As a small, thoughtful family, we’ve lovingly restored our 250-year-old Colonial house to create a space that feels both special and relaxing. From cozy furnishings to modern amenities, we’ve worked hard to make sure every detail supports a peaceful and memorable stay.

Our property is truly unique because :
Unlike many rentals, we offer two fully private kitchens and two living rooms, making it perfect for families or groups who want both togetherness and space to relax. The master bedroom on the main floor adds ease and comfort, and every bedroom features plush queen-size beds with high-quality linens.
Another special feature is our peaceful, safe neighborhood, with complimentary parking for up to four-six cars right on the property — a real convenience in town. Plus, our location is unbeatable: 2 min walk from the famous Inn at Little Washington, cafe, antique shops, and only 15 minutes from Shenandoah National Park.
But above all, what truly makes our property stand out is the care and love we put into hosting. We want every guest to feel completely at home, welcomed, and comfortable in a space that’s both historic and full of heart.

Our home is thoughtfully designed to provide both privacy and comfort for every guest. Located in a perfect spot just on the corner from the Inn’s beautiful flower gardens, it’s an easy walk to local shops, art studios, and everything charming in town.
