Casa Vilamoura is an excellent holiday home for families and large groups located in a residential area of ​​Vilamoura, close to the Hilton Hotel and 2 golf courses. The Old Course and Pinhal golf courses are just a few minutes from the villa.

The marina and Vilamoura beach are a 2-minute drive away (approximately 3 km).

This villa is decorated in a classic and comfortable style.

On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the barbecue and garden. The kitchen is also connected to the dining area.
The room is very large and bright and has direct access to the garden and pool.

On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom (suite) with private balcony, air conditioning and private bathroom.
There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds and a balcony and another double bedroom. Both share a family bathroom. Both have air conditioning.

On the first floor there is also a large terrace overlooking the residential area where the house is located.

All bedrooms have air conditioning (the living/dining room does not have air conditioning).

Outside, the pool area is surrounded by several fruit trees, lawn and pretty flower beds.
There is an outdoor dining table next to the barbecue, plus sun loungers and chairs for 8 people.

Reservations are only accepted for guests under 25 years of age if staying with their parents.
Parties are not allowed.
Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

From November 2024, a tourist tax of 2 euros per night per person will be charged, for bookings between May and October, for guests aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights.
