非常に居心地の良いアパートメントは、ルッカの歴史的中心部にあり、サンタマリア広場に隣接しています。最近改装された建物の2階にエレベーターがあります。 カフェ、レストラン、ピッツェリア、ショップのある広場を見下ろし、ルッカの素晴らしい歴史的な壁から数歩、ルッカの主要な商業通りであるフィランゴ通りの角にあります。
家は車で簡単にアクセスできるエリアに位置しています。 徒歩で市内のすべての観光スポットに素早くアクセスできます。


車でお越しの方は、家から約300メートルの無料駐車場または10メートルの有料駐車場を見つけることができます。
鉄道駅は約2km先にあり、歴史的中心部を歩いて行くこともできます。

Spacious apartment in a great location. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Amazingly quiet with the busy location, especially over the weekend when people meet at the bars downstairs. Coffee shops around the corner. Convenient location just inside the wall where you can rent a bike and go! A great stay!

Excellent, well-equipped apartment in great location.

This is a comfortable and very well equipped apartment in a perfect location --just inside the city walls. Communication with Wilma, the host, was excellent.

Urlaub wie erhofft

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Alles ist vorhanden, alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Uns hat es einfach super gut gefallen. Auf den Fotos sieht die Wohnung ein klitze kleines bisschen größer aus, als sie ist. Könnte aber auch nur mein/unser Eindruck sein. Aber sie ist auf jeden Fall groß genug für 4 Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und heimisch gefühlt. Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und herzlich in deutsch. Diirekt neben dem Haus der Ferienwohnung befindet sich ein Café und auf der anderen Seite des Eingangs befindet sich eine Bar. Da ist abends allerhand los. Vom Trubel vorm Haus bekommt man aber Dank der gut isolierten Fenster nichts mit. Und dank der Klimaanlage ist es auch trotz geschlossener Fenster zur Vorderseite angenehm. Ab ca. 1 Uhr ist dann aber ohnehin Ruhe und die Stadt Lucca wird ruhig. Das Parken ist etwas ungünstig. Man muss wissen, dass man das Auto nicht um die Hausecke oder vorm Haus parken kann. Auch auf dem Platz Piazza Santa Maria bekommt man nur schwer einen Parkplatz. Zum Ein- und Ausladen kann man sich aber auch mal paar Minuten in die 2. Reihe stellen. Wir haben immer etwas außerhalb der Stadtmauer kostenlos auf einem großen Parkplatz geparkt, Gehzeit zur FeWo ca. 8 Minuten. Das war überhaupt kein Problem und hat für uns super funktioniert. Sollten wir wieder einmal in Lucca oder in der Nähe sein, ist diese Ferienwohnung unsere erste Wahl. VIELEN LIEBEN DANK!!! :-)

A home away from home!

This place made us feel like we could actually live here! A nice 2 bedroom apartment! There is a great deli shop steps away where we bought eggs, cheese, vegetables, fruit and wine. That shop closes between 2 and 4 p.m. and then re-opens. We were also able to walk to the apartment from the train station, which is a bonus.

Wonderful location!

The apartment was lovely and the host,Wilma, was a delight. I always wanted to stay in the walled city and I’m so glad my experience was above and beyond my expectations. The apartment was so close to everything. I would give it an A+ got cleanliness.

Lieblingsplatz

Wir kommen gerade zurück von unserem herrlichen Urlaub in Lucca. Die Wohnung ist so liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, dass ich gerne für immer dort wohnen würde. Es ist super sauber und es fehlt an nichts, um sich selbst zu versorgen. In direkter Nachbarschaft gibt es kleine Lädchen zum Einkaufen und Shoppen, was unseren Teenies sehr gefallen hat ;)) In der kleinen Bar im Erdgeschoss kann man die Abende gemütlich ausklingen lassen und kann dank der gut isolierten Fenster trotzdem absolut ruhig schlafen. Die Klimaanlage war bei Temperaturen bis 35° das absolute Highlight der Wohnung! Wilma hat uns bei allen Fragen/Anliegen immer sehr hilfreich unterstützt. Leider haben wir uns nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! VIELEN DANK

Excellent, clean, comfortable 2 bedrooms.

Perfect setting for family travel. 15 mins walk from train station. Very doable w backpacks. Close to shopping & dining. Wilma a friendly hostess & lodging had everything we needed, incl a washing machine.

Loved spending 2 weeks in this apartment.

Apartment was immaculate, exactly as described and well equipped. Perfect for our 2 weeks in local. Ideal neighborhood near everything; ramparts, shopping. Bars and restaurants, the Anfiteatro. It had everything. The wine bars and craft beer bars across the small piazza brought locals and tourists most nights. Local deli, bakeries and markets were amazing and extremely reasonable. Owner was informative and responsive. Perfect 2 weeks.

This is a nice comfortable apartment to rent inside the walls! The best delicatessen is near by for delicious sauces, pasta , fruit, and cheeses to prepare at home. Good location on piazza with fresh water source just outside the front door. Elevator a plus after miles of walking each day.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung lag sehr ideal für uns. Der Bus, der uns zum Bahnhof brachte war nur 300 Meter entfernt. Lebensmittel und Cafés in der Nähe. Eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieterin, die sich während der Dauer des Urlaubs nach unserem Befinden erkundigt hatte. Es gab sogar einen Wein und Biscotti zur Begrüßung. Alles in allem wunderbar. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

En plein centre de Lucca...

Une des plus belles locations que nous ayons eu sur Abritel. Appartement très propre avec de beaux volumes. Tout y est refait à neuf. La décoration est de très bon goût. Idéalement situé dans Lucca, tout se fait à pied. Et Wilma glisse tout plein de gentilles attentions partout!!! Tout y est parfait!

Loved it, loved it, loved it!!!

Wilma’s apartment is everything one could ask for. It was everything we could have asked for and more . In our 10 night stay we felt like it was our home. It’s beautifully furnished , very well supplied with breakfast condiments through to basics . Michele, Wilma’s hubby, very generously picked up from the train station and chauffeured us to the apartment. We then met up with Wilma who went through all we needed to know about the apartment and to top it off we were gifted a bottle of wine and some Italian biscuits . The location is great because it’s close to everything. A lovely piazza to look out onto, a couple of minutes walk from the wall and the main street of Lucca. With double glazed windows, the apartment is very quite and peaceful. All in all, we would definitely recommend Wilma’s apartment. As far as we’re concerned, it’s perfect. Thank you Wilma for making our experience in Lucca that much more memorable.

Excellent position within the walled city.

Our best VRBO on this trip!

We were met at the train station by Lexi, Wilma's sister--so kind to offer to do this. The apartment was so spacious, clean, sunny and even better than the photos. We could not have hoped for a better, more comfortable, convenient place to stay in Lucca. All the convenient shops, being close to the main shopping street, being close to the wall--all the best of Lucca. We were gifted with a bottle of wine and many other treats. Thank you so much, Wilma for allowing us to experience Lucca from your apartment!
