Welcome to Hyannis Harbor, Cape Cod's best kept secret! From beautiful beaches to exciting nightlife, this place has a ton to offer!

This is a cozy historic Cape Cod house with modern comfort and unbeatable location!!! It combines the best of all worlds:
- Right on Hyannis Harbor near all Ocean street hotels and restaurants by the water
- A few minutes walk to Main Street which offers great options for restaurants, bars and shops
- Near 5+ beaches
- 5 minutes walk to Veteran's Park
- 1 minute walk to Hyline Cruises if you want to take a day trip to the islands (Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard)
- 1 minute walk to car rental if you want to explore the rest of Cape Cod
- And if you want to "stay in", enjoy the great 0.3 acre back yard where you can cook on the grill, relax on the hammock, sunbathe, or play some outdoor games. Should you feel like truly staying in, the house is equipped with TVs in every room with cable, AppleTV, Roku and wifi throughout the house.

Beaches up to 5 miles away:
- Veteran's Park Beach (which has a playground and a beach) - 0.4 miles
- Kalmus Park Beach - 1 mile
- Craigville Beach - 3.9 miles
- Seagull Beach - 4.5 miles
- Parkers River Beach - 5 miles

About the house: The house was build in 1840 and is located in the historic district in Hyannis Harbor minutes away from beaches, shopping, restaurants, parks, etc. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. The biggest bedroom is on the second floor with a queen size bed, the medium bedroom is on the first floor with a queen size bed, and smallest bedroom is upstairs with a twin bed. There is central AC.

The location and great size yard are definitely the key differentiators of this house! It's close to everything and it's not by the road which give the house privacy while being in a central location.

Please note that I might be staying at the guesthouse (in the back) certain weeks/weekends during the summer and will be able to help if you need anything during your stay.

Lovely Home

Close to boats and beaches as well as downtown. Plenty of privacy and quiet with an expansive yard and mature trees. Well appointed kitchen and baths. Comfortable beds. Host responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

End of Summer getaway

This house was the perfect location for our end of summer family getaway. With teens, being walking distance to restaurants, harbor and activity was a huge success. The weather was quite hot during our stay and the AC and fans worked so well and we never had issues. The twin room upstairs is quite small. Perfect for our younger teen, but would have been too small for our older/tall teenage boy. All in all an excellent stay and we would stay here again.

Perfect location

The house is a quick 5 minute commute to the airport. We were able to walk to many restaurants, Activities and shopping. Beach was a mile away and the beach pass was greatly appreciated. I Would highly recommend this Home for families visiting the Cape Cod area.

Perfect location and great historic home!

We loved staying at this home in Cape Cod! It was the perfect size for our family, quiet home set back off the street entrance, beautiful neighborhood and within walking distance of Main Street, shops, restaurants and the ferry!

Museum Opening

My daughter was debuting her new exhibit at CCMM up the road. It was a perfect spot for her 2 aunts, family friend and I to stay while in town for the opening. We were close by and could walk to lots of places in town. Great for our 2 night stay. Backing out of the driveway was a bit tricky, but plenty of room for our 3 cars.

Fall Visit

A great time to visit the cape. This property is convenient to everything. We were able to walk to the ferry, the beach, and main street for restaurants, shopping and even a fall fair. A great alternative to staying at the Hyannis Harbor Hotel where we stayed last year. The property is clean and has everything you need for a short stay.

Perfect place!

A wonderful house in the perfect location. You can park the car once, and do everything else in Hyannis on foot. Lovely shady backyard with hammock.

Quiet yet steps away from busy

The historical property has a sloping back yard, very small desk and no dishwasher. The bedrooms (except master) are on small side and staircase is tricky. But this location and setting was perfect for us.

AUsome Location!!!

This little gem is a perfect vacation rental! It is located right across from the ferry marina, a little walk to the beach, little walk to Main Street, and a shortcut to the Harbor Hawks baseball field. We walked everywhere! Beautiful little house close to beach and restaurants

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this well-kept house! The owner's description and images of the place were both very accurate. Everything was neat and spotlessly clean. The place had a warm, cozy atmosphere and provided everything we needed for our stay. Loved that it came with a beach pass! Communicating with the owner was very easy, too. She responded promptly to all of our questions and provided helpful information for our stay.

Wish it lasted longer

This is a fantastic location. We had so much fun while it lasted. Unfortunately, National Grid detected a gas leak and our stay was cut short. We were sad to go but the owner was super responsive, helpful and gave us a refund for the days we missed out on.

5 stars all the way

A charming home, and a perfect place to stay for families, or a small group of friends. You are in easy walking (or driving if you prefer) distance to local shopping, restaraunts and beaches. And a convenient drive to other Cape locations. The house itself is as described, and then some... It has all the amenities you could hope for... definitely a 'home away from home' feel. Looking forward to a stay again next year!!

Great cape house near beaches, bars, restaurants

Illiana's home was a great place to stay in the Cape. It was right near all the main attractions and she was very responsive with a couple questions we had. The TV was a little tricky to navigate, but since it was the summer and in the Cape we didn't need to use it too much. We had a group of girls all traveling for a long weekend together and everyone slept comfortably, All in all would recommend and stay again!

Perfect location, great place to stay!

We chose this home for a girlfriend's getaway. It was within walking distance to the ferry, restaurants, and shopping. Very clean and well appointed. Iliana was so easy to work with and gave great recommendations on restaurants and things to do. I will definitely stay here the next time we visit!

Lovely, well-situated home.

Iliana was great to communicate with. She was quick to respond and informative. The home looked like it does in the pictures - small and charming. I think the living room was a little smaller than we expected but to be honest we were out and about most of the time. The yard was big, the hammock a great place to relax. Walking distance to the beach (about 20 minutes), 2 minute walk to ice cream, the ferry, great restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

This house was built in 1840 and it's located in Hyannis historic district. The guesthouse behind was built in 1920. Both houses are on an acre land. Most of the land is preserved so it's kept the same through the years.

I have traveled around Cape Cod and Hyannis Harbor is the best location close to beaches, restaurants, water activities, shopping, the mall, movie theater and various water activities. The house is a minute walk to the island ferries which are great for day trips to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.
