfect Location

Very clean, and bright property ina residential neighborhood, just 3 to 4 minutes walk to the old town and the Green Market. It's also just 5 minutes walk to the waterfront and main promenade. Rooms are nicely appointed. Bathrooms are clean and big. The kitchen is fully equiped. The host, Damir is a lovely gentleman and very helpful with information. There is a supermarket on the ground floor, another one at the corner, a drug store across the road, and a lovely restaurant a few steps away. Perfect stay for any family.

Lovely Experience

I can’t recommend this property enough. Damir was a gracious, helpful and informative host. Very good communication and answered all of my questions and provided great tips. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect- an easy walk from the ferry station and close to all the sights that we wanted to see. There is a convenient market just downstairs and a Michelin star restaurant right down the street. The beds we’re comfortable, air conditioning was soothing and the shower pressure was great! Our visit was fantastic!

Almost perfect!

A very good stay. Only negatives..4 star for ‘accuracy of listing’ was based wholly on the balcony which is not at all as shown... dont plan on spending time out there. The location could not be better (walking distance to everything )but is a little off putting in regards to the entrance. Would we stay there again?...Absolutely! Damir was so helpful and responsive. Basically the apt is great! Spacious and clean. AC worked perfectly.Good restaurants closeby.....Sug being a favourite.Thankyou Damir for a great stay.

Damir was amazing! Very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Property is well kept and clean. Out door space was not super inviting due to the proximity of neighbouring balcony below. The property is very close to Diocletian’s palace and the water front. At the water front there is no shortage of vendors selling excursions. Take advantage of the excursions to the various islands, you won’t be disappointed. Also take the walk to Telegrin peak, Markan Hill spectacular views of Split!

Great 4 day stay in Split

This apartment is in an excellent location for exploring Split, with everything within walking distance. Damir was an excellent host, with great, responsive, communication before and during our stay. The accommodation is spotless and very well equipped. Highly recommended.
