この犬に優しい家には、大きなオープンの、暖炉、衛星大画面テレビ、FMラジオ付きステレオ、カセット＆CDプレーヤー、電子レンジ、大��なデッキの屋外ホットタブも備わっています。

2つのベッドルームがあり、それぞれにバスルームが付いています。 マスターベッドルームにはクイーンサイズのベッドがあります。 もう一方のベッドルームにはツインベッドとクイーンオーバーツイン��二段ベッドがあります。 この家は6人まで快適に寝ることができ、最大宿泊人数は7人です。 飼い犬を連れて行く場合は、追加のペット料金がかかります。

Quaint Sea Ranch home

We stayed at this property with our two daughters in August. Perfect space for the 4 of us and it could sleep a few more kids with the lazy boys that extend to flat! We enjoyed the local hiking, beaches and pools. The house has a nice hot tub to soak in too. The house also displays art from popular artists! Would recommend!

Peaceful seaside retreat

We loved this beautiful, quiet home. It is short walk from the bluff overlooking the ocean. It has a large, well-designed kitchen and comfortable living room. We loved watching the deer and jackrabbits in the fields outside!

Cozy, great location, steps from coastal trail!

We loved our short stay at this house in sea ranch. The location was perfect, we were able to take our dog on the coastal trail within steps of the front door. The interior was cozy but spacious. We enjoyed having this as our home base for our coastal adventure.

Lovely location, nice house

Sea Ranch is incredible, we have a wonderful time every time we go there. This house was fine, not our favorite. Upsides: great location, great view, comfortable beds, nice hot tub, easy walk to the bluff trail, very quiet and private. Downsides: could not raise the blinds (per the host's request, they ask we turn the slats but not raise the blinds....so views were obstructed), sofa was broken, dishwasher was not running cycles, almost no fire wood supplied, no mixing bowls (at least that we could find). We also couldn't find an exterior outlet to plug our car in, which is of course not a requirement of a rental but worth mentioning. The manager was very responsive and communication was easy. Location at the north end of Sea Ranch meant that the trip to the Surf grocery store was easy. All in all, staying here was just what the doctor ordered after an incredibly stressful election week. Nature heals!!

Our usual go to..

We love this property and come often. There is normal wear and tear, but we know what to expect since we frequently visit. However, this time we experienced some visitors. There were mice rummaging around in the master bedroom the first night, and we woke up to discover mouse poop throughout the house and all over a dish. Night two there was more poop and now had gotten on a tabletop. We cut our trip short a night because we could not trust the cleanliness especially with our four month old. We had a little set up on the floor for him, which was soiled due to rodents. We called Vacasa after the first night and had anticipated they would at least come and clean or send pest control, but we never heard back. After the second night we called again and requested a refund for the third night, as we did not feel comfortable staying. They declined because mice were common in the area. I get that mice are in the area, but we have never had this issue. The amount of mouse poop was concerning especially since they had been on countertops. We were disappointed to cut our trip short and for the lack of concern about the issue.

A great location on the meadows at Sea Ranch near the northern pool and rec center. House is comfortable, with two suites with bath, a Jacuzzi and some nice deck space. While the house had all standard accoutrements, toaster oven, microwave, TV dish washer. It misses a couple things most notably serving bowls for some reason.

Nice meadow home with oceanview

This is a very nice, well-equipped, relatively typical Sea Ranch home, located in the meadow with an ocean view. You only have to walk ~7 minutes to be at the ocean. We will be staying there again.

Awesome place for the 5 of us.

Loved having bathrooms in both if the rooms. Also loved the artwork, foosball table, kitchen, living room! Very close to the ocean- 5 minute walk. Beautiful sunsets

No complaints

Looks like they repaired things that needed fixing after the last time I was here. Literally no complaints. This home has easy trail access, a great ocean view and the kitchen is well stocked. The price is right (well, aside from the fees - I hate how they’re snuck in at the end of your booking process, it always doubles the listed rental cost). Ultimately this home has provided me a safe haven at times of need and I am very grateful for it.

Nice Location!

The house was cute could use some updating in the bathrooms. The carpet was stained, suggestion would be to get it steam cleaned or replace with vinyl wood. We had issues with getting the shower water hot enough. We did bring it to the property manager's attention. They said they would look into it! The location of the house was nice, we were very close to Gualala so it made it easy for us to pick up whatever we needed. It was well equipped in the kitchen. Overall, we love Sea Ranch! Love walking the trails!

Cute & Homey

This was a cute and intimate house for a girls getaway. The only minor thing I would say is how much light switch there was and some didn’t turn anything on. The master room light switch didn’t turn on the lights so you had to manually switch it on, on the lamp. But overall, I loved our stay and would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. There were good amenities, like toiletries, hot tub, spa bath tub in the master bedroom, washer and dryer, foosball table and games. The rental company was very responsive and checking into and out of the house was an easy process. The kitchen had enough supplies to make a full meal and the appliances were modern. The only issue we had was with the internet and the tv in the living room, which we could not get to work and the dvd player would not work either. The internet issues could have been due to the weather, which was stormy for the whole stay. This house was a perfect reprieve from the outdoor conditions. I would definitely rent this house again.
