Lovely villa.

Lovely villa. Slow villas was very responsive and very helpful with any questions. OnlyIssue is it’s very remote so I wouldRecommend having a car to drive about as we had to get taxis and it costed us a lot for one week.

Our stay at Sa Cabaneta was beautiful

Our stay at Sa Cabaneta was beautiful, the house had plenty of space for our group of 9 and was in a great location - although you definitely need a car to explore! Something to note, there were no basic necessities provided at the house (salt/pepper, oil, detergent for laundry and dishwasher etc.) so you will need to bring thosepurchase your own… there were a few issues unresolved by the host but overall our stay was pleasant and the Villa was beautiful!

Very good value for money

All the facilities were great,nice and big villa in a quiet area. The pool and the tennis court were perfect for an evening relaxation. Very good communication with the agency. The outdoor pillows next to the pool needs a deep cleaning or replacement and the crockery were not so clean,we had to wash everything when we arrived. Add more hair dryers.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The management company were excellent. They responded straight away and were very helpful. The property was super spacious and just ideal for teenagers and other family members. The swimming pool is stunning and the tennis court an added bonus. I would definitely recommend the place and I would love to come back. The only thing I would add is please have more aircon. The upstairs apartment is boiling but thankfully aircon in the bedrooms but not in communal areas. The downstairs did not have aircon in bedrooms but did in the living room.

Wir waren zu 9 in diesem Haus, wir waren wirklich sehr enttäuscht vin der Inneneinrichtung des Hause. Möbel sind Uralt und abgesessen und extrem schmudelig. Geschirr und Besteck sehr wenig und alles zusammen gewürfelt. Der Pool war sauber und gross, doch auch die Lounge war extrem verschmutz und es ekelte einem sn darauf zu sitzen Es ist sehr unverschämt für dieses Haus eine so hohe Miete zu verlangen…

Das Haus sieht in der Realität wesentlich schöner aus, als auf den Fotos. Für die Verhältnisse vor Ort war es wirklich sauber. Die Badezimmer sind sehr modern und das Haus sehr groß. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, man fühlte sich gut aufgehoben. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Ich würde jederzeit bei diesem Anbieter wieder ein Haus mieten.

Grande villa idéale pour des vacances entre amis, à 20 min de Palma en voiture.

La situation dans un quartier calme et sûr (voiture indispensable). Le court de tennis, la grande piscine avec douche. Beaucoup d',espaces de rangement dans toutes les chambres. Grande terrasse à l',étage où nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners avec la vue sur la mer. Maison idéale pour 2 familles (nous étions un groupe de 9).

Great space, all we needed

Had a big group of 9 staying at the villa and there was plenty of room. The kitchens were great and all functioning. Had a little problem with upstairs shower not getting hot on last 2 days but think that would be easy to fix. Downstairs showers were great. Good parking space and great pool and tennis courts. Thanks for a great stay

Fantastic villa and perfect location

We rented the villa for a week of vacation for a family of six. The villa had plenty of room for even two families (with two apartments that could be split up) and especially the outside area was really fantastic with lots of activities on the premises (tennis, table tennis, swimming etc). It was clean and well maintained. The location on Mallorca was very practical with everything available within 15-30 min drive. The local town Sa Cabaneta did not have much to offer, but a few mediocre restaurants and a well equipped supermarket. Only point of improvement would be the kitchens and their equipment. The dishes were not really clean when we arrived and there was not the basic things needed to be able to cook your own meals. More utensils would be welcomed.

Gorgeous villa with pool

Me and a group of eleven other friends just came back from our 7-day stay in villa sa cabaneta and had a wonderful time. The pool was great and so were the rooms and bathrooms upstairs. We did however encounter a few shortcomings in the services of the house: the electricity in the kitchen downstairs dod it’s own thing and there was no electricity in the washroom, meaning no washing machine. Also, we had to clean the plates upon our arrival because they were quite dirty. Apart from that, the house was wonderful, there’s nothing missing from this house. Excellent grill (although dirty upon our arrival) and ping pong table. The pool is stunning and enormous.

Wunderschöne Villa mit tollem Pool

Ist ein schönes Haus mit tollem Garten mit großem Pool. Die Innenausstattung vom Haus ist etwas älter, aber sauber! Es sind nur Kleinigkeiten die etwas negativ aufgefallen sind z.B. schwergängige Markisen, defekte Glühbirnen, defekte Türgriffe. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas zusammengewürfelt, es ist aber alles da was man braucht. Im großen und ganzen aber ein sehr schönes Haus mit hervorragender Lage.

Sehr schöne, große und saubere Finca

Wir waren mit 12 Leuten auf der Finca. Alle Zimmer waren sehr sauber, insbesondere die Betten. Lediglich das Geschirr in der unteren Küche war teilweise nicht immer ganz sauber. Auch in der Hecke am Pool lag ein wenig Müll, was aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Sehr gut fanden wir (abgesehen vom Pool) auch den Tennisplatz, den Tischtennisraum, die "nostalgische" Playstation 1 und die Grillstelle inkl. Pizzaofen. Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten gab es wirklich genug. Auch Abends konnte man sich die Zeit mit einer viertelstündigen Taxifahrt zum Ballermann vertreiben. Alles in allem hatten wir eine super Zeit auf der Finka und würden diese jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Ottima esperienza!!!!

Il soggiorno è stato spettacolare, la casa bellissima e le foto rispettano la realtà. Si trova a 15 minuti da Palma di Maiorca, ed è comoda da raggiungere anche dall'aeroporto. Fornita tutta la biancheria, da bagno e per la piscina. Ottima la pulizia sia interna che degli spazi esterni. La comunicazione con l'agenzia è stata perfetta. Unica piccola pecca l'incomprensione sulla carta di credito, al contrario di quanto segnalato non è accetta l'American Express, sono riuscito a risolvere grazie ad un amico in vacanza con me, ma aggiornerei il prima possibile i metodi di pagamento. Ripeterei certamente l'esperienza.
