Amazing stay!

This rental was very nice! It had all the necessities and it was super clean! It was very comfortable for our family of 5. The community is very quite which I really enjoyed. It was about .5 mile to hideaway beach, about a 2 minute drive to shops and about about 7 minutes to Hanalei. It was wonderful.

I love the Plantation. I’ve stayed there many times. It has a great location and is easily accessible to everything on the north shore. Also love that every room has its own bathroom!

Kaua’i Plantations - great experience

Awesome place! Inside unit is clean, roomy, comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen adequately furnished. Beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel kits available for use! Great central location, close to everything, yet nice quiet development. Pool/grill area well furnished and well maintained. Gym in clubhouse adequate for lifting/cardio workouts, and reasonable access times.The property manager was very accommodating, accessible and prompt on requests. Give them an A! We would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Condo in Kauai

It was a perfect stay. We had 2 small issues and the Property Manager took care of them immediately. The carpet could use upgrading but we would definetly stay here again. Mahalo

An amazing week, a beautiful place to stay!

I had the task of finding a place to stay in the Princeville, Kauai area for a girls trip. I found this place and we couldn’t have been happier! The location was perfect, the unit clean and beautifully furnished and provided everything we needed. Besides the kitchen being well stocked, the garage held beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for our enjoyment. I would definitely love to stay there again!

Nice place for a family getaway

It was a comfortable and clean 3 bedroom villa with anything you might need.

This villa was in a great location, there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. My husband and I enjoyed the large master and bath, and our 2 teens enjoyed bedrooms and bathrooms to themselves. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The garage has snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and boogie boards that we got some good use out of!! I would highly recommend this villa!!

While relatively small indoor space, the large lanai adds a lot of usable room (you can sit at least 6 outside), and the positioning of the windows makes the inside feel much bigger. Galley kitchen was very efficient to use.

Nice place to stay in Princeville

Well maintained spacious condo with everything that you might need including a full assortment of beach stuff. This place was clean and checking in/out was nice n easy. We had stayed at a property directly across the street previously, so we were familiar with the layout of these Plantation condos... The main issue folks seem to have is that only one bedroom has A/C -- doesn't seem like a big deal to me.

Kauai vacation

Enjoyed the facility. It was furnished nicely and had all the essential amendities. This included beach accessories. The only concern I had which I understood per reviews was the outer bedrooms were not vented with air conditioning. Although fans were provided it Was still miserable. But otherwise happy with property.

Kauai stay

Very nice condo and good location. Needs some updates. But over all it was very nice. Pans did not sit on the stove very well and the dish washer didn't work great. Please clean the carpets, they were pretty dirty when we arrived.

Beautiful Princeville

It is a nice 2nd floor unit with garage.The large AC unit in the living area was enough to cool the whole unit. The carpet could use shampooing or replacement. The garbage trunk comes about 730am. Otherwise the unit was great and the area was peaceful.

They have snorkelling equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and too much other stuff to list. We had a fantastic stay in late March 2025 for a week here. The condo also has most every amenity stocked in it that you would need at home except for the food and drinks!! A nice place to stay for about the same price as some of the hotels in Kauai! Would recommend this place anytime for a stay in Kauai.
