Great location

The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment didn’t have a lot of extras but it was perfect for a short stay. The manager was very friendly and responsive. It’s not good for loud groups as the walls are thin and you can hear neighbors easily.

Wonderful Apartment & Location!

This apartment is well appointed with a great location and lots of shops, restaurants and museums right in the neighborhood. If you're traveling in the summer, note that it is air conditioned! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we had a fantastic stay here!

Great Location!

Can't ask for a better place to stay for a first time in Barcelona! Lots of stores and restaurants near by, Gothic Quarter adjacent, 15-20 min walk to the beach, close to Las Ramblas, and just a longer walk to Sagrada Familia. Parc Guell was about the longest away, but Uber makes it close. Great communication with host, we arrived early and accommodated our luggage until apartment was ready. Recommend and would stay here again.

Can’t beat the location!!!

The apartment was perfect for my family of 5. The apartment was as spacious and clean. The location in the el born neighborhood was great. Just around the corner are restaurants and a train station. I highly recommend the he apartment.

Stay Here - you won’t be disappointed

We had my husband & I and our 2 adult sons & their fiancées. 3 bedroom, 2 bath nice apartment! Even had a Nespresso coffee machine. Nice home. Comfortable beds. Anna & Emma who work in the office that is on site (which was very nice ) were wonderful to work with. They didn’t guarantee an early check in but let us know when our apartment was ready before 3 so we could get in early. They allow you to drop bags early (10am) when the office opens so you can explore without your luggage if you get in early. We came in off a cruise ship & this was a great location for us. Close to hop on hop off buses, easy to get taxis & many cute walkable restaurants & bars. We would definitively stay here again. They even arranged taxis for us the morning we left which was wonderful. Highly recommend Deco Apartments !

Best of Barcelona

Barcelona is an amazing and fun city. We stayed in the 4th floor apartment and found it to be exactly as advertised and was very clean. The location was fabulous being close to many local cafes, shopping and places to purchase some groceries. The view from the windows were great and the 5th floor shared rooftop space was nice as well (I wish it was accessible at night when the weather cooled so I enjoy it more). In addition, the office staff was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Good apartment

This apartment was quite nice, clean, comfortable, and central to a lot of restaurants. Only thing it does not offer is a washer for clothing but there is a laundry mat about 5 minute walk away. No place to park there so do not plan on having a car while in Barcelona.

Loved our stay in El Born!

We spent three days in the 4th floor apartment. It was very clean and the neighborhood was great...lots of really nice artisan shops, restaurants, and bars. We also walked to a concert at the Palau de la Musica Catalan which was wonderful! The only thing I would suggest is that you call the Deco company as you are coming in (if coming from the airport). We asked the woman in the office to talk to the taxi driver so that they knew where to tell us to go. Cars can't get you all the way to the apartment. The Deco staff called us a taxi when we left which was great.

Broken A/C for family of 5

Had we had air conditioning as the property had listed, our experience would have been much better. However, sleeping our first night with 2 fans for our 3 bedrooms and the inability to sleep with the windows open for any breeze due to loud ambient noise from the streets outside and the smell of cigarettes and marijuana coming from the streets below changed our experience entirely. We all slept very little that first night and the property owners solution was to refund us 25% of one nights stay. We did not feel this made up for a very miserable night’s stay. The air conditioning was fixed for our second and final night at this location which was a relief. In addition for those traveling internationally, the cellular service in Barcelona was not reliable and finding available transportation via taxi was quite a challenge as they were always too busy. Best to arrange a driver prior if you are able. We enjoyed being close to the beach for the restaurants and scenery and the winding streets with many shops around the apartment. However, to get to the Park Guell and Sagrada Familia, you will need transportation.
