シナタサキスヴィラは、3つのヴィラ（ヴィラアンナ、ヴィラマリア、ヴィライオアンナ）で構成されるホリデーコンプレックスです。 レティムノに近いピギ村にあるヴィラは、長い砂浜からわずか2 km、村の中心部からわずか500 mの場所にあります。ここからは、パン屋、タベルナ、薬局、ミニマーケット、肉屋。 この場所は、自然の穏やかさとアデリアノスカンポス、ピギアノスカンポス、プラタニアス、レティムノ旧市街などの活気のあるエリアへの容易なアクセスを兼ね備えており、カップルや小さなお子様連れのご家族に最適な休暇先です。

ヴィライオアンナは100㎡の1階建ての2ベッドルームヴィラで、ベッドに5人、必要に応じて6人まで収容できます。 ヴィラは最近改装され、すべてのモダンな設備を備えた最小限のロマンチックなスタイルで装飾されました。

屋内レイアウト
ヴィラに入ると、広々としたオープンプランエリアがあり、快適なダブルソファ付きのリビングルーム（1人収容可能）、50インチのスマートテレビ、暖炉、Playstation 3コンソール、オフィスで構成されています。 最高品質の備品と屋内ダイニングテーブルを備えた設備の整ったキッチン。 リビングルームエリアにはバルコニーがあり、庭にもアクセスできます。 次に、廊下を通過すると、右側に最初のベッドルームにダブルベッド1台があります。 このベッドルームを通過すると、シングルベッドのある引き戸で区切られた別の小さなベッドルームがあります。 2番目のベッドルームは、廊下の左側にあり、ダブルベッドとしてセットアップできる2つのシングルベッドがあります。 廊下の終わりには、シャワー付きのバスルームがあります。

We loved staying in this beautiful villa in Pigi.The villa itself was clean, well equipped and spacious. The bed comfortable, slept very well with the black out blinds and aircon.We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space, the views of fields, bbq facilities and friendly ginger cat who came to hang out!Pigi itself has a lovely restaurant- shop and butchers and we got a bus into Rethymno easily when we wanted more options.I’d 100% recommend this villa!

Super! Heel mooie en propere locatie. Had zelfs slaapkamer meer dan verwacht (kinderkamer).Enige kleine puntjes ter verbetering:- elektriciteit werkt enkel als sleutel in schakelaar zit waardoor deur altijd open moet blijven staan want geen klink aan de buitendeur.- veel last van mieren, ook in de keuken zaten ze als er eten bleef staan op het aanrecht. Misschien valt hier wat aan te doen.Verder niets aan te merken, super verblijf, mooie kamers, leuk zwembad en altijd schaduw om in te zitten met de kinderen.

We loved our time at the villa. We were welcomed by the friendly owner. The villa is perfect. Good location, quiet, yet within walking distance to restaurants and a small supermarket. And beach is very closeby as well as Rethymnon. The concierge team is excellent as well. They clean the house and change the linnen every 3 days. Matthew was very fast in answering questions and solving little things. We loved the house, the decor, the outdoor space and the swimming pool. Everything was exactly as described. And we used the service provided by Ettouri in renting a boat without license, to cruise along the coastline. In short: perfect stay in perfect villa with excellent host. We would definately recommend this villa.

Amazing place

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. The location was ideal for us, quiet, yet not too remote. The taverna and butchers in the village are lovely and very reasonably priced. The manager could not do enough to help us. Met us at the villa on the first day which was late in the evening and explained all. We then needed his help on 2 occasions as locked our selves out (doh, teenages) and he came to the rescue. The villa was just perfect, had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The pool was beautiful and just what needed. We would highly recommend this place and although we tend not to return to the same place may have to make an exception for this one.

The Perfect Villa

We stayed at the Villa Ioanna and could not be more pleased. Lovely, well maintained property at a great location, just a view minutes walk from the village Pigi where we could buy essentials or eat at one of the restaurants. There are plenty of other facilities and activities just a short drive away.

Great stay !

We had a wonderful time in Crete and in the Ioanna villa. The owner welcomed us perfectly and was able to help us during our stay anytime we needed it. We had some issues with the hotplates in the kitchen and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. The house was cleaned perfectly every three days. The concierge team was great and available when needed. The house is well located on the island, should you have a car. Otherwise you have bakery, butcher and a good restaurant at 5min walk. We would totally recommend to stay here ! Thank you again :-)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser Villa. Die Unterkunft entspricht zu 100 % der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war fantastisch. Die Reingung des Pools sowie des Hauses war sehr gut. Hinterm Haus gab es ein Melonenfeld, der Bauer schenkte uns 2 köstliche Melonen. Die Agentur kümmerte sich sehr gut und vermittelte uns einen tollen Ausflug und arangierte uns einen tollen Besuch im Beachclub.

Great calm place to stay

Me and my family stayed in the house for 5 nights and had a wonderful crete vacation. The house and the outdoor area is clean and very good maintained. Even towels an bedlinings were changed once during our stay. Inside you find everything you need for cooking. A car is recommended if you want to visit the nearby beaches. We felt like at home when we returned to this house from our daytrips exploring crete.

beautiful location

Lovely villa with a pool set just outside Pigi. Lovely peaceful location, just a 5 minute walk from the local village with a shop, pharmacy, bakery, bar and 2 restaurants. The leaky cauldron does amazing food. We loved every minute of our stay and the staff always a text away with help and assistance. They have been so helpful and attentive. Crete is amazing and full of such lovely people. The Villa is a short drive away from Rythemno which is a lovely city to go too! Lots to do. You will not be disappointed if you book here, it was just perfect. I felt safe happy and very well looked after by all the incredible staff. Thank you so much Etouri villas, we will certainly be back <3

Überragende Location

Die Location war sehr sauber, der Check-In problemlos. Die Kommunikation mit dem Team war wunderbar, man konnte sich für alle Anliegen an sie wenden. Die Villa hat eine super ruhige Lage, fussläufig gibt es Tavernen etc. Mit dem Auto in ca. 5min am Strand und zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Atmosphäre der Villa war überragend, eine sehr schöne Location. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, nur zu empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den super Service.

A relaxed holiday in Crete

The house and the pool were very clean. In the garden were several places to sit in the sun but also in the shadow. You can walk to the bakery for very delicous bread and go to eat in the restaurant of Pigi. The communication and service were good. Any suggestions I would like to report are more spoons for using in the kitchen and matresses on the sunbeds in tthe garden. We were glad that we have chosen for villa Ioanna for our holiday and we certainly recommend the villa We were glad that we have chosen for this villa

Haus und Pool waren sehr schön, im Garten verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Sonne u Schatten. Nähe zum kleinen Dorf, in dem es Bäcker, Supermarkt und Tavernen gibt, ist fussläufig. Ansonsten eher abseits gelegen, nach Rethymno ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Betreuung durch Eigentümer vor Ort perfekt, auch der regelmäßige Reinigungsservice super. Danke für einen tollen und gechillten Urlaub!

Wir waren im August da und sind sehr begeistert gewesen vom Haus.. Pool immer sauber.. Alle 3 Tage bekamen wir neue Handtücher und es wurde alles geputzt. Tavernen in der Nähe sehr lecker zum Essen.. Bäckerei frisch gebackene Brötchen und sehr billig.. Kann man nur empfehlen

Tolles Haus in einem kleinen Dorf, der Supermarkt war ca 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Dort hat man alles nötige für den Aufenthalt bekommen. Die Stadt Rethymno war leicht mit dem Bus zu erreichen.

Pärchenurlaub in einer Villa

Eine sehr schöne Villa mit allem was man braucht um runterzukommen und abzuschalten. Alles wichtige (Strand, Promenade, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) ist in 5-10min zu erreichen. Kommunikation und Service waren ausgezeichnet und es wurde immer geholfen wenn man fragen hatte. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Very nice

The house was very nice and well equipped. Perfect for families. The location is good but a car is highly recommended. The village Pigi can be reached within 5 minutes walking distance and offers a supermarket, butcher and a few good restaurants.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Wer im Norden von Kreta eine gute Unterkunft sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Alles in allem ist das ein super Objekt. Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Agentur ETOURI war Weltklasse. Die gesamte Urlaubszeit stand uns ein persönlicher Ansprechpartner zur Seite, der uns bei allem weitergeholfen hat. So was hatten wir noch nie. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand... bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten, aber die haben den Gesamteindruck nicht wirklich gestört. Wir waren nur zu zweit in der Villa, daher können wir nicht wirklich beurteilen, wie das Platzangebot ist. Aber ich denke, dass die Zimmeraufteilung und der Platz für eine Familie mit Kindern auch super ist. Mit 2 Pärchen würde ich jetzt nicht unbedingt die Villa teilen wollen. Dafür ist das Bad vll doch zu eng und man hängt sich zu sehr auf der Pelle. Es gibt regelmäßig neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Alle paar Tage kommt der Poolboy und kümmert sich um den Pool. In Laufweite ist ein kleines Dorf( Pigi). Das macht zwar optisch nix her, hat aber alles was man so braucht und ein wirklich spektakulär gutes Restaurant, in dem wir mehrfach gegessen haben. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 15 - 20 Minuten in Rethymnon City/Hafen. Es gibt wohl eine Busverbindung, aber die haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Die erschien uns zu kompliziert. Mit dem Auto sind viel tolle Strände zu erreichen... da ist die Auswahl wirklich groß. Sollten wir noch mal Urlaub im Norden von Kreta machen, wäre diese Villa in jedem Fall wieder eine Option.
