Location was great. It has a couple of restaurants, bakeries, and groceries stores around the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and it was a clean apartment. Great for our family of 8 with two seniors and two kids, the tiny elevator helped with luggage.

Wonderfull location!

I chose this apartment for the location and reviews, overall it was a great experience, the communication with manager was excellent, I got a fast response every time. the air conditioning was very good! The locations is amazing, very close to good restaurants and everything. Would be 5 stars if there was a Clothes dryer to go with the washing machine.

Great location and space

What a great place. Check in process was seamless. Our group of 8 loved the space and especially the air conditioning. The location was perfect. Close to tourist spots but not in the thick of it. The little cafe downstairs was conveniently there for a quick empanada or Aperol Spritz. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice weekend

We went to Barcelona for a concert, and we enjoyed a lot our stay. The host was very kind and tried to let us do the check in earlier than 15:00. The apartment was very clean, and its location was superb. Very recommended

Euro Family Vacay

The apartment was perfect for our family of 8. Everyone had their own rooms, the beds were comfortable, not too soft. Living room was spacious. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking equipment and chinaware. The balcony was really nice and cozy, especially in the mornings. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. The property manager office is just downstairs. The apartment location was great also, about 10-15 minute walk to passeig de gracia where all the shops are, short car ride to Sagrada Familia. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby within walking distance. The only negative thing about the apartment was the noise. There is a bar/restaurant below the apartment and you can hear the crowd and all traffic noises. We could also hear people walking and talking upstairs. It's an old building so it's understandable. Wasn't a huge deal for us but if you are sensitive to noise, I would not recommend. Overall, we enjoyed it and would rent again for our future stay. Thank you!

Great stay!

Location was great, property was clean, and the owners were very helpful. Super easy to get around from this spot, with lots of restaurants and bars right around the corner.

Perfect for 2 families!

This apartment is just as described. We had a 4 bed 2 bath with a nice kitchen that was adequately stocked. I was extremely impressed with the staff who are on site during business hours. They are friendly and helpful. One day it was raining and I asked them where I could purchase 6 umbrellas. One of the ladies told me to wait and they would go out (in the rain) and buy the umbrellas and allow us to use them. It only rained one day and they did not want us to spend the money. That is going above and beyond!
