Great spring break with family!

Property just as described. We had a great time going to the beach, hanging out at the pool, and checking out the resort. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Just before Helene

Perfect location and layout for Grandparents, parents and toddler. Could tell this is the end of the season as kitchen was sparse (no storage containers);,one of the stove top burners was not functioning/could not turn gas off easily/safely; fry pans were unusable as the Teflon was gone/peeling; furniture cushions and rugs were stained and worn; areas under beds, couches and other furniture had not been cleaned/swept; walls needed painting; light bulbs were out and some light fixtures were not working/blinking. We left 3 days early because of the hurricane.

Excellent Property

This is a 5 star property with 5 star customer service. Minor issues were addressed and corrected immediately upon arrival. Quiet. Tastefully furnished. Will definitely stay here again if available.

Fantastic Condo on the beach side

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just finished a wonderful week at this condo. The pictures don't do this beautiful property justice. It's much bigger inside that it appears in the pictures and it has a fantastic layout. Even though it's on the bottom floor, the ceilings are high and it's amazing that there are 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths all on one level. Two parking spots are very close to the unit and the golf cart parking with charger is very convenient too.Our biggest criticism is the quality of the bedding. The towels were brand new, but had a vinegar type smell, and the bed sheets and bedding were not great quality. The fitted sheets should have had deep pockets so that they would stay on the mattresses.

Great property and location

Impeccably clean property. Close to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping. We had issues with the golf cart but the property manager fixed those issues swiftly. Will stay here again if available for our next vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We got an upgrade because the air had gone out on the original unit I had rented. They offered up our money back or an upgrade. We took the upgrade not knowing where we were going. When we got to the new place, all we could say was who. It was totally incredible. We could have not dreamed of anything any better. The entire resort was way above our expectations. I can not think of one negative thing to say. One of the best vacation stays I have ever had.

Loved Our Time at The Resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was super nice and had lots of space to accommodate our family. The pools were very nice too and the one was right outside our condo, everyone enjoyed spending time with the babies swimming. Having the golf cart to get around in the resort and to travel to the beach and the wharf was awesome. My grand babies loved the rides on the golf cart and our many trips to the wharf. There’s plenty to do right there and lots of restaurants if you didn’t want to venture out of the resort. However, the location of the resort is such an easy access and a great location that we still went out to visit other places too. We’ll definitely go back for another stay there.

Beautiful Condo with Great View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our two weeks at Miramar Beach in this beautiful condo on Tivoli Drive -- so much so that we reserved it for next year. We loved being able to walk around the development including being able to walk to the beach, although we usually used the golf cart. The entire area was very well maintained. We especially enjoyed all the restaurants in the area serving really fresh seafood. We had one minor issue with the condo -- the soundbar and TV were not communicating in sync so there was a delay. When we contacted Beach Blue, the sent out a technician who fixed it promptly. Also the condo was clean although we noticed some dust bunnies and a few other things that showed the cleaners were in a hurry. You can tell that the condo is professionally decorated, although I am guessing the owner got a little carried away with abundant knickknacks everywhere. (I confess, I put some away in cupboards for our stay). We enjoyed sitting on the back porch eating or reading and watching the golfers and walkers. We also liked that we could walk to restaurants including a donut shop. And we could drive our golf cart around the entire huge development as well as to the nearby Publix grocery store and other shops.

Everything was great minus that there wasn’t double bunks in one of the rooms like the pictures. We chose this condo for that reason. We made do, but it would be nice to have known that prior to arrival.

September 2023 Stay

Beautiful condo with nice furnishings and large spacious rooms. A gulf cart is provided to ride to beach and to Baytowne Wharf where there are many places to eat, ie Flemings, Vin’tij, Tommy Bahamas, PF Chang, Emeril’s, several seafood restaurants and a Publix. On the beach side is The Beach House and Seagars at Hilton and a strip mall upon entrance with other places to eat. You don’t need a car during your stay. The screened in porch was excellent during the morning and watching golfers. Definitely will return!

Another great winter escape

The condo is comfortable, well furnished, and roomy. Included golf cart was much appreciated. This was our 2nd stay in this condo and we’re sorry to learn it was unavailable in our timeframe next year.

Our only complaints were that the sinks in the bathrooms were very slow to drain and we found a roach running around in the master bathroom. Gorgeous Condo - August 2022

Absolutely loved it! Exactly as pictured. Rooms were even more spacious than pictures made them seem. We had 4 adults & 5 kids in our group and had plenty of room for everyone. It was kind of hard to find at first-- it's a downstairs unit and the house number is hidden behind a bush. Lots of utensils to use if needed. The microwave ended up going out while we were there and though they sent someone out quickly to repair it they were unable to. The bathroom attached to the kids bedroom also drained extremely slow. No real complaints here though, very very happy with our stay. I do, however, think more than one roll of tp & garbage bag per bathroom/bin should be provided, especially for the price. The beach was only a short golf-cart ride away and not too far to walk once you get there. Baytown Wharf is also a short golf-cart ride away and has lots of cool activities and restaurants to offer. Overall, we really enjoyed this condo and would have zero issues staying there again.
