Set near Porto Petro, this villa is an unique find in the East of Majorca. An amazing, 11m x 5m infinity pool with sea views is the most distinguishing detail of the house. The chlorine pool has a depth ranging from 0.7m to 1.8m and includes a childrens' pool (depth 0.6m). The pool is surrounded by a nice terrace where you can lay down on eight loungers and bask in the sun. Enjoy great al fresco dining on the poolside terrace with sunshade. A furnished porch on the basement level (-1) is a wonderful spot for having a dring in the evening. Breakfasting on one of the terraces, overlooking the Mediterranean, is a relaxing experience during the summer. Besides, there's a barbecue and a ping pong table where you can challenge friends and family. The house has direct access to the sea and to the rocks where you can go snorkeling. The 1000m2 sized plot is fenced and there are some neighbors around.

This bright villa offers accommodation on 320m2, distributed over one floor. Enjoy a lazy afternoon in the living room (TV with satellite channels only in Spanish and German) or have lunch around the dining table with space for eight people. The kitchen is well equipped, including a vitro hob; and it is separated from the living area through a breakfast bar.

There are three air conditioned bedrooms with twin beds; one of them with shower bath en-suite. The fourth twin bedroom with A/C and shower bath en-suite can be found in an extended part of the house. That means that you have to leave the house and walk into the fourth bedroom through a terrace. Besides, the house has a third shower bathroom. A laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board is available. If needed, we can supply a cot and a high chair.

The villa is near lots of nice spots like Cala Mondragó and its natural park. The nearest beach, Caló de Sa Torre, is fine grained and 950 meters from the house. Porto Petro is a tiny coastal town where you can find basic amenities like a grocery store and restaurants. If you like playing golf, the next golf course is 11 km away.
