Lovely modern villa at the top of the resort of Santo Tomas. Pool not overlooked. Restaurants in Santo Tomas only average because most of the hotels are all-inclusive meaning the restaurants don't really make an effort, but Fornells, Mahon, Cuitadela are all within 30 minutes drive.

Lovely villa, great outdoor space and lively pool. We had a really relaxing stay here. The Sonne team couldn't have been more friendlyhelpful, carrying all of our casesgroceries up to the villa. Pleasant Stay

We had a pleasant stay in San Tomas. The house was very clean. During our stay there were problems with the internet which was basically the only down side. Because we need this for our work, it was a bit of a problem to be without wifi for a couple of days. The people from the rent-company were very nice and responsive.

Urlaub zum Ausspannen

Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnlage mit Blick zum Meer von der Terasse aus. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub dort verbracht. Würden jeder Zeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Die Betten sind nicht so toll. Da es sich um Einzelbetten handelte, sind sie ständig verrutscht. Das Gestell am Kopfende ist separat aufgestellt und verrutscht ständig. Die Matratzen sind mit Ferderkern. Das tat am Rücken weh. Ein Doppelbett aus komplett Schaumgummi wäre perfekt. Für den Geschirrspüler sollte genug Spülmaschinen Salz und Klarspüler bereit stehen. Das sollte vom Vermieter selbst beschafft werden.

Anstrengend (nicht klimatisiertes, überhitztes Haus, Moskitos als Plage)

Haus war besser beschrieben als es schlussendlich war: defekte Toilettenspülung, rostige Töpfe, schlecht ausgestattete Küche (zu wenig Weingläser, schlechte/ biegsame Messer, zusammen gestückeltes Geschirr), Mückenschutzgitter an den Fenstern wären ein absolutes Muss, ebenso wie eine Klimaanlage, um einen erholsamen Schlaf zu ermöglichen.

Maison bien située et piscine agréable

Juste un problème de Wifi que Joan est venu réglé avec dévouement. Pour le reste les têtes de lit sont trop larges et ne permettent pas d'accéder aux interrupteurs. Donc on a enlevé les têtes de lit et on les a remises avant de partir. Nous avons aussi laissé en partant un fond de maison qu'on aurait aimé trouver en arrivant : produit machine, sacs poubelles, huile, etc.

Lovely villa

We loved Villa Belinda. Very clean and looked newly decorated. Had everything we could need. The villa is on 3 floors. First is the entrance hall, then a few steps down to kitchen/dining, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, and then a few steps down to another bathroom, another bedroom and the lounge (which leads out to the pool and garden). The pool was a good size and my husband enjoyed laying on the hammock. Irene, the HomeAway rep was very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed Santa Tomas beach with its lovely clear water (when you get past a bit of seaweed) and there were just enough restaurants for variety. The only reason I have given it 4 stars is that it is a 10-15 minute walk (mostly uphill) to the villa from the seafront, which is quite hard work, both going up to the villa and down to the beach/restaurants. Also I thought I would mention that there is a tourist tax now on Menorca, which you have to pay. Can’t remember exactly but I think ours was about £60 for 4 of us for the week, and you can either pay cash to the rep, or pay on line once you get there. But this is all over Menorca so allow for this in your budget. Overall though a lovely holiday.

Lovely villa, lovely views.

We had a great time staying at Villa Belinda. The villa itself is a good size with three double bedrooms and good sized reception and kitchen/breakfast areas. The real bonus however is the pool and garden area: it’s bigger than the photos appear; the pool and terrace is a good size and gets sun all day until mid afternoon when it enjoys some welcome shade; and the views overlooking the beach and out to sea are great. The garden is also very pleasant and a nice space for a BBQ or just enjoying some down time. As it’s up on the hill, the villa also benefits from a cooling breeze in a way that some properties lower down in the resort don’t. (We had family staying in a villa off the main road in Santo Tomás and they had several more humid nights than we did). The only slight downsides to the property are that (I) there is no air conditioning so the second and third bedrooms can get quite hot (though Sonne Villas provides additional fans when asked); and (II) you will need a car as the villa is at the top of a steep hill. Otherwise we enjoyed a great stay at Villa Belinda.
